Prima, net hotel in rustige buurt, zwembad valt tegen en evenals fitnesscentrum erg beperkte openingstijden. Bar mag meer producten op kaart zetten.

Mooie moderne hotelkamer. Ontbijt was goed. Hotelpersoneel was erg behulpzaam: op de dag van vertrek moesten we eerder weg dan dat het ontbijt mogelijk was. Speciaal voor ons werd de ontbijtzaal geopend en konden we weliswaar niet uitgebreid, maar toch wat eten. Ligging van het hotel is super. Vijf minuten lopen vanaf Puerta del Sol, met een pleintje voor de deur. Klein minpuntje: ondanks de rolluiken hoor je wel goed wat er op straat gebeurt. Zou er zelf wel weer heengaan.

Ligging.
Husa Moncloa Hotel ligt in Arguelles - Moncloa in Madrid, dicht bij Convent of las Comendadoras de Santiago, Plaza de Espana en Plaza Mayor. In de buurt liggen ook Prado Museum en Paleis op de Dam.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Husa Moncloa Hotel heeft een healthclub, een binnenzwembad en een turks stoombad. Tegen betaling kan je in openbare ruimtes gebruikmaken van een snelle draadloze internetverbinding, terwijl de accommodatie over een computer met internetverbinding beschikt. Dit hotel met 4 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen waaronder een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes en een technische helpdesk. Dit hotel voor zaken biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals een koffiebar/café en een bar/lounge. Het personeel kan op verzoek hulp bij excursies/tickets, een huwelijksservice en een cateringdienst voor evenementen regelen. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn met voicemail. Elke badkamer is uitgerust met een bad/douchecombinatie met een extra diep bad en een handdouche. Het kalme Parque del Oeste in het oosten, waarover de retroachtige, zilveren zendtoren uitkijkt, heeft sparrenbomen en studenten die zich in het gras ontspannen (dankzij de nabijgelegen universiteiten). Neem een kabelwagen over de Manzanares-rivier naar het Casa de Campo, of aanschouw de zonsondergang vanaf een terras op de levendige Paseo del Pintor Rosales of de Templo del Debod. Het busstation is een belangrijke hub voor het noordwesten.

The Husa Moncloa and the Husa Princesa are actually the same hotel. I thought they were connected but they are actually one in the same. The hotel was beautiful and the location was spectacular. Very close to shopping and metro etc. The carpets need to be cleaned but the room was very overall very clean and the service was great. "Internet very expensive; shabby for four stars"
The hotel really should provide free internet for four stars. The room was kind of shabby with aged carpet and that made it feel unclean. The staff was cordial, but nothing to rave about.
Would not return. Found the front desk gentleman to be quite rude. He tried to charge us 8 euro for each device using Internet. Room bathroom was tired and the room temp was difficult to control.
if you go to Madrid then Hotel Husa Moncloa/Princessa is the place to stay. Great location and base for the shops, tours, sites. A clean and and a really nice hotel. I went with 12 others on a weekend trip and we all felt the same. When i return to Madrid i will definitely be staying here. Can't rave about it enough. Thank you.
"Do not recommend Husa Moncloa"
I do not recommend this hotel; they lack customer care. They don't even provide the basics, such a shampoo and a conditioner. Location is not convenient, although it's considered to be in the city center, it's far from all the main plazas.
"Very good hotel"
The reception at moncloa is tiny and makes you think its not going to be the best of hotels. however thats far from the truth, the hotel room was clean, spacious, good view (we were on the 6th floor), and 5 mins walk to Gran Via. The only problem we had was that at night it got hot and stuffy and we were unable to open any windows as they were locked […] for safety reasons! After taking a little tour of the hotel we came to the bar, where we saw that the moncloa is joint onto its sister hotel the hotel princess (i think that was a 5 star). The staff were friendly and helpful and most spoke very good english. Wifi was not free and was roughly 4-5 euros an hour. Lees meer

"Review of Stay"
Overall the hotel was nice and it is located right next to a supermarket which was great, it is located away from most attractions so be ready to walk a little while or take a cab to see old Madrid. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Good location, very close to metro and walking distance to the sights of Madrid. There is a Starbucks next door, convenient for a quick breakfast.
"About the stars"
I'm not sure I would call this a 4-star hotel. Having stayed in others, I don't think this one matches up with those. I think it would be closer to a 3 star hotel. For anybody interested in the pool in this place, it's a bit complicated to get to so don't hold your breath on actually making the time to make the trek to get there to swim.

