Een goed hotel met een zeer goede service, met name voor het transport. Elk half uur kan je gratis van/naar het vliegveld worden gebracht. Je kan later uitchecken (1 uur) en de shuttle brengt je ook gratis naar het centrum als je wilt. Op de kamer misten we alleen een koelkast en een micro wave. verder prima!

Heel comfortabel en prima prijs. Eten (behalve ontbijt) in dit Hotel is ons minder bevallen. Er zijn in de buurt ook niet veel mogelijkheden. Zeer goede service richting vliegveld.

Beautiful place. Very nice room with comfortable bed. Quiet and romantic. The only complaint is that it was so dark in the bathroom that you could not see to apply makeup or do your hair.

Beautiful grounds and a great on-site spa. Check out was a bit disorganized and confusing, food was above average but not great, and resort fee was a bit high, but overall I still think this is the classiest resort in the area. Would return again.

I can't think of a single reason to spend so much money to be bored out of your mind. Although - the staff and spa are excellent.
With amenities such as Alvadora Spa, T.Cook's Restaurant and Lounge, our poolside Cabana and intimate areas around the property with hammocks for guests to unwind in, Royal Palms is known as the ultimate destination for relaxation. Our concierge is also readily available to assist with any off-property activities such as Hot Air Balloon rides, Jeep Tour excursions, Horseback riding or even a day with our Director of Shopping!

This resort is perfection! A friend of mine and I went to celebrate my 30th birthday and do the whole spa/relaxation thing and I couldn't have been happier. We kept remarking that we were in heaven! In fact other than maybe going shopping we probably would have been happy to spend the entire weekend there. The spa was wonderful and the services there […] top notch. The entire resort staff has an attention to detail I find unmatched in any other hotel I've ever stayed. I would and will definitely be going back. I recommend this resort for anyone looking for a classy peaceful experience. From the moment we checked in the staff was extremely attentive. They were well versed in the history of this historic property and explained all the amenities. The property is arranged in a cabana fashion with small paths that lead to the various buildings. The pool was cooled and felt wonderful against the hot Arizona sun. Royal Palms was just beautiful. I loved all of the little nooks and corners that are so quite and relaxing. The staff was attentive yet not intrusive, a perfect combination. The grounds were immaculate and stunning. I would highly recommend the Royal Palms to all.

A very unique resort compare to those large corporate resorts. Great place, great room. I would stay there again. A very relaxing environment they offer. Only negative is we wish the pool was larger, though it was never packed so it didn't hinder in getting in.

We have stayed at the Royal Palms several times and have always been pleased. The staff are courteous and friendly. They always remember little things about your outings to ask about them later. Clean, warm, and beautiful rooms and casitas. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And...we do!

The most pleasant experience we have ever had! My only regret is we did not stay longer! Will and Matt went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous. Must use the spa!!!! This is by far the best resort I have ever been to. The staff is quick to respond to your every need, and quickly. We had too wait a little too long for lunch the next day and b/c of the wait they paid for our meal. The guest rooms are sensational and very comfy. Will definitely be returning.

This hotel is unique in its from another time hacienda style, but has all the luxury of more modern hotels. The grounds are impeccably maintained and lush, the staff goes above and beyond and the location is prime. It was everything we could have imagined and more (i.e. divine soaking tub). Loved this resort, rich with history and beautiful grounds. A restaurant, spa and many lovely courtyards and places to relax among the palm trees. Convenient to Phoenix or Scottsdale, we will definitely book it again. I could've stayed for many more days to lounge by the pool and enjoy the sun!

The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It was like having our own little villa. It was relaxing and very quite. The service was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. We travel globally and this was the best hotel we've every stayed at. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

We stayed for two nights at the Royal Palms, and the stay was definitely not long enough. The resort itself is a paradise, with beautiful tropical landscaping. We stayed in one of the villas, which was amazing! We felt like we were in a setting designed for the movie "Casablanca". When we arrived, it was in the evening, and the room had already been […] turned down for bedtime -- there was soft music playing, votive candle lit, and chocolates w/sweet dreams card on the bed. It was nice getting up to in-room coffee service, and enjoying sitting outside in the private patio, admiring the greenery, and listening to the birds singing. We enjoyed our room service breakfast -- the french toast is to die for!, as well as the fresh-squeezed orange juice. The resort definitely does not skimp on the portions, and we found the room service prices to be very reasonable. The valet/bell service is extremely efficient. At check-in, we were given a brief, but efficient tour, including the history of the property by the gentleman that escorted us to our room. We did not have time to enjoy the spa, but will difinitely do so on our next visit -- we did visit the lovely gift shop at the spa, which has lots of spa products perfect for gift-giving, as well as other unique items. Everyone of the staff we encountered was extremely friendly, and eager to help. The property is well spread out, yet very quaint, with nooks and crannies with plenty of seating to enjoy the surroundings, including the outdoor fireplaces and various fountains. We cannot wait to return. It was the most romantic place we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at many 5-star resorts: the Royal Palms tops our list. Lees meer
