We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was decent.

Service could be better. No acknowledgement what so ever at check-in and check-out. No DVD player in room. Breakfast was good. At 11:00AM on the dot, as we were walking out the door, the front office called our room to kick us out.

Really good for price, one of the better Comfort Inns ive been too

We found the facilith will maintained, clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

It is close to my base that I work at, it makes it easier. Near some good restaraunts and shopping pavilions. Overall nice.

Seemed nice to me for a 2 star hotel. I thought the chair in the room was quite comfy, and it has a modern TV (though the array of channels was lacking a bit for me).

The hotel was very clean and at a convenient location, right off the freeway. The only things I would recommend are: 1. They need signs to the hotel, it's not visible when driving at night. The hotel is not located on the street, you have to turn in a little drive way to see it hiding in the back. So I had to circle a few times. 2. They need lights […] in the parking lot, too dark and unsafe. 3. The fridge in the room needs to be replaced or unplugged if you're not going to use it. Needs some TLC in the rooms...

I went to the hotel at 1:30pm trying to check in a little bit earlier. I was just told "no way" and had to wait until 3:00 by wandering around the outside. I believe every one will not happy with that. Another one I could not understand is that on their website the single room (king size bed) is listed as the same price as for standard double rooms. […] But when I tried to switch it. I was told I have to pay some extra money ($15) . Though I already made this requirement during the reseveration. Lees meer

older hotel, outside could use some work, but rooms are clean and comfortable. Not sound proof, can hear your neighbors upstairs and next door, bring ear plugs for a good night sleep. good enough for overnight stay, easy access to highways, stores, etc.

The place is pretty old and runned down for a Comfort Inn. The breakfast isn't worth much I'd skip it. The bed's need to be replaced they are worn out.

First of all the location is close to the fwy and surrounding shopping and food. Also, it is close to the Discovery Kingdom, the reason we were there. Other than that, it was not very good. The room we reserved was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled of stale smoke. Also, there was dried stuck on food on the door and the blinds. the bathroom had […] mold all around the tub where the molding comes together. The guy at the desk was rude when we asked if he had menus for surrounding food and the hot tub was closed down. Lees meer

The hotel is OK. When you travel to various locations and stay at different places for your business it is hard to stomach the charge for a hotel that is close to an amusement park. So the cost per night for this hotel is probably about $30.00 a night to much. That being said, it was relatively clean and quiet...air conditioning worked good...clean […] breakfast room...well located. Lees meer

Hotel has friendly staff, nice surrounding, close to restaurants & dept store, and the room is clean.... the only thing missing is we don't have access to an outside call, even to a "local" outside call. I asked the front desk & I was told because our accomodation is pre-paid that's why outside call is not activated...

Hotel is located very conveniently, close to services and the freeway, but does not suffer from freeway noise. The rooms are adequately spacious but need some care. There were long black hairs in the bathrooms and sink that were not cleaned in either of the days we stayed. Some of the fixtures (overhead sprinklers look rusty) need care. The only improvement would be better TV and more channels.

My biggest complaint was that it was difficult to find... even with the address because it is actually on the road behind the road it's supposed to be on (behind the AAA). Once we found it, everything was nice

Location was great near lots of restaurants, shopping, clean, lots of parking, 30 mins to Napa. Free breakfast.

Hotel was fine for the price. Not great but not bad either. Stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds and it was clean. Kids swam in the outside pool but we were all disappointed that the jacuzzi was closed for repairs. The staff appeared grumpy but each time I talked to them they were quite nice and helpful. Several chain restaurants in area which was nice. […] No shuttle to 6 Flags but it was a very short drive. Only negative comment is that we saw a snail on the wall in the hallway near the side entrance. I would stay here again. Lees meer

Not very friendly people, old, thin walls - if you are looking for cheap it works....

This was my second stay at this hotel in the last two months. This was a pleasure trip and I just used the hotel as mainly a place to sleep and use my computer, although I did watch a movie on the HBO channel one evening. It is close to several quality restaurants and food chains. Just about everything you need is within a quarter mile, not to mention […] the Napa Valley a few miles away and San Francisco not very far away either. When I arrived, the office staff recognized me and apologized because the room I used the month before was not available. They gave me a choice of rooms that had a view of the pool. I didn't request the previous room, but they remembered which room I stayed in before. . The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The furniture was in great shape, with a comfortable easy chair and ottoman, plus a very nice computer chair at the desk. The microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator came in handy. The staff at this hotel is really accommodating. They have a clean breakfast area and are continually seeing if they can help with the waffles or get more fruit or coffee. Nice selection for a continental breakfast. This is an older hotel, but well kept up. It is a quiet and the prices are reasonable considering the area attractions. I will stay at this hotel in the future because it is so close to Napa and the San Francisco Bay Area. Lees meer

I have never stayed at a better Comfort Inn; it was clean, beautiful, well maintained and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast needs to change at all Comfort Inns; improve the quality and quantity of fresh fruit, and have something else to eat that isn't carbs. Nice, comfortable stay.

I stayed here due to a family illness, so I could be close to the hospital. The hotel staff was very sympathetic to my situation and went out of their way to see my needs were met while I was there. The room was quiet even though it was right next to the sitting area of the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, I had to extend my stay and even […] though my present room was booked with a guest that has stayed in it for quite some time, they let me remain in the room so I wouldn't have to move my thing to another room. The price was very reasonable considering the prices in the Napa Valley area. It is close to several chain restaurants and Marine World Vallejo and of course the beautiful Napa Valley. The rooms were of adquate size,though th bathrooms were quite tiny. The rooms had a smell that consisted o a cross between musty-mold and pesticides. The bedd had the same smell,though overwhelming in the pesticide depart.,I ended up hsaving to sleep in a chair by the window, because the ordor triggered my asthma and allergies! The breakfast, was ok […] or what it was I had to take my family somewhere to eat breakfast. The linins were dingy and contained an odor. The overall apperance of the place from the outside was good, but quickly changed once we were inside..at the price we paid or the two rooms,I was cpmpletely disappointed. For a few dollars more We will stay somewhere else when we go back to the area in two weeks. Lees meer

The hotel was clean and the staff was very happy to help when asked, also very friendly. Breakfast was perfect and plentiful. I get up early and my family doesn't so I read in the lobby. While doing so I noticed the breakfast items being replenished numerous times. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and friendly about helping us out. Our only complaint was that we spent extra money to stay at a hotel in this vicinity with a hot tub, and were disappointed upon our arrival to learn that the hot tub was not in working order, and appeared not to have been working for some time. We addressed it with the […] staff but they were "unable to do anything about it" at the time. They had requested a new pool/hot tub technician and were waiting on him. Everything else was as advertised and as expected. It was a little further from our ultimate destinations (in Napa and Sonoma), but overall a decent value. Lees meer

whirlpool tubs in a few rooms would be a great addition to your establishment. Your office attendant was very friendly and helpful

1/2 hour away from Napa, located in the middle of a new shopping area (Costo, Kohls, Home Depot, and lots of the standard restaurant chains). Definitely need to have rental car. Rooms and bathrooms clean and quiet, wireless worked. One slight improvement areas = swap the synthetic fuzzy blanket with a duvet. Otherwise fine. Didn't try the breakfast […] . Lees meer

Staff was friendly. Room was good for the price--next time I would make sure the room was farther from the ice maker because it was noisy when someone was getting ice.
