Holiday Inn Express Boston - Waltham in Waltham

De mindervalidenkamer is prettig ruim en aangenaam om in te verblijven (dik tapijt en leuk gedecoreerd). Gratis pendelbusje, thee/koffie in de lounge en wifi in de kamer. Restaurants op loopafstand. Minpuntje is ontbijtruimte (erg volgepropt met tafeltjes), ontbijtservies van wegwerpplastic en vet ontbijt.

The hotel was nice, staff was helpful and friendly. The only downfall was the shower. It was a detachable shower head and it would not stay up, it continued to fall while taking a shower. Other than that everything was great.

My daughter got accepted to Boston College, we were up for the weekend for a tour of the college, so we picked a hotel that was close by. It was an excellant hotel. Very comfortable and homey. Close to our destination. Great place to relax after an exciting day of touring a college campus.

My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys, ages 5 and 7. The room was clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was convenient. The breakfast was impressive (though we just nibbled because we were meeting friends): they had eggs, toast, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, cinnamon buns, yogurt....All tastes were covered! I booked here because they allowed pets. The girl who checked me in was just about the sweetest and nicest person ever. Reminded me of "Cheryl" from Miss Congeniality. They seem to be renovating so that's good. I picked the location because it was handy to Arlington where I was performing, but man there is just NOTHING around the hotel. A very clean, sunny, large room, with a comfortable king sized bed, and a large breakfast. The price was fantastic.

Was only there overnight... Not long enough to have seen or experienced enough to recommend

The room and staff were great as was the breakfast every morning. I did have a little trouble with the internet and think it is due to the high volume of business people staying at the hotel, which was almost at capacity throughout the week. At the end of the day, I would recommend the hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Everything Good but i was not comfortable with the bed to sleep well

Very small room, but very clean and the price was right. Excellent breakfast included in the morning. Good value for your money. I would stay here again. The staff was courteous and I felt safe.

Why do they make it so difficult to open a bar of soap? Especially difficult and extremely frustrating with wet hands. Another irritation is the aspect ratio of some of the TV channels. Even with all the technology, they cannot set the aspect ratio correctly. You see distorted faces on some of the most used channels. Complimentary breakfast is great! I printed general directions to the airport, but the staff had super easy directions that took me right out of their parking lot and that was really helpful.

Clean , very nice breakfast,quiet.

The hotel staff was friendly and inviting. The person at check in remembered me from a stay the week prior. The only trouble I had was with the TV. It kept shutting off and the sound was cutting out. Maintenance came and replaced the remote and assumed it was fixed, but it was still doing the same minutes later. Makes for a very boring evening!

Great location and value for the price. New highwy construction makes the exit from Winter Street to the north a bit complicated. we drove through the filling station parking lot. Entering Winter Street is convenient.

Nice staff, always try to support you. Clean Rooms and bathroom with good light (is important to me)

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Good location, nice room. Breakfast wasn't as good as the first time I stayed here.

Spent the night for business. Location right off I-95 is convenient. Room was comfortable, nothing luxurious but fine for our quick overnight trip. Fitness center is small- One treadmill, one elliptical, one stair machine and a bike. Also a multipurpose weight machine. We needed a last minute hotel near Brandeis University. It was clean. Accomodating. Front Desk Clerk was warm, friendly and couldn't do enough for us with our late at night check-in. Breakfast was wonderful. More than a continental breakfast, pancakes freshly made, eggs, bacon, fruit , muffins, rolls cereal, etc

Traveled to Waltham on business with a colleague who arrived later than I. Discovered he received a suite. 2 rooms, refrigerator, microwave, bigger bathroom, etc. We paid exactly the same price and booked through the same travel service. Felt as if I was downgraded. Conveniently located close to my daugther college, 15 min. from Boston. Impecable clean room and bathroom, non smoking room, no odors. Friendly and corteous staff. Nice breakfast and free parking. Good price.

The shower head was unadjustable. Not enough to complain about, but you'd think a regular inspection would reveal this so it could be fixed...

I have stayed in this particular area before at a different chain; I found this one better value for money. It was a pleasure to have a tru non-smoking room - even the towels did not smell of cigarettes! The breakfast was more than adequate and was included. This will now be my stay of choice for future visits to family in the area.

Hotel near daughters college. Just used for sleeping. Fine for that. Construction on nearby roads made access to hotel a challange.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now when taking our son back to college in Boston. Hotel is always clean and welcoming. Construction in the area makes it a little difficult to get to. For us it is worth the drive from Boston . . . free parking, free breakfast, clean, quiet, etc.

Was visiting our daughter in Boston. Nice breakfast. Clean hotel. If you are looking for something convenient to downtown this is not it. But if you don't mind being outside the city, this is a good hotel, especially for the price.

A very nice hotel in the outskirts of Boston. Room was clean, bright and very comfortable. Short drive to the red line train to downtown Boston. A nice fish restaurant across the street. A wonderful breakfast supplied.

My boyfriend and I had tickets to Fenway- we drove to the nearby Alewife subway station (About a 5-8 minute car ride away), paid $7 for parking, $2 for a subway card and we were on our way (Takes about 20-30 minutes to get into center of Boston and/or Fenway)! Room was spacious and brand new - Breakfast (especially cinnamon rolls) were yummy. Outskirts of Boston good value of money

I paid in advance for 3 rooms for 2days. When we checked in I informed the hotel that 1 of the 3 roos that I was required to prepay would be vacent the first night even though it was PAID for in advance. The 2nd day when one of my family guests arrived were told that the hotel had booked this room since they failed to come night 1. {Remember-I had to […] prepay for all 3 rooms for 2nights. How dare the hotel book my room for the 2nd night. What a mess and an embarrasement. No credit was ofered me for the error made by the Holiday Inn Express personal.
