We hebben het er prima naar onze zin gehad. Prima hotel,mooie,schone kamers.Elke dag schone handdoeken.Goed ontbijt.Binnen 5 minuten bij Groene Poort(centrum).Genoeg gezellige restaurentjes,prima en betaalbaar.Makkelijk te bereiken vanaf vliegveld.Genoeg te zien.

Wij kwamen aan in het hotel,alles verliep vot en netjes, het personeel was erg vriendelijk en hielp ons graag met vragen. Excellent location for access to airport and to walk to the old town. Always my 1st choice when I stay overnight in Gdansk with early flight next morning, very competitive price.

Staff at the hotel were all very lovely and helpful,at check in we were given a guide to Gdansk which was invaluable during our break. Room was very comfortable and had everything you could need. Location is a short walk to the main sights. Not the pretties of settings but was nice and quiet. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Gdansk.

4 star hotel providing 5 star comfort and service together with superb facilities. Excellent location very close to historic center and cruise boats to Westerplatz. Staff very polite and helpful. I look forward to my next visit to this high quality hotel.

Our experience was terrific. We are a family from New York. We wanted a mid-price hotel near the main part of the city. The hotel was a 5-10 minute walk to Ul. Dluga and the restaurants along the canal. Staff was kind and helpful and the hotel restaurant was excellent. There was only one small negative - the carpeting throughout the hotel was shabby […] and should be replaced. Though our room was always kept clean - and I think vacuumed every day - the carpeting was old and worn, which gave the room and hallways a shoddy appearance. My wife and I found the hotel very comfortable, attractive and the staff very accommodating. We could not have asked for a more pleasant stay and would gladly recommend it to our friends. The hotel location in Gdansk was just super and the breakfast spread in particular was superior.

Very happy with the hotel. Good room, good breakfast, good location. That says it all. Love Sopot much better because it's a cleaner more upscale area than Gdansk but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were most accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. We were a party of 5 traveling from the U.S., all of us were deaf. When we arrived at the hotel the staff quickly accommodated our needs by communicating via writing, we were very pleased that we did not have to hassle with lipreading. Overall, our experience was very satisfying. Nice standard (not brand new, but satisfying). I don't know if the following is Poland in general or if just this hotel which missed it: but there were absolutely no english speaking channels on the room TV (everything is dubbed into polish), and no possibility for renting a movie. I realize you don't go to Gdansk for watching TV, but still - nice to […] have the opportunity. Polite and service minded hotel staff, healthy and good breakfast (didn't try the other meals). The room was quiet, clean. The bathroom was very nice. And the bed was the nicest bed I have ever slept in. And I have been sleeping in beds for over 46 years.

We have been for a couple of days, just on the corner you have the down town, the hotel is easy to find even if you can remember your self from a bar! Breakfast was amazing, sincerely I did not expected it at that level. The rom was small for us, but may enough for other. We prefer space just because we are riders on motorcycle, we sleep very well and […] comfortable. We will certainly appreciated if the toilet was in the same rom as the bath rom. Novotel is located just few minutes from the old town. Rooms were big and clean. Bathroom super clean. Breakfast good; both warm and cold options. Food in the restaurant was also good. But not as cheap as in town. Staying was totally worth of money!

Found this gem on hotels.com and booked for New Year's Eve and the night before. Road signs pointing the way to the hotel location were perfect. Check-in was smooth and the receptionists (who, as a team, speak several languages) were efficient and helpful, immediately giving us a map of the city, marking our location, and sketching out a walking path […] though the main sights of the city. The carpeting in the hallways was in need of an upgrade, but who spends much time in the hallways? The room was comfortable with a very large (US king-size?) bed and a pull-out sofa (US double-size) for our daughter. it looked as though the housekeeping staff had missed vacuuming under the pull-out sofa, but the room was otherwise in good condition and comfortable and afforded a view of the City Hall and St. Mary's Basilica. The hotel location lives up to its name and is about 3 minutes' walk to the Długi Targ (Long Market) street at the center of the area where most all of the main sites are located. Breakfast was extensive and varied. Overall an excellent stay and will return as long as we're still able to get the rate we got on hotels.com! Lees meer

I can really recommend this hotell. Affordable, nice and clean. Extremely serviceminded and friendly staff. They spoke english well. Breakfast buffe was good but not luxurious (why should it be?) Location good near the Long street and the channel. We stayed 7 nights, 2 adults and a teenager and we were satisfied with our stay all three of us.

Service by hotel and restaurant staff was excellent. Very friendly, hospitable, and only too willing to accommodate! Very comfortable and quiet sleep in rooms that were a good size and clean (we travelled as a family group and used 3 rooms -- 2 doubles and a single.) All meals in restaurant were excellent. Chose this Hotel purely for its location close to all the main sights in Gdansk and it genuinely is 5 minutes walk. Everything was very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is modern, clean and has all the basic amenities you would require for a short break. Our room was on the 2nd floor and looked over a derelict building, but the view over the top of the building was very panoramic - we could see St Mary's and the top of the town hall tower. The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the city center, which is perfect. The rooms were clean and had central air, which is not always a given. Rooms were clean and bathroom was big.
