I did not get the room i reserved. when i asked to change rooms, they wanted to charge me an additional $40. Wasn't happy- will not stay there again...

I booked this hotel to stay at for one night during Family Weekend at UB. I wanted a non-smoking, affordable room near the university, however I was contemplating sleeping in my car rather than in the room. The hotel is run down, dirty and smelly. The exercise room was laughable and the outside area a bit sketchy. To be specific, the odor inside the […] hotel was odd - old smoke or dust? Not sure. But the blanket I brought with me had to go right to the laundry once I got home. There was a guest next door to me with a dog that barked all night and the traffic outside the room was so loud... tractor trailers on the highway breaking for the exit and even a train coming through during the night. The bathroom had dark mildew on the shower curtain and the walls were filthy. All the floors were dirty. Obviously the room only gets a quick once over when it gets cleaned in between guests. I guess the only nice thing I could say about the place is that it appears that they made a slight attempt to update the rooms with newer carpet and closet doors. The tiles would have been nice, too, if they were clean. Otherwise, the hotel needs a lot of money to bring it to an acceptable state. Lees meer

Found room to be clean and nice, Did not get to enjoy the breakfast due to pending hurricane left before it hit the area, right on the Highway so like it much better than other hotels in Ithaca.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, THE ROOM KEYS WORKED WHEN THEY WANTED TO, THE FITNESS ROOM HAS MACHINES THAT ARE BROKEN AND A DANGER TO ANYONE WHO USES THEM.

friendly staff, small tv, no bathtub in our room, only a shower, simple breakfast included, good price, clean and tidy

Strike one: On entering the hotel the first thing out of the attendant was that he had us listed as smoking rooms only. When I showed him the printed confirmation sheet he miraculously had two non smoking rooms available. Strike Two: Second claim is that his computer indicated only three occupants per room. When I again showed him we booked for four; […] one couple and two children per room he backed down. Strike Three: The Front door knob was broken on my room which I fixed- it was late and I had no fight left. Avoid this place!!! Our room was on the side of excessive heavy expressway traffic noise. Therefore, during our stay we had beds but very little sleep . The staff said there was no other room. We were told that internet and cell phone reception services were available, However, the services were not available.

HORRIBLE...DO NOT STAY THERE

Very poor condition even though the website said renovated in 2009! Bathrooms dirty. Asked to change rooms and none available.

This is an older motel that has had the bathrooms renovated, but still just doesn't quite make it. My daughter wanted to leave as soon as we opened the door to the room. There are still ripped off baseboards around the carpet. The worst part was the noise of the freeway outside the window. I literally had to stuff chewed up paper napkin bits in my ears […] to try to fall asleep. We should have demanded a room on the side of the motel away from the freeway - you should only stay here if you get a room on the side away from the freeway! But be forewarned, there are quite a few hotels along the same road that all have one side facing the freeway and will all have the same problem of freeway noise. On the plus side, there was free breakfast with the make-your-own waffle maker. And there was a Friendly's restaurant within walking distance. Lees meer

Clean, basic, convenient to highway and downtown and to Binghamton University. Room was large and comfortable; the small fridge was an added bonus. Wireless in room was great. Fine place, decent price, nothing special but better than most motels. The service was very friendly. Courteous staff, quiet comfortable room and quality breakfast.

I booked this hotel not knowing what to expect. It was my second choice and solely chosen based on the location to the city of Binghamton. I was very impressed with the room, staff and, especially,the price. There are not many hotels in this price range that offer an immaculate room, very nice ammenities (updated room decor, wifi, fitness center, breakfast)and […] very friendly staff. I had booked four nights at this location and stayed an additional night. The next time I travel to Binghamton, I will definitely choose to this hotel again. Lees meer

Rooms are not very comfortable and clean. Prefer if you really don not have any other option.
