The first room had no internet service and this could not be resolved by help-desk. The next room had a musty smell of wet dog or wet carpet. I advised the fron desk and it was never resolved. The front desk took long to answer the phones or respond to concerns.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights prior to a cruise. Very clean, well equipped hotel. Staff is friendly and courteous but seemed pre-occupied during most conversations. MY ROOM HAD HAD A FULL GARBAGE CAN WITH STALE FOOD FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST AND THE TUB HAD LOTS OF HAIR. I EMAILED THE HOTEL.

Close to airport. Found a live roach in our room and was only provided new room. No apology at all. Will not be returning.

everything was fine for what we needed. Getting picked up at the airport by the van service was ideal, the room and the pool was enough to keep my daughter occupied. The restaurant does need improvement. Our server was great but the kitchen people were kind of slow with the food output.

We stayed twice -- on arriving in Miami late & the night before an early flight. We made full use of the hotel during our short stay: 2 dinners at the restaurant, 2 swims in the pool, husband used the gym, and took the airport shuttle the morning of our departure. Everything was easy -- even with 2 small kids.

I had an overnight layover in miami and chose this hotel because of it's free shuttle to the airport (I had a 6am flight). Very nice simple hotel, lobby is good, staff are quick and easy to deal with, gym is big, well equiped and nice, also the pool is right for everyone, elevator is a bit old, and the rooms are pretty simple buy clean and comfortable, breakfast is like every other courtyard or marriott. I liked and would comeback again in the future.

Great rooms, very spacious and comfortable. Nice large gym open 24 hrs. Nice pool outside. Free shuttle service to Miami airport, which is great. Starbucks at the hotel lobby next door, restaurant/pub in lobby, fair prices.

GREAT place. Clean, friendly, attractive decor, good neighborhood, airport shuttle clean/friendly driver. Great hotel. Champions restaurant awesome food, slow service, EXPENSIVE, but convenient. BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED. Breakfast buffet $15/person. Family of 4, $60 breakfast. WHEW!

What would be nice to have disposible cups and glasses. A flat remote control which makes it easier to clean. A card that says the room was wiped down with sanitizer wipes. Be the first do do such a thing. A card that assures that bed bugs do not exist in your hotel. But you must follow up on the these cards by putting in the effort.

It is a very nice hotel like all the Marriot hotels, it would be better if it includes the parking as in other cities.

Poor customer service, lousy shuttle service. It was such a hassle staying there. I think we had to ask for almost everything we needed twice. We also requested to speak to a manager about our experience and noone contacted us.

This hotel was conveniently close to the airport for us as we had an early morning flight. The shuttle was prompt, roomy and well maintained; the desk staff was courteous and efficient at check-in and check-out. Had dinner in Champions, was very tasty with healthy portions. It's true that the doors do make quite a bit of noise when they close but we […] did not have any issues as we were one of the early risers - might have been more of an issue if we were trying to sleep in. The location is great if you want a place very close to the airport (5 minutes). It is a bit confusing to find the place to catch the shuttle at the airport. Also, there is one shuttle that serves 3 different Marriott hotels on Le Jeune road - these three are all at the same address - and one shuttle that serves Marriott Dade. We were disappointed in the room. I booked that hotel because it was supposed to have high speed Internet n the room. Most of the time we had to go sit in the lobby to use our iPads. I met other guests who had the same problem. The night we see checked in we could hear a high pitched squeal in the room. I called the front desk who said they would send […] an engineer. One hour later I called again. When the ngineer came he figured out it was the fridge so he unplugged it. We told him we didn't need another fridge that night as we wanted to go o bed. We stayed there eight nights and the fridge was not replaced. We had to unplug the alarm clock as it was noisey as well. We rented a couple of movies during our stay and the last movie we tried to rent would not load. We called the front desk who said they would send the engineer. An hour later I went down to the front desk and asked that they cancel the charges. The top mattress on my bed slid out of place every night .Therevwas no safe in the room. Th room was very bare bones for the price we paid. The lobby was very comfortable to sit in and the food in the dining room in the main Marriott was very good. We had breakfast in the restaurant which is part of the Courtyard and it was very good. It was handy having Starbucks as part of the complex. Lees meer

Someone swipped the hairdryer and the air conditioner leaked and soaked the floor. When I told the desk, they gave me a comp breakfast. Awesome hotel.

We stayed here for one night. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean, the HD/cable is great, and it is within walking distance of some pretty good cuban restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. It is a lil farther from downtown Miami, but wouldn't be more than a $20 taxi ride.

I stayed at the Miami Airport Courtyard for a seminar. Accomodation was good, comfortable and modern. Although it is important to know there is no fridge in the room, so all perishables had to be kept on ice and change it frequently. No safe deposit box either. Very nice hotel; part of a complex of Marriott hotels. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was helpful and friendly. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet offered by the hotel restaurant. It is a quick shuttle bus ride from and to the airport. I will likely stay there again in the future.
