Courtyard Louisville East in Louisville

We have stayed at this hotel before and like the area. The rooms are clean and the staff very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and afternoons in the courtyard with our freinds with drinks.

The Hurstbourne Marriott Courtyard offers a clean and convenient lodgings for folks visiting the east end of Louisville. The small on-site restaurant has good breakfast and light meals. The staff are always super friendly and efficient.

We had a very nice stay, nice room, very convenient location for us..highly recommend.

The Courtyard by Marriott Louisville East was a great place to spend the night. The hotel was EXTREMELY clean and well-designed -- honestly, the lobbies and rooms looked like they belonged in a much more upscale hotel at twice the price. We stayed overnight here on our way to Tennessee. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet. I was very pleased with the stay and the ease of checking in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Mast everything was average. No standou situations Oneunexpected negative surprise.......no refrigerator.

Basically you know your not getting a five star hotel, but for what you pay, nothing beats it. The location is conveniently located next to two interstates, the neighborhood is nice, the food is good, the room is very clean and surprisingly comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel was great for the reason we where there. ie (volleyball tournament) it was near all the venues. Restaurants were nearby.

The room was convvenient, clean & nice, but there was excessive noise from nearby Interstate 64

Very friendly staff, Great free coffee, very clean and walking distance to Bob Evans, Waffle House and a gas station. Was 15 minutes outside the city and was easy to get to.

My stay at the Marriott Courtyard East was pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. I would liked to have had wireless in the room, in addition to the Ethernet cable that was provided. I had to go to the lobby instead. Great service and clean rooms. Friendly staff and very accomodating with a room change request. Great location for those doing business in Louisivlle's East end.

This hotel was less than 2 hours from my home so the decision to stay over was largely driven by cost since all I planned to do was sleep there. The hotel exceeded my expectations

Price was a steal for this hotel in this area! Lobby has been renovated since my last stay here and looks really great, nice updates. Lovely bar area and sitting areas. No free breakfast anymore though. New flat screen TVs in rooms and beds seemed more comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

The courtyard Marriott in Louisville East delivered on all of the important issues that a business traveler might want -- competitive to or better than many hotels that I have stayed in that cost twice as much. I've stayed at numerous Courtyard locations during my 20+ yrs as a traveling sales rep working 8 states in the Midwest. All are usually very upscale from a Hampton Inn or a Country Inn and rightfully so given the upgrade in price. However, this particular location had several obvious deficiencies---beginning with the lack of wireless internet service […] in the rooms. NO WIRELESS INTERNET???? are you kidding me??? The BAYMONT right next door---at $59 a night----had wireless internet offered!!!! Truly a major problem that needs to be addressed by management if they expect to draw the serious business travelers that don't just WANT this service--- we NEED that service! We PAY a higher price to stay at supposedly an upscale hotel compared to a Baymont or La Quinta----- major disappointment! The bed was extremely uncomfortable---- comparing it to the usual top-comfort mattresses at Hampton's----- again- MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! Finally--- towels in the bathroom could easily have been used to sand outdoor decks prior to re-sealing...... Very rough and non-absorbent--- You wanted my review--- I'm giving you my opinion on the 2 night stay I experienced at the hotel. The onsite restaurant was simply okay---- no table service but rather you had to go up to a counter like at a McDonald's to place your order and food was just ok...... Sorry but I won't be going back to that location anytime soon (unless the Baymont next door is booked solid)!!! :-( Lees meer

The only thing I was displeased with was there was no internet in the room. The modem was bad and there was no one there to help. The manager came up but was not a Tech person. I had to go to the lobby, to conduct my business. They need an updated internet system.

Was disappointed that there was not a Hair dryer, Refrigerator or Microwave in the room. We have gotten used to these amenities at much cheaper hotels. There also was only a DSL internet connection (wired) in the room and no wireless connection possible. Most of the time this would have been fine, but we have begun traveling with an ipad only and leaving […] the heavy computers behind. No way to use the internet while we were there. Lees meer

We have stayed at this location twice and have been very happy with all aspects of our stay. We requested a poolside room on the first floor at check-in and had no problems with the request.
