Een goed hotel met een zeer goede service, met name voor het transport. Elk half uur kan je gratis van/naar het vliegveld worden gebracht. Je kan later uitchecken (1 uur) en de shuttle brengt je ook gratis naar het centrum als je wilt. Op de kamer misten we alleen een koelkast en een micro wave. verder prima!

Dit hotel / motel heeft een verrasende prijs / kwaliteits verhouding. Hoewel de prijs laag is doet dit hotel niet onder t.o.v. gerenommeerde hotelketens. Hotel heeft prima zwembad met handdoek service. Ontbijt is continental en wellicht het minste (mag uitgebreider, ook t.o.v. andere US hotelketens) Kamer is compleet, modern en schoon, incl. airconditioning .
Ligging.
Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in Phoenix, dicht bij Museum Pueblo Grande en Archeologisch park, Dierentuin van Phoenix en Gemeentestadion van Phoenix. In de ruime omgeving liggen ook Hall of Flame en Woestijn-botanische tuin.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport heeft een buitenzwembad, een spabad en een fitnesscentrum. In openbare ruimtes is een draadloze snelle internetverbinding gratis beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een werkstation beschikt. Dit hotel met 3 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen waaronder een businesscentrum en vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen. Dit hotel met een groen/duurzaam beleid biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals een restaurant en een bar/lounge. Heel comfortabel en prima prijs. Eten (behalve ontbijt) in dit Hotel is ons minder bevallen. Er zijn in de buurt ook niet veel mogelijkheden. Zeer goede service richting vliegveld.

"Very Nice"
I was in Phoenix for a weekend training and was very pleased with the accommodations.The hotel was easy to get to, the staff were very pleasant, the room was very clean, modern, and well equipped with a sleep number bed, comfortable bedding, flat panel tv, free wifi, etc.
"Feather pillows and down comforters"
I enjoyed my stay, except for one thing. When we arrived, we discovered there were feather pillows and down comforters. As I am allergic to feathers, I called and asked if they had an alternative. They were out of non-feathers that night, so they brought me an extra blanket to put in a pillowcase:( They took off the down comforter and put on rough - […] like Army issue - rough blankets and cheap-looking spreads, which were frayed around the edges :( Changing things out like that didn't really eliminate the allergens in the room, so I did suffer allergy attacks while I was there. I know that there are MANY people who are allergic to feathers. It would be nice if they offered down-alternative rooms with comparable quality in the blankets/comfortables. Lees meer
"Great place for business travelers"
This is the second time I've stayed at the Radisson Airport Hotel and for business purposes, I really like this place. It's clean. The staff are friendly. The price is right. The location is great for getting to/from airport or around the city using major highways. The amenities are nice -- never used the pool but it's there. I like the hotel lounge […] area for a quick bite or a drink at the end of the day. It's not near anything particularly exciting for the vacationer, but is really ideal for a tired businessperson in search of a clean, comfortable and friendly place. Lees meer

"Misleading"
My husband and I were exited to stay in this hotel after seen the pictures of it on line but after being inside we knowtice that there was no refrigerator. We were staying there for 3 nights and we had drinks and snacks that needed to be refrigerated. I went to the front desk and found out that if I need a refrigerator or a microwibe I need to pay extra […] for it and after calculating the amount requireded we decided not to pay for it. This inconvenient made our stay a little bit uncomfortable. For the money payed for our stay I assumed to find this hotel with all the necessary aquitment to make all of the costumers very comfortable. Lees meer

"Radisson Hotel- Tempe Airport"
In town for a Dragon boat tournament and hotel check -in was fine. There appeared to be a motorcycle club in town so that's always fun to see 100 Harley's in the parking lot. elevator was in need of a little love but got to the room everything was suitable we. Once in the room the bathroom door was in need of some work and the carpets were fraying around […] the edges. Due to being in town for the tourney we also received a grab and go breakfast, consisting of a yogurt, piece of fruit and a granola bar. Ehhit was ok, not what I had in mind but it tied us over until we could find the Dunkin Donuts. Overall room was ,price was good and we were able to get some sleep, minus the motorcycles revving in the parking lot. Lees meer

This hotel is very close to the airport and is perfect for an early morning departure. The hotel offers a shuttle service starting at 5:00 am that will get you to your flight. I had a problem getting to the hotel from the airport in the evening as the hotel is not listed on the board for the courtesy phone and I had no mobile phone with me. The taxis […] did not want to make such a short trip. The hotel needs to get listed. The desk clerk needs to get an attitude adjustment but the restaurant staff were great and very helpful. The room was quiet, clean, non-smoking, and we had a good nights sleep. All we really wanted for a reasonable price. I would stay again. Lees meer
"great people - dated hotel"
After seeing all the great reviews on the website, I thought this was a slam dunk for the best hotel to do one overnight stop in Phoenix while waiting for my next day flight. The people were very nice. They were all top notch. The hotel itself was a big disappointment. Ashtrays filled to the brim. Half baked paint jobs. Older furniture. No sense of […] any modern ambience. If you like staying in your uncle's wood panel lounge, this is the place for you, but if you want good value for your money, this is not it... there are better options a short walk away. "GREAT LOCATION"
Wonderful staff and a really good restaurant and lounge. Shuttle service to Sky Harbor Airport a real plus. Access to freeways, but no real services within walkiing distance. Good to commute from, and to enjoy the hotel facilities, but not for a tourist who doesn't want to drive.

The hotel was central to everything we had planned to do. We stayed on Tuesday night, went to the mountains to visit friends, returned to stay on Sunday and Monday night. The best part of our entire stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff of the hotel and the restaurant.

Hotels ask for reviews usually to receive positive reviews. The positive: It is close to the Airport. The Negative: Service is poor, slow, and disorganized. Rooms are cleaned with the least possible energy and it is evident that saving a little coin is more important than insuring customer loyalty. Great hotel, great location. The pool, gym, and hot tub were amazing. The only downside I see was the sleep number beds, but that's just a personal dislike. There is a bar and restaurant on site. I would definitely stay again!

"Great place to stay on your way to the airport"
I just returned from a trip to Phoenix and spent the last two nights of my trip at the Radisson and recommend it highly. Clean, comfortable bed and nice room for the price. If you don't feel like eating in the restaurant, there are a number of them a few miles down the road near the Costco.
"Very satisfied customer"
Hotels.com saved me alot of money. That particular night I saved 45%. The room was excellent, comfortable bed. Only complaint I would have was that there was no vending machine on the 5th floor, had to go down to the lobby but overall I was very pleased. Close proximity to the freeway.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel when we were driving from Los Angeles to Albuquerque. We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were also very nice. The hotel also has a great pool and jacuzzi area. The bathrooms are nicely done with a curved shower curtain rod and a granite countertop. I enjoyed the fluffy white […] towels as well! The location of the hotel to the airport is good, lobby nice. We checked in at 10:20pm after getting in from a flight from London. We wanted a light snack and was told the kitchen was closed and there was no food. We ended up getting cheese crackers from the vending maching. The room was OK - needs updating, looked dated.
