This is a good value place to stay. Close to bird in hand and away from the strip malls. Rooms was clean and service good. Relatively new hotel.

My daughter and I went to enjoy the free breakfast provided at 10:00am. Still breakfast right? As we were trying to eat and prepare our food the staff was clearing away all of the breakfast items. Including the plates and silverware. Very rude! And the pool water ws so low that we thought it was closed.

I think the hotel is good condition and everything was in line with respect to check-in. The room was clean and the hotel in general is in good repair. The continental breakfast is very average. Bagels and toast, some danishes, yogurt and 1 waffle cooker. The coffee was just ok. The rooms, though nice, have very thin walls. If the room next door to […] you gets up at 5am, you're getting up then too. Also, I got up in the middle of night for a drink of water and to my surprise, there was no water. When I spoke to the night manager, he told me that they fill the pool at night so for a period of time, water is unavailable at the hotel. I'm not sure for how long but it was at a time that I wanted it so it was at the wrong time for me. The hotel is located near some good restaurants and is away from the commercial area that is just amile down the road. My biggest complaint is the thin walls. When I'm on the road it's usually b/c I'm working and getting a good night's sleep is very important to me. When I can hear the kids in the hall and the guy coughing in the next room, it is a little tough to do that. Lees meer

Nice place to get away for awhile. Staff very nice and accommodating. Near to great shopping, but "away" enough to be quiet and restful.

The Sleep Inn is a nice comfortable hotel in a great location, near everything, but just far away enough from the hussel and bussel. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again in a minute.

We happened to be at the hotel at the beginning of the week, when there were very few other customers. It was like having personal staff attending to us! The one disappointment was the condition of the pool. The scum on top and the strong chemical smell turned me from using it. Everything else was fine. Overall we were pleased with this hotel. The room was very comfortable and the surroundings were pleasant. The only negatives related to our stay were the fact that the pool was not monitored and remained a cloudy mess and that the light/fan in the bathroom sounded like a bull horn. Love the hotel location in the amish farm country. Great view from my room window especially when hot air balloons hover over th famrland. Quite a picture opportunity. We have always had a pleasant stay at this hotel and will continue patronage and recommendation of this hotel.

We arrived late (near midnight), tired and were greeted by a very friendly staffer. The room wasn't the most luxurious, but was nice for the price and more than sufficient for a short stay. We recently spent two nights here while on a family vacation, and for the most part it was fine. Two things were especially odd, though. After our first night there, we went out sightseeing, but when we got back to the hotel, we discovered we'd been locked out of our room! I went to the front desk to ask why, and they said it was because we'd moved […] one of the beds against the wall. I explained that we had to do that, our 2-year-old rolled out of the bed during the night. After lecturing me on how the bed was not to be moved, how it was a safety hazard for housekeeping etc, the clerk reactivated my keys. I have a really hard time accepting that it's ok to lock a guest out of his room (with all of his possessions still inside) for the transgression of moving a bed two feet. It would have been just as easy to slide a note under the door asking us not to do that. Changing the locks went too far. The other issue was the pool -- it is so heavily over-chlorinated that you can smell it from the lobby, even through two closed doors and down two hallways. My son had an allergic reaction within 30 seconds of getting in to the pool from the chlorine. I booked this hotel because it had the best rate with all of the amenities we needed. Our family planned to spend 2 days at Dutch Wonderland. This hotel is just a couple of miles down the road which makes it much more quiet than the hotels directly across from the park. One of the reasons I booked this over another hotel is that there are two Queen […] beds (Full bed wasn't going to work for us). The free breakfast was great: waffles, danish, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, juices, and coffee. The kids used the indoor pool each night. THE OOM WAS VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF VERY ACCOMODATING. i WOULD HAVE ENJOYED A SWIM IN THE POOL BUT IT WAS VERY DIRTY, SO i PASSED

Check-in was extremely slow. We waited in line 20 minutes. The room key did not work when we went to use it and waited another 20 minutes to get it replaced. The beds were uncomfortable and there was a dampness in the room. The room was clean but some of the negatives are difficult to overcome.

