Goed hotel met prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, iedere dag schone handdoeken, goed werkende airco en op ons verzoek hadden we binnen een half uur een koelkast op de kamer ( deze is niet standaard aanwezig)

The hotel is rather old. they are undergoing important renovations. the renovations are not much of a bother for the gusts, not much noise or dust. The hotel needs urgently these renovations as the AC s very noisy and there is a serious lack of hot water in the morning. Location is excellent, with good restaurants within a 2 block radius.

I spent three nights at the Downtown Circle Center Hampton Inn while traveling for business, and was completely satisfied with my stay. My room on the fourth floor was clean, quiet and comfortable, though there was some street noise late Friday night. The Hampton Inn downtown Indy is the perfect location for a stay in the city. You are within walking distance of everything you need downtown. The stay was great, except for a recurring noise that sounded like a VHS tape rewinding. You got use to it, and we actually laughed about the recurring VHS tape. The staff was very nice and friendly,

Everything was great! Had a little trouble going to sleep due to street noise. But that is expected being downtown. If you want more quiet, ask them to possibly put you in a room on the side not directly on the street.

Great rates for downtown hotel, staff was very courteous, breakfast was way more than a bowl of cereal and bagels. Overall experience was awesome and we can't wait to go again!

Hotel and staff were Great! Can' do much for location. Circle Center Mall needs to get rid of rift raft hanging at entrances. Pants to down, grilles and flashing hand signals.

Wonderful staff assistance! Provided lots of "what to do" info for the evenings and were very professional. Breakfast buffet had lots of options to choose from, and the folks working it were very friendly as well. Great stay!

No exhaust fan in bathroom, no refrigerator, pillows uncomfortable, no signs to direct you to where to turn to get to valet parking or front desk. Confusing when there is lots of traffic and you are driving and trying to find where check in is.

We booked through Expedia and did not have a very nice view from our room. Our window overlooked the rooftop next door. Other than that, we had a very nice time and the breakfast was nice.

Friendly staff. Good location. Walking distance to mall, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was OK. Room and breakfast areas were very clean. Very well kept older building. I booked a double but got a king with a roll away. This was promptly corrected, perhaps in part to low volume so it might be a good idea to verify your reservation in advance. There […] was no fridge, but the hotel provided one upon request. The room faced the street which was quiet, but the curtains did not block out the light very well. The front desk staff and valet were very, very helpful after a long drive. The breakfast buffet was fantastic (and free). Upon arrival, I was required to sign a statement releasing the hotel from liability if any of my belongings were stolen. I inquired about it; their front desk clerk (Brittany? Beth?) said that they had a problem with employees stealing from guests. There were no room safes, and no room for laptops and other larger items in the hotel safe. our room was on street side and the hotel is located on an intersection. On Sat evening until late in the night motorcyles would stop at intersection and when they excelerated to with the Harley mufflers the room would vibrate. My wife is a lite sleeper and she did not have an enjoyable night.
