A little tricky to find but GPS solves that. Good for a business trip. I would stay here again.

The only reason 'comfort' gets a 4 is that I never award a 5 when the air conditioning unit doesn't have a 'fan always on' setting for sleeping. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Just what you expect when on the go at a budget! The personnel is very professional and customer oriented. Iam very satisfied and will book again when traveling to the area. The breakfast service was excellent and very convenient.

Employees were friendly and professional. Near shopping and restaurants. The room was clean with plenty of amenities. The pool area was nicely landscaped and well maintained. We would stay there again when in the Miami area.

Good hotel, and nice service, but a little far from places to visit in the center of miami, if that´s what you want to do.

There is just not enough space to write all the good things about this hotel. We had an incredible stay. VERY clean, VERY quiet, VERY nice people who work there. It was 10 our of 10 for us and we will for sure be back!! Thanks

the elevator was broke which left one for the entire hotel to share. the cleaning ladies had their carts blocking the hallways where you could not even get through with your luggage when checking out. they placed a hold on my credit card for incidentals and three days later it still has not released.

I had a great stay the king size bed was comfortable and the room was very nice and clean! The staff was so helpful and my stay included breakfast and that was gret too. Very nice hotel I would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay at the courtyard by Marriott. It was very clean and the rooms look just like the pictures on the Internet. Very pleased.

Third time I stay at this hotel. Nice staff although in the cafeteria very few people attending. Nice and comfortable rooms, nice beds, spacious clossets and drawers, free wi fi in some rooms (1st floor) but other times no wi-fi, but connection needed to my computer so I couldn´t use wi-fi in Ipad. Excellent location for business and shopping.

This hotel is fine for a basic room. They have a nice "bistro" food option where you can go and buy what you want a la carte (still at hotel prices). The location is...complicated. If you don't know the area, you will not find it easy to get to and from this hotel. You have to take a frontage road off of the Palmetto. The room was fine. Clean, stylish […] in a decent hotel way, nice bed. Comfortable. Otherwise unremarkable hotel. Miami certainly has better options. If you need Miami Lakes other hotels have better amenities/design/style. This one has free wifi which is why I picked it over the others in M. Lakes. The location did not make up for this though. By far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The bed was so amazingly comfortable & room was so homey and cozy. The lobby was BEAUTIFUL! The bistro restaurant located inside lobby is very convient and food was great! DEFINTLEY recommend this hotel!

As far as courtyard properties go, this one is just a bit substandard. It was obvious that smoking was previously allowed in the rooms as most still had a stale smokey smell to them. The room was pretty clean, but the smell was hard to take. There are not many hotel amenities, and the gym is tiny. Unfortunately, this hotel is located near a busy strip […] mall and highway so running outdoors was not an option. I was using this hotel for an overnight business trip, and it served its purpose. But I cannot really recommend to others because the cost was not justified considering the smell. Lees meer

This a very nice, clean, quiet hotel in a white collar business district near Opa Locka Airport. It is adjacent to an upscale shopping area with a couple of restaurants including Outback, and a W/D grocery. There is ample free, tree-shaded parking. Without guidance, finding the hotel could be confusing. But you get off the freeway westbound and take […] the first right. I don't recall the street number. Stay on this road skirting the shopping area and it leads to the northbound parallel access road where the hotel is. For local ambiance, try the Brothers from Brooklyn Deli in the adjacent shopping area for breakfast. There is an excellent Italian restaurant east of the freeway, 0.4 miles. Excellently located, clean, spacious, with all the necessary ammenities, enough parking, comfortable, great price @expedia!. Just be sure to ask for a room with fridge since not all of them have them, that if you buy sodas, milk, juice, beer, etc.to have in your room if it´s your case!

This definitely wasn't the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at, but the staff members were very nice and accommodating. Not very many outlets that worked--very frustrating!!

With the most recent renovations to the hotel lobby this Courtyard is perfect. The design is modern with a very unique look. Dining booths with your own tv is a excellent touch.

This hotel was very comfortable and had just been renovated,very clean. Rooms very nice and roomy,beds very comfortable. Pool and hot tub very nice also fitness equipment good. Was made to feel right at home, personel and service excellent. Would recommend to all and would use again and again.......

We didn't get into our room until 2:30 am but everything was clean and attractive. Our stay was very short because we left at 10:30 am so its hard to have a good idea of what the hotel really is like. I do know that the complimentary coffee carafe was empty when we tried to get some around 9:30 and it took some time before they brought out more.

Hotel was fine especially considering the hotel was undergoing remodelling Wi Fi was only in reception and onlybvery limited. I would concider it limited. For a Marriott. But bit was OK not excellent

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is very clean and the staff is very nice. Roomsbare comortable the beds are too. Nice flat screen tv and very low price for the quality of the room. I will come back and use this hotel for my next stay.
