Dit appartementencomplex is een absoluut verborgen juweeltje. Via Tripadvisor ben ik achter deze lokatie gekomen en deze werd door iedereen zeer goed aangeschreven. Aangekomen op lokatie bleek niets overdreven te zijn. Wat een schitterende ligging, rust, stilte en vooral een fantastisch uitzicht. Niets dan palmbomen, een stuk gras, en een strandje tussen het complex en de oceaan. Vooral de zonsondergangen zijn schitterend. Iedere condo is apart ingericht en ondanks dat de conco waar ik in gezeten heb (401) hier en daar wat verouderd is. Het was er schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De beheerders Paula en Bill zijn schatten van mensen en zijn altijd vriendelijk en bereid om je dingen te adviseren. De ligging van dit complex in Kihei is perfect, je kunt zo overal naar toe rijden en de mooie strandjes en baaien liggen op steenworp afstand. Ik raad deze lokatie aan iedereen aan en zou bij een terugkeer naar Maui ook weer absoluut voor deze lokatie kiezen. Ik ben hier 14 dagen geweest en heb er de tijd van mijn leven gehad. Ik heb maar 1 advies: DOEN.
Ligging.
Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea ligt aan het strand in Wailea, dicht bij Polo Beach, Wailea Beach en Wailea Blue Golf Course. In de buurt vind je ook Shops at Wailea en Mokapu Beach.
Resortvoorzieningen.
Relax op het strand om aan je kleur te werken met voorzieningen als parasols en ligstoelen. Verwen jezelf met een behandeling in de volledig uitgeruste spa van Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea en geniet van voorzieningen als een buitenzwembad en een kinderzwembad.
Dit resort in luxe stijl heeft 3 restaurants. Tegen betaling kan in alle openbare ruimtes een snelle internetverbinding (draadloos of via kabel) worden aangeboden. Andere voorzieningen bij dit resort met 5 sterren zijn onder andere een kinderclub, een fitnesscentrum en een spabad. De accommodatie kan gasten na het uitchecken verlengde parkeerrechten geven (tegen toeslag).
Hotelkamers.
Elke kamer heeft een balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan, de bergen of de tuin. Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea heeft 376 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een kluis en een gratis krant. Alle bedden hebben een pillowtop-matras met designer beddengoed en driedubbele lakens. Bij betaling kan een snelle internetverbinding (draadloos of via kabel) worden aangeboden.
Elke kamer heeft een plasmatelevisie met premiumkanalen via satelliet, de recentste bioscoopfilms en een dvd-speler. Elke badkamer heeft een aparte badkuip en douche met een handdouche, een dubbele wastafel, badjassen en designer toiletartikelen.
Elke kamer heeft een koelkast, een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en gratis mineraalwater. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere pantoffels en make-up/scheerspiegels. Een turndownservice wordt elke avond aangeboden terwijl een huishoudservice dagelijks beschikbaar is. Op de kamers van Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea mag niet worden gerookt.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een creditcard voor te leggen.

Golf, golf en nog eens golf: de drie banen van de Wailea Golf Club zijn een belangrijke attractie. Bovendien staat de Emerald Course bekend als een van de meest vrouwvriendelijke banen. Aangezien de club zich aan zee bevindt, kunnen golfers tijdens tee-time ook walvissen spotten. Shoppers kunnen een paar bankbiljetten kwijt in The Shops in Wailea, een betere galerij met Gucci, Louis Vuitton en Tiffany & Co.

"Don't expect the quality of Maui Hotels"
They are all quite old, Don't expect that. But nature and island were great. I think you need to pay more on outdoor life. Rooms are old rooms, please think about only hotels has large pools.
"The Four Seasons Wailea Resort - Maui"
We decided to stay in Wailea for the last night of a 14 day stay on Maui and were not disappointed. The room was booked last minute via hotels.com for a good price. The room we got was a well appointed and comfortable King suite with a sitting area and mountain view. Unfortunately the view had more to do with the loading dock and the valet parking lot […] than the mountain. Not a big deal until 6:30am when the deliveries started and the rather boisterous staff started enjoying their smoke breaks. In addition, it was approximately 150 yards (yes yards) to the nearest elevator. Real life in paradise! All the staff were fantastic, from the Lei reception to the speedy bellmen, to poolside servers, to room service, and house cleaning. Really attentive, well trained, and great attitudes. My complements to them and the management. We arrived early and were given access to the Aloha lounge for changing and relaxing. We were able to take advantage of the wonderful swimming pools and a private cabana during the wait, and charging food and drinks without a room number was no issue whatsoever. The beach on Wailea bay is very pleasant with lots of activities available. Be aware that the wind usually kicks up by noon at the latest, so any plans you make for this area should start early! We dined at Spago after watching the sun set from the poolside bar. Spago is worthy of it's own review. Suffice to say, while expensive, they deliver good service and the food matches the view. Nealry perfect. We really enjoyed our short stay at The Four Seasons Wailea resort, and look forward to a little longer visit next time we are on Maui. Lees meer
"Great Resort and Stay"
this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. However, i believe they probably need to upgrade the carpet as its a bit old by modern standard. Service was excellent and can't compared to standard 5 star. i would give them 6 star, if there is.

