Hampton Inn Seattle Southcenter - Tukwila in Tukwila

Hampton Inn, seattle Siuthcenter ligt dicht bij de snelwegen die je snel en simpel richting Vliegveld en downtown seattle brengen, maar dit is gelijk ook een nadeel, want het kan af en toe behoorlijk lawaaiig zijn als je een kamer aan de snelwegkant krijgt toegewezen. De directe omgeving is een beetje desolaat, weinig te doen. Southcenter shopping […] mall, met de nodige restaurants is wel in de buurt, maar te ver om even naar toe te lopen. Entertainment in het Hotel is afwezig, geen gezellige bar, geen restaurant, helemaal niets. In de vending automaten zijn alleen soft drinks te verkrijgen, geen alcohol.. dus een biertje bij de TV, forget it, zul je ergens anders moeten halen. Ontbijt (gratis) is uitstekend, serials, egs and bacon, zelf wafles bakken, vers fruit, enz, alles van prima kwaliteit. De Robust koffie is voor Amerikaanse begrippen echt sterk, en goed te drinken voor Nederlanders. Koffie op de kamer is niet te drinken door het chloorwater wat uit de kraan komt. Kamers zijn keurig netjes en schoon, maar veel te veel meubels in de niet al te grote kamer. Buro stoel is een draak om op te zitten. Geen minibar, wel koelkast(je) en nette magnetron. Bedden zijn prima Wireless internet werkt goed, maar is niet super snel. TV, OK, beeldkwaliteit is goed, veel gratis kanalen! CONCLUSIE: Prima hotel om een nachtje over te blijven, voordat je de volgende dag vanaf Seatac vertrekt naar je eind bestemming, wil je wat langer blijven, dan is een hotel met wat meer in house entertainment en ruimere kamers aan te bevelen Lees meer

The front desk were very polite and courteous. This is probably our sixth time staying here in the last 3 years whenever we come to visit Seattle and its surrounding areas. We have never been disappointed. The staff are always smiling and friendly. We continue to come back here because we have never had any negative experiences. Rooms are always clean […] and have all the necessities such as microwave, fridge, coffee maker and even an in-room safe. It is only a couple minutes drive to Southcenter Mall and the surrounding restaurants and stores. Best of all they offer a complimentary full breakfast, which makes a big difference when you are travelling with kids. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available all day. Parking has never been a problem, but it can get pretty full really fast, during peak season. We've stayed here before and have thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. This is our 2nd visit in 8 months. We were very impressed when the front desk called us at 11pm to tell us we left the back window open in our rental car. The room is spacious and very clean. Overall it was a nice clean room with great beds. Only draw back was funky noise from the elevator that we could hear in our room. If I was to stay here again I would request a room away from the elevator.

With great access to all freeways, this hotel was easy to get to and from the Tukwila area. The Southcenter Mall Is only minutes away & is a great place to find anything you need while being on business or just wanting to see a movie. The hotel offers a ride to the lightrail train station so you don't need to drive your car into downtown Seattle. Rooms on the smallish side and too dark. Actually, the entire place seemed dark from check-in area to the halls to the bathrooms. I love this hotel. My fiancee and I stayed here for a weekend getaway in seattle. The hotel was clean and the staff is very nice. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank You to the staff!!

Excellent accomodations, caring staff, good food in the morning, and unbeatable location- yards from all the main arteries. Quiet, too.

My wife and I we were on weekend getaway to Victoria and decided to stop and stay at the Hampton the night before departure, I was very suprised on how nice it was. Great staff.