Room was ok but smelled a little musty.

The hotel was somewhat disappointing. It was clean, but seemed a little older. The room was fairly small. It was narrow and felt crowded with the few pieces of furniture it had. We were very satisfied. If we ever go again, we will take a night light as we use the bathroom during the night .It was an inconvenience for the other person when you put the lght on.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Definately worth the money staying there. We travel frequently and this was very comfortable compared to most hotels we stayed at in our previous travels.

This was a good place to spend a couple of days. Staff was very helpful. The location is excellent and the place is very clean. The beds are hard so it was difficult to fall and stay asleep.

The location to Amish, PA activities was great. The accomadiations were excellent. This is a nice motel.

The hotel is either a new or very well remodeled hotel. It is just far enough away from the busy traffic of the outlets sitting on the edge of town. There are many restraunts and obviously plenty of shopping close by with alot of activities through the in season months. The staff was amazingly friendly and quite helpful!

we were disappointed because some items did not work (light/clock/fridge) and the bathroom was not as clean as it should/could have been. Ice machine on the floor didn't work, had to go to main area for ice.

Maintenance got a 2 because our shower was broken and we had to move but that went quick and was fine.Also because they were re-doing the floor by the main entrance and we had to use the side door. Otherwise the stay was great and I will stay here again.

When we checked in the clerk apologized for any inconvenience their renovations might cause. The work was very unobtrusive and didn't interfere with our stay. The only problem.. there must be no sound deadening between the rooms. We could clearly hear our neighbors conversation. Thankfully we didn't have honeymooners or a fussy baby next door. I found the Sleep Inn to be an excellent motel for the price. Fine breakfasts and helpful staff. Our refrigerator made too much noise, but we simply unplugged it. Computer in the lobby was nice. View of the farm out the window was especially nice in the morning. My only complaint was that several customers had taken up nearly half of the parking lot […] with large trailers. Everything was clean and quiet, but the issue was it snowed during the night and the plow that was to clear the hotel lot broke down. The management did nothing except shovel off the walk and say a plow was to be there by 1 PM. Only after I dug my own car out by 10am did they send 2 guys with shovels to start on the lot.

Fastest check-in ever. Showed the front desk my ID and they gave me my waiting key. Took like 5 seconds. Room was convenient to indoor pool (a definite plus for the kids. Mine loved it.) and a short walk to the breakfast area. Very clean through-out. Typical hotel room amenity-wise. We chose this place because of the indoor pool, the breakfast (which […] was included in the rate and offered waffles, pastries, bagels, cereals, fruits, coffee/tea/hot chocolate), and it's proximity to Strasburg Railroad. Can't beat the price either. One recommendation: This is a dry county so bring your own alcohol, if you drink. Also, for eats, take N. Ronks Road (just west of the hotel) about a 1/2 mile north to Old Philadelphia Pike (Rt 340). Much better selection of restaurants. room 120 is next to the breakfast prep area, each morning you are awaken at 4 am with cabinet's closing and stuff falling on the counter top's. besides that the hotels was great, just didn't want to be awaken at 4am, i was on vacation.

The location was quiet. It was not right in the middle of the shopping, restaurants, etc. but was close enough and without all the traffic and congestion. The facility was nice and clean and the continental beakfast was good.

Our stay at Sleep Inn and Suites was fabulous! We were visiting nearby Dutch Wonderland and saw good reviews for this hotel. It is located just a few miles from shopping, amusement, and restaurants. I w as traveling with my daughter and two teenage grandchildren. After many hours in the car, it was great to see a smiling face at the check in desk. I was made to feel important and welcome. Check-in was fast, efficient and friendly. We were very pleased when we opened the door to our room..It was spacious and clean. The bed was clean and very comfortable. […] The grandchildren immediately headed for the fitness center and the pool, which were also in great condition. Oustanding service. Highly recommend. The hotel was very quiet, peaceful and clean. The hotel's location was superb. All of the major outlets were within 5 miles of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again. I love everything about this hotel including the price.
