Hotel Lancaster in Parijs

The room was comfortable and clean. The service at the hotel is impeccable. Very nice restaurant.

Great Hotel an great service. The only drawback was the construction on either side of the hotel. Overall a great place to stay if you are looking for a boutique hotel without a budget.

Nice location. Personalized service. Very helpfull Staff. Nice size room.

Have stayed there on and off for years and it never disappoints. Best small boutique hotel in Paris with a very easy walk to George V metro. Extremely attentive and responsive staff. A true luxury property without the stuffiness of other french hotels.

We booked this hotel for the last leg of our honeymoon after reading it was #5 in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2011 (small hotel category). The good... service was great with friendly and helpful employees and the rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Now the bad... first, they put us on the 2nd floor while the 1st floor was being […] renovated. They advised us in the beginning, but promised work would begin no sooner than 9am. Well, on both Friday and Saturday morning we woke up between 7:30-8:00am to the sound of jackhammers and drills. I had to use my Bose noise reduction headphones to get back to sleep. They should have closed the 2nd floor as a "buffer zone" for the noise during renovation. Second, our "king" bed was two twin beds pushed together. This is ridiculous for an alleged 5-star hotel. Other smaller problems... (1) we had problems working the odd new lighting system they installed, (2) there was no shower curtain so water went all over the bathroom, and (3) we came back late one night around 2am and the doors were locked with no doorman in sight (this means there's either a security problem in he region or they're saving on night shift employees). I wanted to like this hotel since I enjoy smaller boutique hotels. But I can't recommend this hotel after a very mediocre stay. Lees meer

Very good hotel short walk to Grand Palais, which was my reason for visiting. Quiet small street off very busy and noisy Champs Elysees. Good service. Rooms too small for the price.

The Lancaster exceeded my expecations in every area. Fantastic hotel that has a great staff that was both very friendly and extremely helpful. My room was one of the newly rennovated ones and it was a very chic decor while still being very comfortable with plenty of space (the latter often being hard to find in Paris in this part of town). Hotel was lovely, employees very accomodating and helpful. Hotel located 100 feet from Champ Elys and a bit too busy. Rooms clean, but very small and we stayed in the delux suite.

The staff could not have been more helpful, intelligent, and simply kind in every single aspect. The hotel itself was nice AS LONG AS YOU REMEMBER THAT "AIR CONDITIONING" DOES NOT MEAN AIR COOLING when in Europe for the most part. However, once we brought it to the hotel staff's attention that we were not happy with the heat in our room they gave us […] a different room which had a portable air COOLING unit in it and for the remainder of the stay we were comfortable. I know French hotel rooms can be small, however a five star should, if reserved for two people for five nights, at least have somewhere to sit in the room beside on the bed.

The Hotel Lancaster is a beautiful, old-world style hotel with an exceptionally gracious staff and a fanstastic restaurant. There is one very important thing to know when you book your room here, however: insist upon a room overlooking the enclosed garden. I did not do so and was greeted by news that my room had been upgraded, when I checked in. I was […] shown to a truly beautiful gem of a room with a balcony overlooking the street. There is a great deal of demolition/construction going on a present on the block, but I assumed that when the workers left for the day, it would be relatively peaceful at night. Wrong. There are at least two clubs on the block that remain open until around 4:30 AM. The club-goers come outside to smoke, chat, listen to loud music provided by their car radios, etc. Between that noise and the construction noise, I was able to get only about 2 1/2 hours of sleep per night. After 4 nights of that, I was ready to scream. I would go back to the hotel, but I have already insisted that my file carry a notation that I must have a garden-view room or nothing. If you go, do not neglect to make a dinner reservation here. It is NOT a typical hotel dining experience and I very much encourage anyone looking for an exceptional meal to partake! Lees meer

The hotel is small and cozy; public areas are beautifully decorated and maintained; service is excellent. Room furnishings charmingly shabby. Hotel restaurant a Michelin one-star - fabulous, especially dining in courtyard, but be prepared to pay for it. Only real drawback is the poor internet connection which worked only sporadically and which does […] not work at all with iPads, so would not recommend hotel for a business stay if internet connection is important. The Lancaster is in a wonderful location. The service was excellent. We paid a lot for our suite, but we expected that. We would prefer they update the carprt and the drapes . It felt old but it was probably supposed to. I would recommend it.

Definetly stay here...Great hotel!

ハネムーンで利用。4泊滞在したが、きめ細かいサービスとフロントのフレンドリーな対応に感激。 メール問い合わせは迅速に対応してくれた。 アップグレードはしてくれたし、名前を憶えてくれて出迎えてくれたり他のホテルを圧倒するサービスでもてなしてくれた。 ルームサービスを頼んだが、ピザが美味しかった。 またホテル内のミシュランレストランも日本語が説明してくれてオーダーをどうしようかと考えていたがそんな不安は一切考えずにすんだ。 部屋もロマンチックで素晴らしい部屋で次パリに行ったらまた泊まりたいホテルです。

6月に9泊しました。ロケーションはシャンゼリゼ通りのラデュレに近く予約なしで朝食が取れます。ホテルのレストランはトロアグロがやっており、パリの星付きレストランに比べても確実にコスト・パフォーマンスが高い内容と思います。ただレストランがこの1つだけなので、朝ごはんは単調になります。朝食はたとえば美術館・駅等で取ればと思います。泊り客は其れなりの落ち着きある感じの家族・個人の様に感じました。設備は洗面・お風呂の蛇口があまり調子がよく無かったです（これくらいで他は概ね良好）。コンセルジェルは他のパリの5星ホテルのレヴェルに比べると劣ると感じました、改善が必要でしょうか。ただ部屋数の多いホテルに比べると華やかな雰囲気よりもこじんまりしたよさが雰囲気が楽しめます。全体的なコストパフォーマンスは普通より […] 若干よいと言う感じでしょうか。 Lees meer
