Ligging van het hotel is zeer goed te noemen 10 min. lopen naar het centrum. Er was ook aanbod van tour naar beziningswaardigheden en met name Niagra Falls ! ik zou aanraden om op eigen gelegenheid naar de Niagra Falls te gaan en twee dagen daar door te brengen want het is zeer de moeite waard. Heel belangrijk om zeker bij Sheraton te gaan lunchen want vanuit het balkon van de Sheraton kan je mooie foto's maken.

Hotel was in alle opzichten goed, locatie was top, dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden en alles was makkelijk te bereiken zowel lopend als met de straatbus of metro.

Erg goede service en vriendelijk personeel. Schoonmaak prima. Kamers moeten worden gerenoveerd; sterk verouderd (wij hadden blijkbaar een niet gerenoveerde kamer). Ook de receptie/ontvangst behoeft een face lift evenals sauna en zwembad. Ontbijt erg sober. Samengevat: voor de prijs een goed hotel. Wij gaan zeker terug.

Easy walk to CN Tower and Rogers Centre, some noise from light rail system, but public transportation at the front door.

The hotel is great, location is perfect but we booked it because the outdoor pool for the kids. The hotel rented the pool section to a private group 1 day of 3 we were there... without adivising us. It was the week the weather hit 40 Celcius... I was not quit happy about that. At the least the management gave us a $99 credit to cover entry fees at Ontario […] Place. Lees meer

"5-minute walk to the Convention Center"
Great room was expected. Did not realize how close it really was to the Convention Center, the CN tower, and also some rooms have a decent view over the lake. Good pool for lap swimming. 2-3 restaurants with good food across the street; didn't try the hotel restaurant. Helpful staff.

This hotel has an amazing rooftop pool that overlooks the harbour in downtown Toronto. There is poolside service for drinks and food. The restaurant has terrific menu choices that are delicious. The rooms have been upgraded and have good amenities. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy downtown Toronto.
"girls night"
We had an awesome time walking all over the shopping distract. It was nice that they could check us in so early way before the check in time. Even nicer to come back to a comfy bed and a nice tv to unwind after walking around town for almost 12 hours. We shopped till we dropped and the food was stupendous.

We had dinner at the dining room , which was completely understaffed in the morning and EVENING!!! We ordered and then our order was lost when there was only two tables of people there!... Food came without what was stated on menu, and Mushrooms appetizer was Disgusting!! Waiter never checked in with us... didn't look like he knew what he was doing!! […] and He was the only guy there!! my friend ordered the peppercorn steak which arrived cold and no sauce !... Only the Mushrooms were removed from the bill... which we had to go over to the bar to pay because the waiter was no where to be found!! I would not recommend eating there! Great location by the water and boardwalk. Presently a lot of construction going on. 10 minute walk to the South Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Center. Lots of quick food restaurants and 24hr convenience store accross the street. At the time parking was free, but this will certainly change. Negative point, although the rooms are relatively […] sound proof, when the electric street cars start passing in the morning, its almost impossible to sleep in. Hotel located in an excellent section of the downtown area, close to Toronto Island. Hotel had excellent exercise room with good equipment and the rooms were clean. Staff were very helpful. Would stay again there.

"The Radisson on Queens Quay in Toronto"
A decent hotel within walking distance of Union station. It isn't very fancy with too many perks, but provides a comfortable stay at a good rate.

My wife and I have stayed at many hotels over the years, so our expectations may have been high, but the room we received was not what we expected. More of an apartment in stature, we were amazed at the size and extravagance, but the overall comfort that was not there. The bed was a fold-away double, not the king-size we had been promised and it was […] noisy, so that any movement throughout the night woke us up. The walls were paper-thin so any noise from other rooms and outside was easily heard. There was also a very annoying humming in the walls, but we have no idea where it was coming from. Quite old building. We booked it for the view of harvour. But they dumped us into the other side of the Harvour. I shouldn't have believed the advertisement with the photo. They charge parking fee 23 dollars for a night.

Great location to ACC 10 minute walk lots of restaurants, coffee shops,LCBO and 24 hr grocery store right across the street. Close to Rogers Centre and CN Tower. Rooms were very comfortable number beds were great....Friendly staff someone always cleaning.Can't wait to come back in the summer and really see how nice it would be. Nov.2010 Sudbury ON

We were in town to see a concert at the ACC. Hotel was close enough to walk but it was more than the 5 minutes that we were told it was. The view out my window was awesome. It was the CN tower full on. The bathroom was a bit shabby. This seems to be a common thread in all hotels I stay in lately. The lobby was lovely and the room was okay. Nothing terribly […] fancy. We had Eggs Benedict for room service breakfast and it was very good. I did not like that the room was not dark. There are these weird angled windows that have no black out curtains and the the actual black out curtains were not very dark. I know not all the rooms have those weird windows. Next time we stay there, I would ask to make sure we were not in such a room. I am also not a big fan of the sleep number bed. I would prefer a regular mattress. Overall, it was a nice clean hotel, in a safe part of town. There is nothing around it, so if nightlife is what you are looking for, it is lacking in that department. The hotel is on the lake and by the tower. You can walk almost any where down town and even walk to BMO and the fair grounds..Now the bad. Its near the trolley and not to far from the train so there is a bit of background noise. Also if you drive or rent a car its going to be $20.00 a night for parking. It is disclosed but a huge pain. What a great hotel. The staff is so courteous and the hotel is so close to the Theaters, CN Tower, Rogers Skydome and of course the Harbourfront Center, you can walk to any of these in 10-20 minutes.
