We have stayed at the hotel before and it was just as good as last time. Room was very large and clean. Beds and pillows are top notch no cheap stuff. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Very friendly staff, and the warm cookies upon arrival are a nice touch. The location is convenient if you are driving around Los Angeles - close to the freeway and about 20-30 minutes from all the main tourist attractions, and there is free parking at the hotel. Staff were […] friendly but housekeeping failed to attend to our room on two separate days even though we informed the front desk on our way out of the hotel both times! We aren't fussy so it was just a mild annoyance, but you may want to double and triple check with the front desk if you are leaving the hotel later in the day and housekeeping bypassed your room on their morning rounds, if you want your room cleaned for sure! The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. It was only an overnight stay-so can't say too much. The only thing was that the ice machine on our floor was not working.

On the surface things were nice, but little details were not good. Drain in bathroom was slow (water up to my ankels in the shower). Had to have maintenace up for TV. Internet was not included with the room. oom looked clean in general, but corenrs were dusty (dropped something so saw how it was).

Counter tops were dirty and smeared, dirty paper on the floor, the room was so stuffy I could barely breathe, the cooling fan was extremely loud, the hotel is right next to the 5 Fwy and you hear loud traffic noise all night long, very poor experience. The rooms were very clean. The cookies are awsome. The ice machine wasn't working. When I called the front desk they offered to bring us a bucket of ice.

Hotel is very nice, rooms are clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that my room was right next to gym which can be accessed 24 hours a day. It is amazing how much noise people can make working out at 2:00 a.m.

The whole trip was overall amazing. The only complaints I have is the Chocolate Lava cake we ordered was still cold and the center was hard. Not very impressed. And the staff and the brunch buffet was not very friendly. They didn't seem to want to be there. Other then that we had an amazing experience

Overall good stay. Stains on white bed cover sheets and little bit Dusty on carpet, especially coner of the room. Didn't refill body lotions even we ran out first day. Shampoo and conditional filled up. Free self-parking was fantastic. Great location: Easy to access, shopping mall, restaurant, and gas accesible.

Overall pleased with my stay at this hotel. An incident came up which the hotel was at fault for but after speaking with the hotel manager everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am back in the SoCal area.

Follow directions carefully, I got lost the first night. Once you are familiar with the area it is very convienient for Freeway access and the business district. Overall great experience. The hotel is just off the freeway in the corner of a retail area near the courthouse. Parking is free. Our room was spacious and clean. We were a few minutes further from our destinations, but the price made up for it! Staff was friendly.

The hotel itself is really good, comfortable beds, clean rooms, complete breakfast, great interior design and all. We chose it for its convenient location between Disneyland and LA. But I will NEVER come back again because, during our stay, they charged us $4,00 for something (we never found what is was) from their restaurant and they never let us know […] about it (phone call? voicemail? post-it? Hello?!) - the very next DAY when we came back, super tired and hungry, we were locked out of our room!! Seriously, because of 4 dollars! In every other hotel in the world, the least they do is charge you at the END of your stay, when you check out. Anyway, so I was happy to pay the 4 dollars, hoping for a good night's sleep, but no - the door lock started to malfunction and we were locked out for an entire hour. In the end, we complained to the manager, who said she couldn't give us a discount or anything because we had already prepaid, and stated she'd call back the next day with means to apologize for the inconvenience - it's been 2 weeks now and I've never heard back. We booked an entire 11 nights. First day in- room not too bad but faucet should be cleaned. Mexican chef by the name of Sergio preparing omelette talked and laughed too loud as though the hotel has hired him to do that instead of doing his job.

The hotel at a glance looks good, however, there are many bad things with it. The lobby looks really nice. The room seemed okay. The throw on the bed seemed really old and overused.
