Seattle Pacific Hotel in Seattle

I have stayed in less than perfect hotels before, but this one, is the lowest. It was filthy, barely vaccumed, and cleaned. looked like blood spatter on one of the cheap peices of art and surrounding wall. A Bayer asperin in one corner, pistachio nut in another. Used bars of soap above shower, covered with dust. The picture used in Hotel.com, had to […] be at least 30 years old. I felt so out of place there, like I should have had a bag of drugs and needles to fit in. Take the worst experience youve had, and you will understand what I went through. Continental breakfast consisted only of a muffin, orange juice and coffee, that I would not drink. want a great motel? use the Hotel Nexus in Northgate Seattle. It's a nice place and VERY convenient to everything, there is no laundry room or facilities on site. So, for someone who don't own a car, that's inconvenient for me. The coffee pot really NEEDS to be clean, the back part (where u put water in) is so dirty and grimy, just disgusting. The internet is very slow but other than those its very nice, and cheap. […] If you are in town for a few days its perfect. If you are coming to stay around a holiday, arrive early to get parking. Parking $7 and lot got full quickly.

Stay at the travelodge across the street for a cleaner hotel, better room, great breakfast, comparable price, and same great convienant location.

There was blood spattered on the toilet seat. The room reeked of chlorine, and I slept in my clothes in fear of what might be in the bed. It was one of the last hotel rooms available in the area, but was an absolute ripoff for the amount paid.

Staff was friendly and the room was fairly clean. The overall hotel was pretty run down. The TV didn't work and the alarm clock didn't work.

The location is awesome for the price. We were able to walk to the Space Needle and Pikes Place. The neighborhood looked worse than it really was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel itself was older and could use a good face lift. It looks as if the owners do the minimum that is required in maintenance and in decor. Elevator was broken […] for half the weekend. This place has potential. Our stay wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. Bonus was it was close to sight seeing hot spots and I got it for a good price. Lees meer

It sucked, way too hot and there ac was bought in the 1800's, horrible shower, unless you like taking a shower in a pool of water. overall worst hotel ever

This hotel is not at all nice, and is not what the website pretends it is. It was merely adequate on all levels. Especially given the price we had to pay, i would've made a different choice.

rooms are ok, just need new fixtures for the shower and sink, I would have liked coffie in my room

Couldn't eat in room because of all the fruit flies. The room was in disrepair. Cracks in every wall. Took 5 minutes to get hot water once the faucet was turned on. If there is a up side it was inexpensive for the area, but we did get what we paid for.

We reserved a room with a queen bed and it turned out to be a double bed . the man at the front desk said at check in time room with a queen bed . Other wise everything was ok.

Old...in desperate need of update; noisy; no soap; coffee maker with no coffee; continental breakfast was missing the most basic items, uncomfortable bed and far too expensive for such a poor standard of hotel! We would not stay there again.

THIS IS A HOTEL IN NEED OF PLENTY OF TLC...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. IT OUGHT TO BE CLOSED FOR A LONG REFURBISHMENT.

This place is not worth staying. I checked into the hotel and cancelled my stay within 30 minutes. Do not stay here!

This place is one step up from a hostel. It's basically clean, in a convenient location near downtown, but the accomodations are mediocre, and the neighborhood feels shady. I would not have been surprised when I checked in if the girl had advised me that bathrooms were 'down the hall'. I had to ask for help getting my door open and the advice I was […] given was 'play' with the door i.e. shake the door really hard while inserting the key card and see if it works. What?!? I was in Seattle for business and would have preferred a known entity like a Holiday Inn or La Quinta but alas they were all booked up. In the future I will take the longer drive over the shady hotel! When the girl checking me in asked me if I wanted a first floor room I answered "No- I'm a woman traveling alone I'd like an upper floor room where my door does not face the street". She answered me- "It's safe here", but I disagreed. Thankfully she had a space for me on the 3rd floor (with the difficult-to-open door) but that just tells you how aware of my surroundings I was feeling. And what's with the paying $7 to park in the hotel? Felt like a cheapskate way to charge me more money! I recommend either increasing the room rates to include the necessary charges, because itemizing that expense-outside of my hotels.com charge- was lame. If looking for cheaper hotel within walking distance of downtown, it is a 15 minute walk... 5 min to needle tower. Room in need if good paint job and need for screens on windows to make rooms more comfortable

Booked this for a bachelor party since it was close to downtown and nothing else was available. I should of just gotten a hotel outside of Seattle and called a cab. Paint was coming off the walls, gross stains in the carpet, found cigarettes behind the curtain as if they didn't bother to clean the room before we used it, lamps were Jimmy rigged and […] were fire hazard, they charge another 7 bucks to park on their property but claim no liability, and there isn't even enough parking for half the rooms there. The neighborhood is very sketchy. Anyone that reads this should think twice before reserving a room here. Do a little more walking and driving and stay away from here. Lees meer

ONLY good thing: close to Space Needle. Pool & elevator never worked. Breakfast was SPARCE!. Many electric lines into 1 outlet will surely eventually cause a fire. Carpets, furniture all dirty. NO coffee or pot in room as listed. Paid way too much!!!

