This Hotel had a very reasonable rate that was lower than most suppose to be higher quality hotels but service as well as cleanliness superceded them. My family and I was very pleased.

Stopped here on the way to Florida and things were great until 3am when the people next door got into a domestic altercation that included door slamming and vulgar language. The thin walls didn't help any but that's not the hotels fault. Over all we got what we paid for with no major drawbacks.

Volume was too low on TV

On the road I needed No major issues.We arrived at dark and left when it was dark the next morning so not sure about area other than a few nice restaurants around and Walley World behind hotel.

Good hotel for price. I would stay there again.

Bsooked 3 hours before arrival because it stated they have a pool... well the pool was covered and looked as though it has not been used for a long time. Went to dinner and realized we would not have picked tthis area as most area businesses closed and the ones thriving were massage parlors. I can't say enough good things about our visit at the Macon,GA Red Roof Inn. It was a totally positive experience for us.

I come to Macon about every six to eoight weeks and always stay at this Hotel ever since it was Confort Inn. I always get a King size Bed but, the pillows are much to be desired. They are for childrens. Pease update and replace with king size pillows. The associates are wonderful and very acomadating and, the price is great for the area.

The motel is dated but is convenient to the highway 75. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. It is a bit out of the way if you want to sight-see.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the rate was good. It is a good place to stay the night when the need arises on a long trip.

The entrance is hard to find, the building is behind another motel so you can't actually see it from the street, all you can see is the tall sign. The continental breakfast was very good. I had a little trouble signing on to the free WiFi, but the staff was able to help me do it. The walls were thin and we could hear guests next door talking and a gap […] under the door let in light and noise. Cable TV was good, room was clean and value was good. The staff was very friendly. Clean & good beds the two most important things

The lobby, room and parking lot were all exceptionally clean. The wireless Internet service was a valuable convenience since we were in Macon to conduct genealogical research. Older hotel, typical motel style furniture, needs upgrading, but, okay for a one night stay over close to the interstate. Staff were very friendly, helpful, but, hotel rooms are grubby and not the greatest, but, it is cheap so you get what you pay for.

We stayed overnight here on our way to Florida. We had our two dogs with us. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. And it was big enough to bring in the dog beds too.

We were on out way to Bonita Springs Fl and stayed at this Red Roof Inn - very comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. The lady who was at the Registration counter was so nice.

If you want a clean and cheap place to sleep close to the highway in middle Georgia, the Red Roof Macon West is a good choice. Smack in the middle of the state (halfway between Florida and Tennessee on I-75), it's a classing American motel. The included breakfast is not impressive (waffle-maker, cereal, and coffee), but the facility is in a commercial […] zone, so there are dozens of other dining (and shopping) options nearby. When we checked in around 8:00PM I requested a ground floor room. There was only one car in the parking lot on the front side of the motel. The clerk told me she had no rooms available on the first floor because she was holding rooms for people who have not yet arrived. We accepted a room on the 2nd level. Based on the good reviews here, I booked for one night passing through on our way to the Atlanta Airport. The price for the "superior" king room was the same as business and I was very pleased to find a microwave and fridge in the room which came in handy, as well as a couch and a desk. The bed was super comfy and clean, the shower/tub was very large […] and the water pressure was very good. The continental breakfast leaves a little to be desired (only hot food is a make-it-yourself waffle which my 3 year old son adored) but since it's free, can't really complain. Plenty of restaurants close by with a Cracker Barrel across the street, a couple of gas stations and it's really right off 75. Plus we were able to park right in front of our room which was a relief. I was very happy with this hotel and would definitely stop here again the next time we're passing through Macon. Lees meer

You never know what your going to get when you see a lower priced room, but we were pleased with the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel. The toliet was running and would not flush but we were able to fix it ourselves. The comforter had small rips or burns in it, but i never use hotel comforters so just threw it off the bed. Stopped here on the way to Atlanta. Older hotel that has been redecorated. Staff were very friendly/helpful. Close to the mall and all kinds of shopping. Almost everykind of restaurant available within 1 mile. Would stay again if in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was very comfortable and quiet. It had a micro-fridge and wi-fi as well which I didn't use during my brief time there. I will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay, king bed room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed being able to park right in front of our room (outdoor entrance) made for easy transfer of luggage without having to walk through corridors and use elevators...and Great rates! Thanks Hotels.com!

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Seemed to be a nice neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants close by.Didn't get to use my second prepaid night. I had to leave a day early because of pending tropical storm Lee.( I was on a motorcycle). Not the motel's fault. Overall, very good!

When we checked in they gave our room number and as we walked into the room it had to be over 100 degrees. It is not like they had all the room soldout they should have turned on the air for the guest. Also if you forget something in the room forget about it. It will be long gone.

I have stopped in this area several times. This hotel was the best, and at a great price. Staff was very nice.

We just needed a room for a stop over on the way to TN. We were very happy with the room and the staff. Continental breakfast with waflle maker is good. We'll be staying here again.

Clean and recently renovated, good value and location close to highway.

Expected a little nicer looking place based on reviews. Motel looks like a typical aging roadside place. This place isn't a dive or rat hole. Nothing fancy, but it's fairly clean and gets the job done.. no surprises. Looks on par with other hotels at this exit. Rooms were ok, outdated but nothing terrible. Staff was ok. Robotic, not rude but not friendly. […] lol Breakfast was typical for a cereal-toast-waffle spread. No donuts or sweets. Disappointing but good for my health. :) Beds were decent... pillows and towels too. Nothing too ratty. I would recommend this for an overnight in Macon because it could be a lot worse. Lees meer

We stopped here in the middle of a long trip for a good night's sleep. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had fantastic water pressure. I booked this hotel because it was much cheaper than the others in the area. I knew that I would only be sleeping there overnight so all the extras did matter to me. I was very surprised at the size of the room and the comfortable bed. I would definitely stay at this Red Roof Inn again the next time I am in Macon.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems was the fridge did'nt work that well and the tv made a buzzing sound. Other than that had a very hot shower and a really comfy bed. I would stay again!

We had an enjoyable evening and especially enjoyed the continental breakfast. The wireless internet access was appreciated as it allowed us to receive our email.