"The Only Place to be in Maui"
There are only so many words that can express the experience other than Paradise with a smile.
"The Best Hotel in Maui!"
The best service, attention to detail, all included (except valet parking). No extra charges for using the cabanas or beach chairs (first come first serve). Great sunset view (hotel faces west). Hotel located on Wailea Beach which is great for swimming or snorkeling. Only minor issue was that (I'm 5' 11'' and 245LP) and the bathrobe was too small for […] me, LOL. Also, when you come back to your room you're pleasantly surprised to see a complementary plate of small pastries. However, mine, was full of ants. I'm sure the ants some how got into the room. I called room service and they sent someone who cleaned the anta away. We went out to diner and when we came back we found they replaced the plate of pastries but the ants had taken over the plate again. We decided not to report it again because it was very likely that they would have suggested a room change but we were too tired to go through that. Over all my wife and I loved the hotel and the four seasons will be our hotel of choice when we come back to Maui. Lees meer
"first class service for price"
The hotel is really first class. My only criticism came with the restaurants in the hotel. All were very pricy for the food served. The only restuarant to have breakfast in the hotel was really overpriced for what you get. Otherwise, nice beaches, pool, and overall service.
"Four Seasons Wailea - beach, snorkel, whale watch"
My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons Wailea for 10 days late Feb/early March, and it was 83 degrees & sunny for 7 of those days. Imagine laying poolside or on the beach and having your face spritzed with cold Evian water when you start to sweat, cold towels delivered to your chaise to put behind your neck, being fed little muffins, Maui gold […] pineapple on a stick, popsicles, and other refreshing treats to keep you cool. That's the kind of pampering you will receive at the Four Seasons Wailea. Aside from fabulous service, you will be located on one of the best beaches in Maui with chic designer shopping next door at The Shops at Wailea. And you will never be bored. There are so many activities to choose from. You can snorkel right from the hotel's beach, swim with the turtles, and watch the whales play all day this time of year. We enjoyed long walks every morning on the sidewalk path that runs oceanside by all of the resorts. It doesn't feel like exercise when you are enjoying that ocean view! We also learned to canoe via the hotel's Outrigger Program which was hard work but fun. The serenity adults only pool offered the best ocean views via a negative edge. It also had underwater music, a swim up bar, and you will probably spot a movie star or two (we saw Hank Azaria!). The hotel lobby had different vendors every morning showcasing unique local art, jewelry, and clothing for sale. They make it easy to charge anything & everything to your room so you do not need to walk around with cash/credit cards. We loved the 5-hr snorkeling excursion to Turtle Point on the Alli Nui 65 foot new catamaran. Great day on the water with a fun crew! A couple of days later we took a whale watching excursion but actually saw more whales on the snorkeling trip. The restaurants on Four Seasons property were all yummy - Spago, Duo, and Ferraro's. Duo had the best wine list and an all-you-can-eat raw bar on Thurs/Fri/Sat nights. Also, if you are a beef lover, Duo will be your favorit Lees meer

"Perfect for paradise"
This hotel refuses to let you be unhappy. There is a can-do attitude towards seemingly everything. In addition to a wonderful staff, the grounds, rooms, pools, etc were well maintained and managed. Highly recommend.

We just got home from a 7 night stay at this marvelous hotel. We LOVED every minute of it. The property is gorgeous -- from the lobby to the shops to the beach and pools. The new Serenity Pool is incredible -- beautiful views, a swim-up bar, and nice and peaceful, too. The service was absolutely the best -- I'm convinced the concierge can do ANYTHING. […] The pool attendants and bar staff were extra-friendly. The bed & pillows were so comfortable. Then there are the three restaurants -- we enjoyed all three immensely with our favorite being Duo, the steakhouse. Seriously the best steak either of us has ever had, and we've had a lot. We were able to rent a car for a day right from the concierge desk -- very easy and convenient. And they kindly drove us on three separate nights to restaurants in the surrounding area. Just amazing customer service. The only minor complaint I might mention is our soaking bathtub seemed to have kind of old hardware, so it wasn't working absolutely perfectly -- hot was where cold really was, drain was kinda slow, hard to get stopper to stay open -- but it was easy enough to work around those things. Everything else was perfect. The Four Seasons certainly has higher rates than lots of hotels, but so many things are included in your room rate that you'd have to pay for separately elsewhere. There's no "resort fee," no beach/pool chair fee, no cabana fee at the main pool. They give you free sunscreen, free continual water service at pools & beach, free fresh fruit snacks & popsicles at the pools, free sunglasses cleaning, free snorkeling for the first hour, free towels of course, free newspapers every day, free Kindles to borrow, free magazines & games at the pool, free DVDs and CDs to borrow for your room, free rides to other area restaurants, free shoe shines, free exercise activities, etc, etc. I should also mention the hotel was almost completely full (mid-August, high season) and it still didn't feel crowded at all. "Best Hotel I've ever stayed at!"
This hotel is amazing! The set-up is incredibly open and absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious, gorgeous and extremely comfortable. I have never experienced a nicer and more accomodating staff. They were unbelievable and absolutely made our stay one of the best experiences ever. Without a doubt the Four Seasons Hotel in Wailea, Maui is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views and awesome swimming pools and beach, but as they say - "you get what you PAY for".

From the moment you arrive you know you picked a memorable location. Service is top notch. The grounds are stunning, the pools are fantastic, the beach is manicured each day, snorkeling from the beach, daily yoga classes (included) and you never have an empty glass of ice water while you are at the pool. 以前も滞在したことのあるホテル。 他にはない完璧で快適なホスピタリティがあります。 エントランスでのスタッフの歓迎にはいつも感動。。 開放感のあるロビーから見える海を見ると更に感動。。 部屋の居心地の良さ、レストランはどこもおいしくてこれ以上言うことはありません。 スタッフがとにかく笑顔。ずっと居たくなります。 ホテル予約の際に対応してくれた男性の方（お名前忘れました）がすごく丁寧にしてくれてちゃんとハネムーンリクエストされていました。部屋に入るとバラとシャンパンが！ 一生の思い出になりました。今度も必ずホテルズ．ｃｏｍで 予約します☆
