You get what you pay for. This place is marginal but OK for the price. Had a problem with the room key and it took several attempts to get it corrected.

The hotel was conveniently located near the University, shopping and restaurants. The rooms were outdated and unattractive. The continental breakfast was marginal in terms of quality.

overall the hotel was dirty old and seemed run down and not typical of a days inn hotel. the continental breakfast was old and out dated in the fact that most items were store bought and the dinning area wasnt clean. the rooms were very dated and worn out for the price that was paid. linens were dirty and overall appearance of the room was dirty as […] well as the bathroom. the hotel seemed to be a remodel or take over by days inn from another hotel/motel company. This motel is a little old and has definitely seen better days, but is okay for the money. Especially for a football game weekend. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.

My door was broken. The deadbolt from the inside didnt work. The extra hatch above was hanging off and the door wiggled back and forth badly. All we wanted to do was sit by the pool but it was padlocked closed with weeds growing around the pool deck.

We had no other choice, as it was a football game weekend. The hotel was ok. Nothing updated or renovated or new, but it was a place to sleep for a couple nights.

The room was very nice and comfortable, the staff were very accomidating, the location was easy access to all the places we wanted to go to, and from thhe house keeping to the front desk staff they were all very friendly and professional... we would definately stay here again

The room smelled, there were stains on the walls, the tub was so stained and dirty that I would not take a shower. The carpeting was nasty and I wore shoes, would not step on the carpet.

Our stay was ok...the outside of hotel could have been cleaner..We had no troubles..there was no iron/board in the room but one was at front. Desk.

The bathroom tub had rust stains. The pool was murky. In the second room the chair was broken. The computer was down when we arrived. Checking in was a task.

One of our headboards fell off the wall. Our family didn't sleep well due to a loud party in and around neighboring rooms that lasted throughout the night. The management made no effort to quiet them. However, the staff was otherwise very friendly and helpful. Convenient access to I-75.

Not only was the upkeep bad, it smelled in the room and was uncomfortable to sleep in. They deffinately need to clean up and upgrade the place.

I felt so afraid the entire time I was in my room. There were men just standing outside and sitting on cars watching people go into their rooms. There were stains on the sheets and the curtain covering the window wouldn't close all the way for privacy. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The part of town this hotel was in is […] a good one, so I was shocked with the atmosphere of the hotel. I was scared to leave my car outside - and even more scared to leave my car to walk into my room. My stomach hurts just thinking about my experience. The air conditioning unit was falling apart and there was large amounts of dust in the filter!!!! The bathroom grouting was dirty and in places non-existent!

The room is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a reasonable walk from several restaurants. Minor issues: There wasn't a convient plug next to the bed for my laptop and phone (the plug was taken up with the lamp and clock) but my laptop cord would just reach the plug in the corner and I charged my phone off the laptop. […] There was a fridge but no microwave and no iron. A much nicer Days Inn than the last one I stayed in. Clean, comfortable, a nice fridge. Problems were that the TV remote was broken and after I brought it to the front desk to check for new batteries I was told if it didn't work, call, don't come back down. It didn't and after two unanswered calls I figured I wouldn't bother trying again and tell them […] the air conditioning barely worked. They did not give us a room with two queen sizes bed that we booked. When we asked about it, they immediately changed our room but to worst one which also turned out to have no queen size bed but did not smell as bad. However, the condition was worst then then first room as there was no remote control, the lamps were broken and in the morning we even […] saw croaches crawling in the bedroom. Further, there is a hole on the wall in the bathroom. For the price we paid, we were really dissapointed....and worst we dared not complaint in case we might get a room worst then the second one. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's an older hotel but was very clean! The front desk staff was really friendly and I slept very well. There was extra paper products if needed and NO BUGS!!!!!

well, i stayed there with a few friends for one night just for a concert. we didnt need something extremely nice. this hotel wasnt like kept up well, but it was good enough. the toliet didnt work right. the shower curtian was cloth so when u showered the waterr would get alllllll over the floor. it was very out dated. but the beds were clean. and soft. […] the pool had bugs and leafs in it but we went in anyways. i think it was worth the money. its not for lil kids or aynthing but a few 20 something year olds who r there to party is great lol Lees meer

First room was missing a light bulb in a lamp, a desk clock, and a refrigerator. Reservation was for 3 adults but there were only 2 wash cloths and towels. Rug in from of bathroom got progressively wetter each day so on the morning after the second night of a 3-night stay, the staff was informed as we left for the day. A visit to the front desk was met with the report that our rug was wet so they wanted to relocate us, which was fine with us but a note on the door or a call to our phones would have been nice. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone! The people at hotels.com need to update there pictures of this place! If you can't go and get them I can send you plenty! This hotel is what you would expect for the price. Basic, no frills, little run down looking but satisfactory if you just need a place to sleep. Within walking distance to various food options, Walgreens, gas stations, and various shops. Only a short drive to any University of Florida locations you need to visit.

The room was in bad shape, the maid service was practically non-existent, when we stopped early the check in we were told we could not check in at that time but could check in for the night as late as 7:00 the next morning. Save your money...don't stay here

I was hoping for nothing more than a cheap, clean place to sleep while traveling through. In this regard it was a perfect match. I was not expecting high thread count and übersoft pillows. we stayed in this hotel before. It was adequate for a 2 night sleep. there was water stain on ceiling, and the rug under the sink was damp. In the morning we had cold shower. The hotel must have had a remodel. the rooms are different and a lot more kept up. we did not eat the breakfast this time. waffles were a hit last time (2009). we use this hotel […] due to the proximity to my Uncle's house.
