Verblijk OK.; zakelijk en was slechts voor 1 nacht. Ligt behoorlijk ver vanuit het centum, welke met openbaar vervoer toch weer eenvoudig te bereiken is. Service van het Hotel is zonder meer goed te noemen.

Foto's op website geven te mooie indruk. Ligt midden tussen andere gebouwen. Overlast lawaai trein. Kamers relatief klein. Matig onderhoud kamers. Lobby mooi en groot. Nauwelijks kerstsfeer. Eten met kerst wordt (zonder enige) aankleding, gedaan in de omtbijtzaal!!!!!

Goed hotel, ruime kamer. Hotel maakt onderdeel uit van Marriot, maar heeft een mindere uitstraling. Lobbybar is klein en niet gezellig. Als je het openbaar vervoer eenmaal begrijpt, tram, bus, trein en Metro zijn alle bezienswaardigheden in 15 minuten te bereiken.

Only spent 1 night there, arriving in the late afternoon leaving before breakfast. However in the short time and at a quick glance the hotel looked lovely. The staff a reception were very friendly, the 3rd bed was brought up to the room within a few minutes. My hotel room on the ground floor was very tired: chipped paint work, loose carpet. In-room movies and internet use are very expensive. There is no WiFi in rooms, only in the lobby. In contrast, many Viennese cafes have free WiFi. I doubt the 4-star rating. Service was very good. Initially, I came to visit my husband at a sister hotel to the Imperial Riding School which had been organised via his work as he was there on training. We had already pre-booked the Imperial Riding school prior to our visit as the pictures looked promising and the reviews weren't too damaging (we also had to take our budget into consideration). Upon […] arrival the reception staff were cold and made us feel as if we were bothering them from their work. The room which had been allocated to us was a twin room despite us booking a double. When we highlighted this to the reception staff they were a little unhelpful and stated that they were booked to full capacity. After some discussions about our booking they agreed to move us to a double room which looked over-all better. Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor and we were often kept awake by loud high heeled footsteps by other guests outside our room. Pros: -Hotel is in a very good location, next to the train station that is connected directly to the airport and very close to the historical part of town (tram 71 takes you there in less than 15 minutes). -Room are of a good size and very clean -Quiet hotel Cons -TV's in the rooms are old and channel reception is quite bad. -No wifi in the rooms and […] internet is charged at 16Euros per day at the reception -Staff have a very "Austrian" attitude which is not so customer friendly as one would expect in such a hotel Lees meer

Excellent hotel and great food especially the included breakfast. The room was nothing special and the movie package was expensive. The only complaint is that the bathroom shower was too low to shower comfortably without taking the hand shower off the wall. Staff very helpful and sent our mail for us. Reasonable hotel. Staff very freindly. Twenty minute walk from city centre but local trams get you there in five. Hotel could do with a little updating, a bit 1995 but served it's purpose. It's worth getting a package that includes breakfast as they charge €31.00 for full English. Over all, good value for money.

The staff were excellent, happy to help and they knew their stuff. The hotel exterior was nice but sadly the interior was shabby and there were stains on the wall and the TV didn't work properly - in addition the room that I received was no where near the quality of those in the photos. Absolutely excellent down to the last detail. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. We will definitely book this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna.

A lot more went into the lobby than the rooms - it was pretty, but did nothing to help me sleep. The shower had a tap and head that pulled away from the wall, exposing the wall to leakage. Also, a few really unnecessary fees, like for internet access. Sure, 14.95 might be a standard commercial rate, but I could go across the street for a beer I would […] have had anywhere and use their internet gratis. Policies like that actually cost the hotel some of my money. The beds were comfortable, and the location just away from main downtown gave it a more relaxed feel. Had a beautiful stay in Vienna , the weather was hot and sunny and the excellent hotel was an added bonus. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was lovelly, being able to sit in the garden and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Would definetly recommend to a friend .

Very helpful staff, spoke very good english much better than my german. Had a fitness centre where you could swim, have a sauna, massage etc. Food was excellent, location good for trams and access to city centre. Would return to hotel next time I am in Vienna.

The room was the largest in my 6 city tour of Europe. Clean , large, a/c worked well. Very helpful staff.No free WIFI , a surprise for such a nice hotel. Easy to get to. From the airport we arrived at the Landstrasse metro stop and caught a tram just outside the station. The tram stops about a block north of the hotel.Its an easy walk.

This is a very nice hotel, but it seems that NOTHING is included in your room price. Breakfast and wifi cost extra, and the hoops that you have to jump through to use the wifi are crazy. You only get 1 device logged on to the Internet at a time, whether it is wireless or hardwired. No wifi in the rooms. Breakfast was good, but too expensive.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here, as we come to Vienna regularly to visit friends and family. We find it easy to get to, with a good regular service from the airport which means we can check-in an hour from landing. Staff are welcoming. Rooms are good size and clean.

Nice hotel in Vienna. Responsive staff, clean (although smaller then advertised) room and an extremely nice (included with room) breakfast buffet. The only true negative about the stay was the almost extortionist wi-fi rates ($20/night)! Location a little bit further than i would have wanted but a nice quiet location, easy to find with the car. Room and staff fine, shame that the cooked breakfast was cold (three mornings in a row).

The hotel staff are very friendly and the food is extremely good. It is a little way out of the centre of Vienna, but there are good transport links and the distance is walkable! It is really near to the railway station - but around the corner on another road (we got lost!) We enjoyed our short holiday in this hotel very much, it was a bit far away, but still walkable to the centre as the weather was nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself nice and clean, even if a bit dated. The bathroom drain emitted a foul odour if the extraction fan was not left on. There was a rhythmic noise of gurgling from the bathroom drain every few seconds. Noisy neighbour allowed their room door to bang on occasions and there could be loud conversations on the floor lobby which were heard in our room. Big, clean and nice. Breakfast is a great spread. Rooms are large and the beds are comfy. A few nice restaurants in short walking distance (Salm Brau!). Stroll into the city past good sites in 15-20 minutes. This place is out of the way in a good way because you're still right in the city for a good price. While not very central, it is only 5 minutes from downtown in the tram or a 7 euro fare taxi away. Staff were helpfull, breakfast very good, room was of decent size and very clean. In general we considered this hotel to be excelent value for money in Vienna. Would recommend it to anybody.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The hotel itself was very good with a good service. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfas was also very good. It's about 20 minutes walk to the city center, and less than 10 minutes to Belvedere palace. It is also conveniently located beside the metro railway; It takes a couple of minutes […] to get to the city center or around 20 minutes to get to the airport. No free Wi-Fi and you have to pay 16 euros per day!!! We prefered going to the starbucks to connect to the internet. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Lees meer