Overall we were disappoined with our Hampton hotel stay. The room, a king study had so much furniture we actually had to stack the three foot stools into a corner to move around the room. My husband, my son and I just returned from a family wedding in Issaquah. We spent the last two nights of our stay at the Hampton Inn to be closer to Seattle (the waterfront) as well as the airport. Other family members also joined us at the hotel. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel was lovely--clean, new, located close to great shopping […] and good restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful, giving us local maps and directions and ensuring that our rooms were close together. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon of swimming and lounging. It was also nice to have a frig and microwave in the room to accomodate poolside snacks. Although we had read about the freeway noise in a few reviews, we did not find it overly noisy at night, despite not requesting an odd number room. The shuttle service was prompt, even though we had to leave at 4:30 in the morning. Our driver was extremely helpful and cheerful (despite the early hour). The hotel's location made it very easy to get around to our points of interest and tours. We will certainly book this hotel again the next time we are in Seattle! Lees meer

This hotel was very clean ane updated. The breakfast was really good. It included sausage, eggs, and waffles. I will definitely stay there again.

We had never stayed at this Hampton Inn but we wanted to be close to the Southcenter Mall. We were very pleased with the location, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. We used the pool, hot tub and had breakfast at the hotel and all were in great even though the weather didn't cooperate. We spent a Fridaynight prior to a Sounder game and were very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn. Rate was reasonable and the room was nicely furnished and very clean. We checked in late and had a good nights rest. Breakfast was also enjoyable, especially the freshly sliced fruit.

Was in Seattle for a couple ball games - hotel was very clean, modern and comfy, plus free hot breakfast and fridge in room. Convenient location and access, close to shopping and dining. Only drawback is proximity to freeway and train tracks, but noise was minimal. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a soccer tournament at Starfire, and it was perfect for location and even has a decent pool for our 12 year old. The breakfast the next morning was hot and fresh and saved us time having to go find someplace to eat. The only draw back that we had was our room was stuff with no regular air flow (just heat or a/c) and I would reccomend […] that you bring your own pillows. Overall Hampton was a good place to stay. Easy check-in/check-out with a very nice staff. It was easy to get anywhere needed from here. My almost 7-year-old liked it, too, and he is a tough critic! We'd highly recommend staying here.

Very nice staff. Room was very nice also. Overall stay was great would reccomend this hotel to everyone.

The room and hotel is dated and not very clean. The shower is bad and very low water pressure. Additionally the water tempreture changes without reason or adjustment from warm to cold in the shower. Not worth the extra per night to try and upgrade from a lower end hotel. Breakfast is poor quality.

Conveniently located near South Center and is easily accessed from I-405 as well as valley hwy. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent beds. The iron and board are located on the back wall which makes it a little difficult to access as most people prefer to have the iron near the bathroom. The only negative thing to me was the hotel's proximity […] to I-405 and the traffic noise. I had stayed at this same property several times in the past but this was the first time the traffic noise kept me awake. I would recommend this property to anyone, only I would not suggest that they make their reservations through Hotels dot com. Lees meer

Our room was clean, comfy and nicley decorated. The beds were not too hard and the linens were clean, and soft. The breakfast the hotel offers is quite tasty and extensive in the items offered. The hotels close proximity to the mall was also great as we were in town to go shopping. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We were right across the elevator which I was dreading, but didn't hear a peep of people coming or going! Breakfast was good - except the fruit salad mix. I think it was a frozen mix and not so great but all other items were great! Don't let negative reviews deter you from this place!

Just a few minutes away from the mall with plenty of choices of restaurants and shops to visit. Best deal if you have kids is the free full breakfast which offers hot and cold choices and a wide range of juices, coffees, hot chocolate, milk, etc. Definitely one of our favorite stays whenever we stop by to visit.

I love to save a buck. My GF and I were planning a trip to Seattle. I thought it would be cheaper to stay outside of Seattle and take the train in. It was, and the stay was much better. We stayed to go to a couple games at Safeco Field. The shuttle took us directly to the lightrail station near Sea-Tac that took us to the stadium. Just call the hotel about 2 stops before the last stop on the way back and they will be there to pick you up after ther game. Easy and efficient. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The room was well put together, beds were comfortable, TV was well placed, and location was easy to get to. Only small critique is that it would have been nice to have oatmeal at the breakfast bar. Other than that, we'll be back.
