Generally, happy with the stay here. Close to restaurants and stores. Only thing to complain about is that the pool was under renovation but the hotel provided an alternative location that was 1 minute away.

the service is great, the price is right,the breakfast is tasty,the room was clean and the hotel is close to everything. all-in-all it's a great value

Overall the room is clean and bed is very comfortable, the only drawback is the noise isolation is not quite well. We can hear the hallway and next room noise at night time.

Hotel is clean, quiet and staff was great. The breakfast satisfied my whole family. I would definitely stay here again!

I found this hotel to be clean and comfortable. The area it is in is freeway close, good shopping and restaurants within walking distance or a very quick drive. The pool is currently undergoing renovation, but arrangements have been made with two other hotels close by to use their pools. The breakfast was O.K. and enough to eat to start the day.

we stayed there for a family trip. It was nice. Unfortunately the pool was under construction but they were nice to escort us to use the neighborhood hotel pool.

Stayed at Hampton Inn while visiting family at City of Hope. Very convenient, 5 min from hospital. No fee for parking or wireless. Two computers downstairs for free use, good for printing out boarding passes or scanning the web. Nice breakfast, with some daily changes to menu for interest (hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, boiled and scrambled […] eggs/cheese omelet, meat, potatoes, pastries, and four different kinds of juices). Hot caff and decaff coffee as well as really nice selection of teas AND cookies AND really good apples in generous supply 24/7. Fitness and pool. This is basically a nice, quiet, casual hotel located conveniently to Arcadia, Pasadena, Monrovia, etc. It is being remodeled; so, currently, at least (Jan. 2012), it is quiet at night but during the day you might not want to try to take a nap, at least on the back side, due to the jackhammers and what-not. The rooms are kept well, although one day […] we came back and found that the maid had left our door ajar all day! I guess accidents like that can happen anywhere. Nothing of ours was missing, anyway. The breakfast and breakfast area are adequate but not stellar. One silly thing that I've noticed in some other places too is that wide-screen HD TVs have been put in the rooms and normal TV is stretched out to fit them, making everybody look like they've gained 100 pounds...just to give the impression that we're watching "wide-screen" TV. This was a good location to do most anything in the LA area. It was about 25-30 minutes from anywhere you wanted to go. Very accessible to the freeway system. The only downfall was they are in the middle of a hotel remodel which was not noted on the Hotel.Com website or their website at the time of our reservation. This meant that their pool was closed […] for renovations and my kids were looking forward to swimming (even if it was only in the 70's). The hotel had arrangements with a similar hotel across the parking lot to use their pool, which was ok, however, given the air was a little cool it was chilly for the little ones to go across the parking lot after the swim! It was a little inconvenient. Also, the hotel amenities stated they had Laundry on site. This was not the case! I ended up needing to do laundry due to having young children and I had to walk another few blocks to another nearby hotel to use their laundry facilities. I wish I would have paid a little extra to stay at the nearby hotel with the working pool AND laundry facilities! It would have met my needs much better. Overall though the hotel was nice, beds comfortable, good breakfast and we love the beverage bar at Hampton. It was priced for what it is (Without a working pool at the time). Lees meer

There is really nothing special about the Hampton Inn. When we arrived the heater in our room was broken and made a screeching noise. I went down to the front desk, who sent a "maintenance" person to the room who simply switched it on and off once and then called down on the radio. She did not speak English. We were changed to an identical room with […] a view of the parking lot, and cheap, beige fixtures. The furniture was dormitory-style and in need of updating. When you held the thin comforter up to the light, you could see the stuffing all balled up in little clumps. We didn't dare try the breakfast. This wasn't much of a getaway at all, and I don't plan to come back! Surely LA has something better to offer... Lees meer

The hotel was really nice. Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel staff was great. My only complaint was our bed was so so hard.

We (family of three) enjoyed staying in Hampton Inn for a week. Everything was as good as expected. Only one issue was not having coin operated washing machine or dryer. We were advised to go to nearby Embassy Suite.

Our stay was wonderful. The front end staff gave us a room away from a group of young girls, so that our son could sleep well. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. Not a far walk from many restaurants, close to shopping mall and I-210. To top it off, cookies at the front dest each afternoon! It was wonderful

Reasonably priced for the area including breakfast. Breakfast was adequate. Room size was good and clean. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave were handy.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. Nice neighbourhood and lots of restaurants in walkingdistance. Only minus was no guest laundry. They had an agreement with the hotel next door, so we could use that one. The restaurant was a little crowded between 8 and 9am.

We stayed here because it was recommended by relitives who had stayed here previously and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The size of the room is great as is the breakfast area. Very nice hotel!

This is the second time we have stayed here. We arrived at noon and decided to see if our room might be ready and it was! The front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and although there was a good crowd they kept it stocked. Lot's of restaurants in walking distance. If we go to this area again this will be our […] first choice. We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed three nights and only on one day could the housekeeping been a little better. Walls are a bit thin so beware of hallway noise. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

kinda spendy for us but worth every penny for the luxuries: workout room, pool, breakfast, free HBO plus it was clean and comfortable. the only flaw was the carpeting in the hallways--a bit worn and dirty, but just fine in the rooms.

Had a good stay at the hotel. Comfortable, quiet room and a good breakfast although you can always tell there is no kitchen in the back because of the way the eggs are made - very crumbly and bland. The only issue I had was that the lamps in the room had been unplugged and since I had a bad back, I couldn't reach behind the night stand or the chair […] to plug them in so I didn't have light to read by which would have been a great way for me to relax. everything was great. Breakfast fantastic, maid and people at the reservation destk were wonderful. The only problem is that it is hard to find but once found convenient to shoppingand restaurants.

Our main complaint was about the pillows which were as hard as rock. Other than that, a comfortable stay.