"Ideal location"
My wife and I stayed at Husa Moncloa Hotel because it was very reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel and close to many key metro lines. We were in Madrid on business and for pleasure. The closest Metro is about 50m away and is called Arguelles. For Starbucks fans there is a shop right next door. There were plenty of restaurants and bars to eat and […] drink within walking distance of the hotel. The area is really nice, has tree lined streets, with loads of shops - ideal for the shop-o-holic and is within walking distance of Grand Via and the old part of Madrid and all the historic places. The hotel room we stayed in was huge and very comfortable. There was a little noise during the week from the street below, although we did sleep late one morning. A word of warning, the mini bar is somehow linked electronically downstairs to reception. If you lift a bottle or move a can, it registers that you have drunk it and they will charge you or at least attempt to charge you. We had to fight with reception to prove we had not drunk everything in the fridge. (lol). We ordered room service and they brought up the food in a prompt fashion. Food was delicious. "Nice Stay"
Very large room, comfortable beds, excellent location (right next to Starbucks!) but I think that wi-fi should have been free instead of 9 euro per hour considering what I paid for the room. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

El Husa Moncloa resulto un excelente y conveniente hotel para una cómoda estadia en Madrid, habitaciones limpias y comodas resultaron ser un punto importante para nosotros. Sumado a su céntrica localización en una buena área de Madrid y con estaciones del Metro muy cercanas.

Jättefint och lyxigt hotell med ett bra läge nära metro, sevärdheter, shopping i Madrid! Professionell service, trevlig personal samt rymliga bekväma rum. Rent. Bra gym med pool och bastu gratis. En los quince días últimos he usado dos veces el Hotel HUSA Moncloa y mi experiencia es inmejorable. Trato afable de parte del personal del hotel, limpieza, elegancia y un ambiente de tranquilidad que invitan al descanso y a la paz. "Necesita una reforma"
Pese a lo bien situado que se encuentra y la amplitud de las habitaciones, es un hotel poco cuidado (enchufes desencajados, moquetas raidas, muebles rozados...) y que necesita urgentemente una reforma.

Buena presencia al exterior, necesita una reforma interior y un mejor mantenimiento dado el grado de deterioro del mobiliario interior de las habitaciones que quedan justitas para ser cuatro estrellas.

Unmittelbare Nähe zum Corte Ingles, fast direkt an der Metro, zu Fuß auch nicht allzu weit ins Zentrum, natürlich nicht ganz leise so mittendrin... Riesige Hotelzimmer, netter Service (von mir kaum in Anspruch genommen), alles war gut...

El personal de recepción muy amable y profesional. El estado de las habitaciones bastante deficiente. La pintura del baño caída, así como un espejo de aumento. Casi ningún surtido de material de aseo. El sistema de refrigeración no funcionaba correctamente, por lo que pasamos muchísimo calor. las ventanas están condenadas, por lo que no se pueden abrir. "Husa Moncloa - great location and facilities"
I stayed 9 nights in Husa Moncloa and was very satisfied. The location is good, you can easily walk to most of the interesting places or take metro (stop just next to the hotel). Husa Moncloa is merged to Husa Princessa and the most of the facilities are shared between these two hotels. Breakfast buffet is great with a lot of fresh fruits available. […] I'm travelling for business and appreciate if gym is available, and I can say that Husa Moncloa has so far provided the best gym (private club HolidayGym) that I've used in hotels with long opening hours, good equipments and a large number of classes open for hotel customers as well. You can also easily go for running the close by park. The room was quite large and clean, the air conditioning made some extra noise every now and then but was not a problem. "Good value for money"
Super beliggenhed Lækkert fittnesscenter Glimrende værelser Måske ikke reelt et 4-stjerners hotel Servicen i receptionen ikke særlig imødekommende Vær obs på, at hotellet deler reception og indgang med et andet hotel som hedder noget ala Husa Prinsessa.
"Bel hôtel mais grande déception....."
L'hôtel est assez bien mais quelques déceptions tout de même... Tout d'abord, la réception de l'hôtel est commune avec un hôtel voisin donc beaucoup d'attente pour la récupération/le paiement de la chambre. La piscine décrite sur le site n'est pas privative et il faut prévoir un bonnet de bain et un cadenas pour le vestiaire (club de sport partagé avec […] l'hôtel)... Pas pratique quand nous ne sommes pas au courant... L'accès à internet est en supplément mais le supplément est élevé. Le parking est partagé avec celui du Corté Inglés (3ème sous-sol, pas énormément de places). La chambre en elle-même était très bien (hormis le fait de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres et l'odeur nauséabonde de la salle de bain après les douches) : le lit confortable, beaucoup de places dans la chambre. Lavorando nel settore mi ritengo soddisfatto del soggiorno all'Husa Moncloa. La camera era molto spaziosa e silenziosa.La reception molto disponibile e cordiale.Ho trovato comodo poter usufruire di un Bancomat all'interno dell'Hotel. "Este hotel se cae a cachos."
EL hotel tiene una situación excepcional pero está hecho polvo. Es un hotel que necesita una reforma urgente, además de una limpieza más eficiente. Se cae a cachos (al menos mi habitación).

Excellent location, perhaps a little tired staff and tired rooms, but quick service and the shared facilities with Husa Princesa Hotel made the stay meet my requirements at an affordable price. Recommended.

"Nice rooms and easy to get to"
We were very pleased with the hotel. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport - and the metro station is located really near to the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean with a private bathroom of a high standard. Seeing as I was six months pregnant I appreciated, that there was easy acces to the bathroomzink, shower/tub and toilet […] - and enough space to move around the bathroom and the bedroom. Only little hick up was, that our room was located with big windows to a large street with a lot of noicy traffick - but after a long day in Madrid it wasn't a problem sleeping at all ,in spite of me being a light sleeper.
