Een goed verblijf gehad, het ontbijt was goed, de bedden comfortabel maar het lekte door het plafond van de hotelkamer. Dit hield ons uit de slaap en hebben we ook aan gegeven, daarna was het beter maar nog niet volledig verholpen...

De kamer van hotel is echt groot, met een opbergkast in de toiletruimte en een aparte douche-bad- toiletruimte erbij. het is een erg comfortabele kamer en die wordt goed schoon gemaakt. Het ontbijt was aardig en je kunt apart vragen om een uovo fritto, gebakken ei, met of zonder ham. Dat ligt nergens klaar en moet apart gemaakt worden. Walkable from Alameda train station. It took around 20-25 mins with luggage. Hotel has wireless internet, however you hardly get any signal in the room, atleast the one we were in at third floor. Signal was quite strong near the lift and near the bar at ground floor. Staff at reception of the hotel gave good directions to the beach (bus 19 from the […] other side of the main road, pretty cheap) however they had less info about the hop on hop off tours. 2 pamphlets at reception one of them was Valencia Turistic tour pickup point close to hotel. Valencia Turistic offers three routes, two of which you can take for the price of one. If you intend to visit the zoo (Bio Parc) buy the discounted ticket with your Turistic ticket. Bio Parc has a clean and decent selection of animals. City of Arts and Sciences (CAS) is really close. You cross the main road and get down the Turia Gardens (which stretches through the entire city, an old river bed). Some CAS shows that we saw had English version at 4 pm. Beach is nice 15 mins bus ride. Nice sandy beach. Clear water. There was only power socket in the room, later realised I could use the power socket to which the ironing machine was connected to. There is a pool on the 7th floor of the hotel. Did not swim as did not get enough time however laid down on the relaxing benches. There is a nice Italian restaurant Piza Roma close to the hotel. Breakfast server at the hotel was very good. Recommended for location, value for money, cleanliness. Lees meer

My husband and I enjoyed our three night stay in Valencia, the hotel was in a ideal location. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was buffet style and very satisfactory The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only thing that let the hotel down was the restaurant in the evening. The meal was waiter service, with very little selection […] considering its a four star hotel.. There seemed to be a problem within the kitchen as there were long lengthy waiting times between courses, it took one hour for our first course of salad to arrive and there were only ten of us in the restaurant.. The second course of Valencian Paella was not worth eating so we left the restaurant not wanting to wait for dessert.. The management really need to be informed so that they can address this problem. W would stay at this hotel again but only for bed & breakfast and eat out in the evening. Lees meer

The Hotel was very good value for the money on offer 28 pounds per night. The location was actually very good, it was 30 minutes walk from the station and we walked all over the city. The room was pretty decent in size with a nice bathroom space. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice base in a well suited location. The staff at reception […] were helpfull and sent a toothbrush up which I had forgot to pack. The breakfast had a nice selection of cereals but perhaps the hot food could have been a tad warmer if I was being picky. We went for a football weekend and visited Levante UD for the Barca match and also went to the Villarreal match v Luga which is about an hour on the train. Lees meer

It was a last minute booking so wasn't sure what to expect. The hotel looks good, the staff were friendly and, I think, my only complaint was that the room I got was a little down-at-heel and probably reserved for those who'd got a late deal. (Other rooms looked great.) I only had breakfast..... which was good and plentiful; set me up for looking round […] the city very well. It's close to the tour bus stop and 15 minutes stroll from the Alameda Metro station; I walked there and back on both arrival and departure trips to the airport. pretty and welcoming hotel, good breakfast, 15 minutes walk to the city of science and arts. room was very cosy. 15 minutes drive to the old center of the city, by bus (no metro station nearby). highly recommended!

I am rating the hotel based on the price I paid, which was a very good rate and therefore I was extremely happy with what I found. It was 25 mins walk from the marina, 15mins from the Palace of Fine Arts and about 25 from the old town so for me in the middle of everything I wanted to see!

Good standard of accommodation, verging on very good. The hotel was a little tired. The pool was a boon, if a little small. Breakfast was excellent, and staff very helpful. The location is close to the Arts and Science Centre but not the old town; not a problem if you don't mid walking. The wonderful Turia gardens provide excellent walking for 9km towards […] and round the old town. Eating out near the hotel was fairly limited and metro a bit of a hike. I booked 2 rooms at Beatriz Rey Don Jaime. Our room was missing the safe and hotel room information, and the bathroom sink and toilet leaked. My son's room had problems with the shower in which faucet detached from the wall. The staff at the front desk was not receptive to questions. The night bus tour driver refused to wait 1 minute for my son to come […] downstairs, therefore we did not get the experience of the night tour. During my vacation of 8 days, I spent time in 3 hotels and 1 hostel. The stay in this 4 star hotel was the worse compared to the others which did not share the same rating. Lees meer

The wireless is the best bet when using this hotel don’t try the cable in the room while there. The hotel restaurant wasn’t worth the price that was charged for dinner. If staying at the hotel more than 2 evenings their buffet dinner gets old as well. Otherwise the staff and service were excellent. There are always taxis available (at all hours of the […] night and day). There is also a free shuttle that goes to the beach every hour from 1030-1430 and picks you up from 1630-1930. The hotel is not too far from the main sites of Valencia; an easy taxi ride or decent walk depending on what you want to see. The hotel is near the beautiful river gardens and ideally for visits to the Arts and Science complex. The city centre is only a 10 min bus ride away and there several buses which stop nearby. Valencia has superb public transport, including an extensive bus network and metro. Seven euros will buy you a travel card (Bonobus) with ten rides covering the […] whole city and beach. I booked a room at a substantially discounted rate and was pleasantly surprised to be allocated a very spacious, quiet and well appointed room furnished to a high-standard. I had some initial difficulties with internet access which the staff at reception very helpfully resolved. The hotel is not well situated for tourism, but thats ok -- I was in town on business. But unfortunately, contrary to what they claim, this hotel essentially does not offer any internet connection at all, for free or paid. There is literally no internet connection in the guest rooms. (There is an ethernet wire, but that is just a ruse -- it doesn't […] work, and they can't fix it). Nominally, there is wifi in the lobby, but it is unusable. Too slow even to load gmail. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Trato en recepción óptimo. Las camas incómodas, mala temperatura, decoración anticuada, la limpiadora entró en la habitación sin llamar por la mañana, la ducha rota, no muy limpio. Con dos estrellas valía. Positivo: parking amplio en el propio edificio.

El personal, excelente como siempre. Es un establecimiento con unos cuantos años de servicio y se nota. Aunque la asistencia del operario fué inmediata, fastidia un poco que tengas que ser tú quien avise de desperfectos en la habitación y por eso aprovechando el desprendimiento de parte de la barra de la cortina pedimos también al señor de mantenimiento […] que encolara los marcos que estaban sueltos y se caian. Yo misma con unas llaves ajusté un tirador de la puerta del baño que amezaba caerse. Nos trataron de maravilla, con un trato rápido y sencillo. La habitación pese a no ser muy moderna tiene todo tipo de detalles y es realmente cómoda. Además el servicio de comidas en la habitación fue realmente bueno volveremos

Buena experiencia; habitación cómoda, buena la cama. Pudimos dormir hasta tarde muchas veces : no se escucharon ruidos y las gruesas cortinas oscurecían totalmente la habitación. Cuando puedan, inviertan un poco en el tapizado de los muebles : algunos están muy usados, descuidados (poltronas en el bar zona recepción)
