Niet het meest nette motel. Heel klein zwembad. Uit de categorie "Blij dat ik hier maar een nachtje hoef te verblijven en douchen zal ik er zeker niet doen". Uitzicht op een terrein met campers en trailers. Eindje verderop zijn er betere hotels te vinden...

Personnel was really helpful and nice. Nice heated swimmingpool & jacuzzi. Walking distance to outlet shops. Room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely come back!

We stayed for two nights. We chose an upstairs room based on the previous comments we read about this hotel. It was fairly quiet. The room was extremely basic. In need of some basic upkeep such as door painting. The tv was an old fashioned tube tv, not the LCD advertised by Hotels. It satisfied our basic needs. We were quite disappointed actually. One of the smoke detectors was literally hanging from the ceiling. The bed was super uncomfortable, other guests were extremely noisy and staff did nothing about it. Shower had poor water pressure. It was adequate for what it was. The hotel was no more than a two and a half star experience.

Noone came to clean our room one day. Had to argue with a cleaning lady to get new, clean towels. Toilet was not secured properly to floor. Temp in shower kept changing even without touching the temp control. Jacuzzi area smelled like gas. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. we asked for extra towels and they said they were out and the next morning they still did not have any they wew wet? poor service.

We stayed 2 nights. The first night we stayed downstairs and it was terrible for me since I am a light sleeper. Too much walking noise upstairs. We moved to the 2nd floor and we were very satisfied.

FACE OF THEMOSTAT CONTROL FELL OFF, TV REMOTE BATTERY COVER FELL OUT, HEARD WATER RUNNING IN TOILET ALL THE TIME. MY WIFE HAS BAD BACK AND ASKED OFFICE FOR AN EXTRA PILLOW, SHE WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO EXTRA PILLOWS. WE DID NOT BELIEVE YOUR OFFICE TOLD US THE TRUTH. WE TOLD THE WORKERS AND THEY LAUGHED AT THE OFFICE ANSWER.

Its a good hotel but needs to be closer to the beach. Needs a better view..

We liked the motel--my teen sons loved the heated pool and spa after their rugby game. Ok room but was located next to stair case noisy all night.

Walls were very thin and wallway created a lot of noise inside room when kids were running. Free breakfast was good but very crowded with others to sit and eat.

Close to shopping and the beach! Great stay!

the bathroom shower/bath knob would stick and the hot water would burn you when you tried to shut it off. it was impossible to regulate

My gripe about this stay is that Quality Inn charged me the day after our stay even though my stay was prepaid at Hotels.com. When I called the hotel, the person on the other end said that they will reverse the charge, but it took another 2-3 phone calls, and 2 weeks before they were corrected. Even though it was raining when we got there we still enjoyed the hottube. The heater didn't work that that was fine. I would stay there again for the price.

The hotel provides a room that is clean and sufficient for a short stay. The breakfast was good and sufficient that is included in the price of the room. It is better than MacDonalds food.

We stayed one night with our children for a family function and it worked out perfect!!! My kids, hubby, and I were SO happy with our experience that we would definitely consider staying here next time we're up in Pismo! This hotel was clean and okay. Nothing special. The young lady that checked us in was fabulous and very sweet. The water in the shower was not good as it kept going from hot to cold without notice. Yikes! Not within walking distance of beach.

The hotel staff was busy...but much was wasted time due to lack of efficiencies. Much improvement is needed! We took too many cold showers during our stay. We chose to not complain but know we will not return to this hotel. Our observations in watching the hotel staff work made us NOT want to bring up our disappointments. Although this hotel is situated fairly conveniently, it is not the best as far as the carpeting/cleanliness is concerned. And there is a distinct odor upon entering the room. Clean and OK, but small rooms and VERY noisy. Noise from adjacent rooms and upstairs was terrible. I'd try somewhere else.

If cheap is what you are looking for then stay in any other motel. Very small rooms. Soggy carpet and worst of all no hot water(first for me). We had to go without without shower. A first for me. I had read this in previous reviews but thought it was temporary. Well, it is not. I qont Stay here even for free.

Average hotel but in a fantastic location right near the Outlets!!! These outlets were some of the best we have experienced in the USA. Breakfast was OK but finishes exactly on the dot of the advised time.

We always stay here when visiting my aunt. The value is excellent, continental breakfast is good, service is great, near the town of Pismo Beach. We've never had a bad experience and I am very selective!

The room was ok but I was disappointed that they did not have pay per view telivision as I specifically asked when I booked the room. Also, in the morning I was forced to take a luke warm / cold shower. I complained to the front desk and was told that I would have to call to talk to the manager. I won't stay there again.

Great hotel for the price.

I loved the location!! Very happy with our stay. I would book there again!!

This was a gr8 place to stay the kids really enjoyed it here

The motel was nice enough for the price. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and decent, and the location was great (plenty of shops and restaurants very close by, including the outlet mall). The noise was horrific. The first night I was kept up by my neighbors who had a small child that sounded like he was bouncing into the wall at 12am […] while his parents stood outside smoking and talking loudly. The second night I was woken up by a train that sounded like it was going to come into my room any minute. I would recommend the motel only if you are on a tight budget like myself, but seriously, bring ear plugs. Lees meer

Don't stay on the bottom level!!! It sounded like a herd of elephants was above us both nights. This hotel is super loud and noisy. Perfect if you are looking for a party hotel-not for the family!!

I felt the rooms were shabby. There was too much carpet smell in the room.
