My room was large and clean. The neighborhood was good. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was nothing fancy but it was ok.

Room not esthetically pleasing. Bedspread and skirt looked old. Nothing in room seemed to match. Breakfast adequate.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and just what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, with a generous breakfast provided for us. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice. With the high standards of Quality Inn I was a little disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. furthermore, I was expecting a small room to work out, a miniature gym of sorts.This might be an idea for Quality Inn to invest in.

Location was prime but the room, although a non-smoking room, had strong smoke odor including the linens. Breakfast was very generous, however, and well stocked. Your average stay, just smokey...

overall this hotel is ok, I didn't feel secure leaving any good belongings in the room, I sensed some possible addiction going on. Clean hotel, kind of weird experience though.

Mildew in toilet biggest complaint. Everthing else adequate.Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel staff was friendly but limited on outside knowledge. The hotel room was clean however, there was a hole in the wall where a kleenex box or something was supposed to go. There are no stairs to get to the second floor, so if anyone has trouble climbing stairs, make sure you request a first floor room.

Bed was uncomfortable but clean. Hotel could use some work on their plumbing fixtures but other than that it was quiet and served it's purpose.

Our stay was very nice and we return again and again. My only complaint is the inability to see adequately in the vanity mirror. The lights above the mirror are not bright enough. Thank you!

When we first got to our room, it looked run down. Everything in the room seems to be "fixed" cheaply or still broken. We didn't mind that much because we were just stopping here for the night. Plus we were literally the only ones staying there, or so we thought. The hotel decided to put a van full of kids above us. The hotel had no other guests. The […] parking lot was empty except for our cars and the van of kids.... We were kept up all night. And when we finally couldnt take it anymore (1 AM), we called the front desk.. no answer... I've seen more attractive rooms in a Motel-6. AC unit very noisy. Bed stiff and uncomfortable despite their claim of a high-end mattress. Free breakfast was lame with plastic eggs. Considering the price paid I was very disappointed.

Nothing fancy here but decent. The bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge (not stocked) micro wave, iron and board and hair dryer. It was quiet and even had a continental breakfast. Great outside pool and spa!

Overall ok I just wish there was an elavator to get to our room in the 2nd floor and our coffee pot would not work in the morning. I found it different that the office was a distance from the rooms. I am handicap it was a little inconvience for me but it was nice, clean and everything we needed was in the room table, chairs, desk, iron, fridge, microwave […] and hair dryer. I arrived and was given keys to my room, room had not been cleaned, sheets on floor, garbage on floor, disgusting. Went back to see what was the deal, they had another key ready and told me someone didn't get the memo about my room being switched. I understand these things happen, but I checked in later in the evening, was tired, had to go to 2nd floor […] (by the way this is what I call a MOTEL with doors to outside with 2 floors, like motel 6) then back to office, then to otherside of MOTEL to 1st floor. The waffle maker need to be a little hotter. It took a long time to cook the ther waffle and then the waffle was not quite done. The rest of thebreakfast was very good.

Room was fairly clean, but there were dirty wash cloths stuck on top of the closed shower curtain. Gross!!! The plumbing on the sink and the shower were totally loose. These need to be repaired. Turn the water on and the entire faucet would move. The rest of the room was clean and the AC worked great, that is a plus. After finally locating the hotel, which is waaay off the beaten path,( or is it just the poor signage on SR89 vs. SR89A?) we were pleasantly surprised at the attractive entrance lobby. The separate smoking and non-smoking buildings is especially appreciated since there is no trace of smoke whatsoever in the non-smoking 2-floor building. It was peaceful […] and quiet and the location was ideal for visiting the Old Town sites, Verde Canyon RR, Jerome and Montezuma's Castle as well as the new Castle Cliffs Casino and The Gathering restaurant, which was excellent. Def a let down. Beds were unconfortable, lighting was poor. Pool is advertised as heated and was freezing cold and unusable. Pool gate uses room key card but that was out of order and you had to climb the fence to access the hot tub which is tiny and too hot. Hotel is a mish mash of incandecent and energy saving pig tail bulbs. They even had a pig tail […] bulb in the heat lamp in the bathroom. Lobby is in a,seperate building from rooms, about 200 yards away and you need to drive to the horrible continental breakfast they offered. I have stayed in better rooms for far less cost. This hotel is off the main higway, but close enough to everything to be convenient. The best part of staying there was not hearing traffic! Also the desk staff was pleasant and provided a lot of local information. The continental breakfast had a wonderful variety to choose from also. Overall, it was a great hotel to stay at.

This was a very mediocre hotel. The guy at the front desk was not helpful and bordering on rude. The room was outdated and in need of a remodel. The tissue boxes in the wall were missing the covers, so the unpainted raw edges of the sheet-rock were uncovered. The edges around the sink were dirty, and the fridge hadn’t been wiped out. We choose this hotel because of the location and the nearness to the hospital across the street as we were visiting a relative who was ill. The most positive remark I can make is that the beds were very comfortable. Several of the light bulbs were burned out in the room and the ice machine outside by the pool was not working. Because all the units are […] outside in the back of the property quite far from the front office, I walked 300 to 400 feet to the front desk where the manager filled my ice bucket. The plumbing fixtures in the shower/bathtub pull away from the wall when turning the water on. Shower head needs to be replaced. The heat lamp bulb had been replaced with just a regular light bulb so no heating in the shower area. The small refrigerator was unplugged and the door would not close. My husband fixed the gasket on the fridge door so that it would close and work properly. We paid a supposedly special rate which seemed a little steep for the quality of the facility.
