Everything about this hotel was great, the guy that booked us in was excellant gave us a great map and where to go in the city. However we discovered the air con only works as a heat supply at this time of year nearly died of the heat, cant understand why a hotel of its size cant have a dual system

The only thing I can say possitive about this hotel is that they have a fantastic restaurant. Fantastic food and great prices. I would definitely recommend their EUR 16.00 Set Menu. Room we got (315) had dirty walls, poorly working air conditioning (something was blowing but definitely not cooling), water did not go down properly at the tub, no prices […] for minibar, programmed numbers on the phone did not work (incl. reception etc.) no info folder and when got one from the next room - outdated information. We were leaving early in the morning (5:20) and were promissed the packed take away breakfast. When we came down to check out - we were advised the chef forgot to prepare it, so were offered a piece of cheesecake from the previous day as apparently only that left in the kitchen. Other then that and apologies nothing else offered (I would expect at least refund of the breakfast rate or discount on the restaurant bill added to the room). Absolutely nothin! Anyway, next time I'm in Girona I will surely visit their restaurant but stay somewhere else. Lees meer

We stayed here for three nights and found it a very good choice. It's right beside El Corte Ingles and very near the bus station. It's about 15 minutes easy walk into the old town, but there are shops near. The rooms were very nicely decorated and service was friendly.

Comfortable, clean room, excellent breakfast. Safes in all 3 rooms were not functional. Located next door to Cort Ingles Department store, Parking in hotel garage is charged extra. 20 min walk to old city.

I have stayed at this hotel over five times in the past five years and ALWAYS had problems connecting to my corporate email system. I left a note to the IT person in charge explaining the problem and the fact that I only have this problem at this particular hotel. Nowere around the world I have had the same problem. Very comfortable hotel, large bedroom, well-fitted out. But location !! Good 20 minute walk with luggage from railway station and very far out of town from all sites and restaurants. Other than large El Cortes Ingles and Lidl, no other shops or restaurants in area. Desk staff told us of local bus which ran into town every 20 minutes, which was ok as […] it went to city centre. We had a nice comfortable room. The staff was helpful. THe breakfast in the hotel was quite sumptuous of course with the promotional price of 10 euros. We would go back there again if the opportunity comes.

Was extremely impressed by the kind service and the room. Have never been 4 star before but would definately go again. Room came with complientary tea+ coffee making facilities and the bed was both big and comfotable. The bar was refreshing and willing to serve even though we got there late. 2 big thumbs up

Hotel is in what would be called the business district of Girona. About 10 mins walk from bus/train station and about 20/25mins walk from the old town. Room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was very good. There was lots of choice including fresh fruit, ham, cheese, bread, cakes, pastrys and hot food.

Everything was fine about this place except for the bed. It was rock hard. But staff was nice, minibar was pretty inexpensive and we didn't have any other complaints.

Was Happy with hotel although l would not ever go back to girona. Hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful.

Muy limpio, buen servicio, exquisito trato al cliente. El personal es altamente profesional.

Està bien situado , no muy lejos del centro historico los empleados amables y el hotel esta bastante bien.

Vi var meget tilfredse med alt, og især restauranten. Personalets hjælpsomhed helt i top.

Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero todo estaba excelente. Aparte, tomamos el desayuno a la mañana siguiente, y también fue exquisito.

La habitación fenomenal, nos sirvío para descansar y poder ver el centro histórico por un precio razonable. Si vas en coche lo puedes estacionar en un parking gratuito que hay enfrente. El centro histórico en coche está muy cerca y también hay parkings gratuitos, eso sí se llena rápido y más vale ir prontito para encontrar sitio, si vas andando es […] un pequeño paseito. Lees meer

El hotel es estupendo. Está situado como a 25 minutos andando del centro histórico, pero en Girona hay cerca del casco una buena zona de aparcamiento libre (lo cual cada vez es más inusual, porque todo está lleno de zonas azules, verdes y naranjas, hasta en lugares pequeños). El hotel tenía parking, pero no fue preciso utilizarlo, porque enfrente a […] la puerta de entrada también existía un parking público en que, al menos en las fechas que nosotros estuvimos, no había problema de sitio. Ottimo albergo al fianco del supermercato El Corte Ingles, distante circa 1 Km. dalla stazione dei treni e degli autobus. La fermata dell'autobus L2 è a pochi passi dall'albergo. Il personale è gentile e professionale. Le camere sono pulite e con bei mobili. La colazione è varia e abbondante con prodotti di buona qualità.