My friend and I booked this hotel for an event in town. I selected a room for two adults. When we arrived the hotel was in much worse shape than the pictures showed. The elevator was broken and when we saw the room we laughed. There was one full size bed, not even a queen. We were given the option of a different room which had a full and queen bed for […] an extra cost per night which brought the total for 2 nights to more than you can imagine...plus parking fees. Outrageous!!!!Crumbs all over the floor, stains on the sheets, bathroom sink clogged, tv didn't work at all, etc. The point is, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If it was cheap to stay at, I would have had less expectations. Do not let the photos on the website fool you!!!! "Best in hospitality" is their motto...what a joke! Lees meer

The room was is need of general maintenace. The main door to the room was difficult to open because of the type of paint used on door frame. The paint was dry and was not a fresh application however it was like adhiesive every time the door closed. Some wall and carpet damage. The room smelled musty with air freshener. upon checking in the manager told me that i could not bring my bike in the room and to lock it up outside. after staying 1 night i realised that this was not going to work as 3 poeple had tagged it to be stolen. so i checked out early as it was not worth having that bike (my most prised possesion) stolen. the manager himself is a horrible man who treats […] his staff terribly, so dont book here. it was horrible no easy access nothing worked pictures hung sideways reserved a non smoking and had to stay in a smoked stale room nothing left from the breakfast 8in the morning

Two blocks away from the space needle. It doesnt look like much from the outside but the inside is pretty nice. They held our luggage while we went sightseeing until check in time. The internet didnt work in the room so I had to go downstairs to use the public computer. Wouldnt have been so bad except that another guest was playing a guitar and serenading […] his girlfriend in the lobby. Weird. It was right next to W-99 and vehicles were going by all the time. It was run down and mot to well maintaned. I would not stay there again.

The place was reasonably clean and the staff were nice enough, but... The place was extremely loud (both from traffic on the highway right outside the single-pane windows, and from very loud neighbours). I asked for a wake-up call that never came. The water took about 10 minutes to warm up to the point where I could take a shower. The elevator was broken. […] The 'continental breakfast' was a bowl of stale mini-bagels on the table in the main room. All in all, I've had worse, but I'd never stay at this place again. Lees meer

It stated out good 1st night next two nights were noisey from loud door slamming. And young kids. When we left The elevator was broken! Had to go down 3 floors with lots. Breakfast was very small and pool advertisment was deceptive.

This hotel served the purpose for my stay in Seattle since I wasn't planning to spend too much time in a hotel room anyway...the purpose of my visit was to go out and see Seattle. I look at it this way - it was better than a youth hostel or camping out. I had to laugh to myself when the desk clerk said the phone in my room was broken and he asked me […] if that was OK;' I said, "Yes," since I had a cell phone. The elevator was broken too, and the Wi-Fi was in-and-out (although there is a wired computer for guest use in the lobby). But there were no bugs and the staff was very helpful and friendly. If you want to be near the Space Needle and Seattle Center and the monorail, they are only a stone's throw away. I can't complain - I got what I paid for. Lees meer

The hotel is very close to Seattle Center which was a positive. The room and grounds were clean and maintained however it is an older structure. The mattress was also not as new as I was expecting. Had I not paid up front, I would not have stayed here. It's just way too run down for me and frankly it gave me the creeps and I was scared to sleep there. I slept with the tv on. The staff seemed fairly accommodating .

This room was decent for the cost and very clean. However, it sits right on Highway 99 and if you are a light sleeper like myself the cars going by will keep you up at night. Overall the stay was was what was expected but NOT recommended unless you don't mind lots of noise.

I was expected for the price. I didnt like the traffic on Aurora Ave. But it was fairly close to everything downtown. The rooms were alright. You could hear creaking in the hallways, and above our room. It was very difficult to use wifi. It was the bare essentials for the price. The staff was helpful to meet our needs.

The hotel seemed like a family run business. The staff was decent and willing to help,but the hotel itself is just too old. For example, the heat in the room can only go up to 86F, so we were freezing in our room for the first several hours. Even though the staff came right away to look at it, there's nothing he could do (every room was like that, so […] no point of changing rooms). I think hot water's only running in the morning. Although it is the least expensive hotel convenient to downtown, you get what you pay for. The weather was sub-freezing and so was the room. I had to turn on wall heater and leave for 3 hours while is warmed up. Everything is minimal. No mention of the parking charge. Access via one-way street in questionable neighborhood bordering busy thorough-fare; […] noisy. I prepaid for two nights and abandoned the second night for better accomodations elsewhere. Lees meer
