Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Medical/Market Center in Dallas

The hotel was a bit outdated, the room was comfortable, I was disappointed there wasn't a mini fridge in the room and that you had to walk to the neighboring hotel next door to use the workout facilities. Other than the age, the hotel was great, they served popcorn and water in the afternoons. Very well kept landscaping.

My only complaint would be that parking was a nightmare around the hotel so I had to park next door at Denny's. The free parking pass from the hotel made up for it though.

We recently stayed at the hotel; however, there was a convention at the same time nearby and hotel parking was limited, but the hotel did a good job of trying to remedy the problem and it turned out fine. It was clean and close to where we needed to be, so for the price, it was great.

Hotel wasn't bad. Walls are paper thin and you could hear kids running and screaming all morning long. Parking lot full, hard to find a spot when you return. Breakfast was average. Nothing to do around the hotel. Staff was friendly. Would not stay here again, would rather stay closer to restaurants and clubs/bars. It's ok for a short stay.

THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY FRIENLDY AND HELPFUL. THEY ACCOMMODATED OUR REQUEST FOR A ROOM CLOSE TO THE ELEVATOR AND WE ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH. I WOULD RECOMNEND FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A GOOD CLEAN PLACE TO STAY FOR THE NIGHT,

The hotel was within a couple of miles of everything we wanted to do in Dallas: the zoo, American Airlines arena, andMedieval Times. My daughter loved the indoor pool. I did not care for the feather pillows, but it was very easy to get a different one and the beds were very comfortable. I will stay here again on our next visit to Dallas.

The Fairfeild was very nice. The area around it is mostly upscale hotels and business. We stay in Dallas at least 4 or 5 times a year to go to UT Southwestern medial facilities. This was the nicest stay we have had. We always choose 3-4 star hotels and were very pleased. Traveling cross country Fairfield is consistently good.

We were in town for the Dallas Rock n Roll Half Marathon. The hotel is less then a mile from the nearest DART station that took us into downtown (less then a 15 minute ride) dropped off near the AA Center or Downtown. Overall stay was great, but breakfast was so so. You had to cook your own waffles and no bacon or sausage. Area was also crowded. U will do better at dennys next door

We booked this hotel because of the indoor pool for the kids. BIG mistake, it was green and the chlorine was over powering. When you were in the water clumps of people's hair would get attached to you. You could NOT see the bottom at all! The customer service was great and its not far from downtown. I was not impressed. the beds were uncomfortable and when asked for non feathered pillows we were brought feathered pilows and told they were not feathered pillows. I am allergic and I was not happy. Other than that everything was great.

I feel that I overpaid. Its a little rundown, Plus my 3 year old found a dirty pair of panties in the bed skirt (not belonging to us). Only had sheer window covering, so the street lights shone through all night. Staff was friendly enough, breakfast was good, indoor pool was decent.

Stayed overnight and had a great stay. The room was basic but it was all I wanted. The breakfast was filling with scrambled and boiled egg with waffles, toast and pastries. Indoor pool enjoyed by the children was warm and inviting. Will stay again and also close to park and ride the rail system.

I was there for business and it is a good value for the location to Downtown and convention center. Breakfast was not bad for a free one. It was no glamour, older property, but clean and not too expensive considering the entire area was booked. Small frig and microwave in the room.

The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant. We had an issue with our bathroom door not closing and it was fixed promptly with a note of apology and a gift bag of snacks. The breakfast area could be larger...the hotel was fully booked during our stay and the breakfast area was overcrowded. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice. Great weekend. I was allowed early check in, but I didn't care for the 1st floor. The other rooms were still being cleaned but once they found one, I was able to move right in. They worked fast on that. Crowded weekend but it was still quiet. Bed and pillows were great. I had a fridge and microwave, which wasn't in the 1st room I had, but I didn't need […] it. Overall experience was great. I did have one issue with neighbor smoking weed in the bathroom on my first night but that didn't happen anymore. The neighborhood is full of other hotels.
