Guest Suites of Boca Raton in Boca Raton

Goed hotel, echter een beetje afgelegen gelegen van restaurants, winkels etc. Je moet de auto gebruiken om 1 of 2 bloks te rijden om daar iets te vinden. Het ligt enkele km.'s buiten de stad Boca Raton.

Fridge in the room was helpful. Breakfast was not. Bed was clean and comfortable. Good for the price.

This is my third time I stayed at Guest suites and I enjoy staying there, clean room friendly staff, very nice heated swiming pool and comfortable beds. Breakfast could be better I think it could improve a little and would make people happy leaving with a nice meal ready for the day" maybe adding pancake machine and scramble eggs, sausage.

Staff at hotel were very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay very much.

I traveled with my husband and our 7 year old and had a great time. The room looked spacious and clean, the Hotel in general was good, some areas were a little dated, for example the elevator. Do not expect a variety in the continental breakfast. We stayed 6 days and felt very safe which to me is the most important thing when traveling with little  […] ones. Lees meer

The reviews I read were right on. Unbranded showing it's age. Great location and price. Needs some updates.

This hotel does look a bit rundown and could use some maintenance (paint, landscaping, etc). However, the room was clean enough, the beds were comfortable, I liked the layout of the suite (living area in front, beds in the back, separated by the bathroom in the middle) and the mini-fridge was very convenient. Clean but run down... Absurd "free" breakfast; small assortment of breads, one broken toaster (you have to hold the handle down to toast anything), weak coffee, 3 cereal dispensers that don't work, a serving tray filled with hard boiled eggs (that look like they have been there all week). In short, plan to go out for breakfast. The front desk staff […] was courteous and pleasant, but the "staff" was non existent. Internet signal was weak on the 2nd floor (not far from the lobby). Cleaning staff randomly gives you whatever bottles they have for your bath (2 hand lotions instead of shampoo and hand lotion) This happened more than once. The front desk gave me shampoo. People tend to talk on their cell phones out on the walkway near your room. One positive is the pool. Very clean and large. I would recommend saving up and staying elsewhere. Lees meer

The hotel was cleaner than the first one we went to, but the front desk was rude, we had to beg for towels and the cleaning crews didnt act as if they wanted to clean the room. The continential breakfast was sorry, boiled eggs, cereal, and bagels. The pool was nice and clean. No sheets were in our room for the pull out sofa bed. The staff was friendly and gave excellent service, the room was neat and clean and nicely laid out. I would recommend to anyone.

The room size and lay out was nice but the first thing you see when you walk in is the couch and mine happened to have lots of visibe stains all over it and 2 cigarette stains. I prepaid for the room and couldn't get a refund but would have left right away. The bathroom and bed did appear to be clean but the room needed some maintainence like paint […] and some updating. Not all of the staff were friendly and nice but I did have one concier at checkout that was very professional and friendly. I will not recomend or stay at a hotel from hotels.com again because I called and spoke to a represenative instead of booking online so that I would have better feedback. The girl who checked us in was the rudest person I have ever met. We went to the room the mattress was off the bed and towels were all over the place. Trash everywhere, chair knocked over. Called the front desk changed rooms, no apology from the front desk girl. Was the worst place I have ever stayed.

I was not happy with this hotel! Not clean, needs towels, breakfast not any choices. I guess you get what you pay for!

When we got to the hotel, the gentleman that waited on us at first was rude but then changed to be more pleasant. We checked in and when we got to the room, there weren't any towels. We asked a room service attendant for towels and she handed us one bath towel and told me that they didn't have any more towels. After returning from the wedding that we […] were attending, I expected to have towels in my room. There weren't any. Luckily I had brought a few beach towels that we had used earlier in the day. When I first checked in at the front desk the clerk was nice. We went down 20 minutes later to ask for a couple towels and washcloths and she said, "What do you need towels for?" We had 2 towels and 4 people. Her attitude was terrible. We have a crawling baby that wanted to crawl around in the room, I was hesitant because the hotel did not look clean. […] His knees were BLACK in less than a minute. The pool was not clean. This hotel is wonderful and the staff is great! However, one can tell that management is trying to cheap things up by not repairing the hotel. Doors do not fully lock, the drinking fountain does not work, pictures have fallen off walls and not replaced and cheap shampoos and breakfast. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the staff is warm and accommodating. […] A year from now, if management does not step up, it will be a different story! Lees meer

Frist i would say the staff was very friendly and helpful.But we had no towels and wash rags in our room when we got there.Druing our four day stay they ran out of food for breakfast(no O.J. two times or cereal)and no one around to help you. The pool was drity and the hot tub was broke. but nice location.

Hotel needs a little TLC ( ie. fresh paint, take the broken lounge chairs away from pool area,update Tv, etc.)

We were very satisfied with hotel location. Only problem was the shortage of towels and face clothes. A minor problem that can be rectified. We were not impressed with the evening desk employee. She was rather rude. \\all in all a great place to stay.......Thank You ! Connie and Ray will be back.

The outside is beautiful and the rooms were spacious; but a little run down on the inside. Don’t go if you have allergies. The deluxe continental breakfast was cereal and bagels. Overall decadent for the prices of the room.

The room was clean and the bed was great! The hotel was run down and in need of updating, but was okay for an inexpensive one night stay.

The staff at Guest Suites are excellent. They assisted us in various ways, above and beyond their responsiblities. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. Hard boiled eggs every morning. Enough! The rooms are clean but tired. The Hot Tub wasnt working when we were there, but it was really in the process of being fixed. Because of the Staff and location […] I would try it again. Lees meer

Had a short (overnight) but comfortable stay.

I have stayed at this hotel since it was a Doubletree. Though the room and place are pleasant it has gone downhill. This was the second time I received a room that the AC was not working, would not cool the room and when it was on was noisy. Boca raton is expensive but this was way too much for the condision of the room. The week before I stayed at the Wyndham hotel and resort just one exit south on I-95 for the same price where the room quality reflected the price. Later this week we stayed at the la Quinta inn in Deerfield beach 4 exit south at a better rate. La Quinta has the best bang […] for the buck in this area. Lees meer

This hotel has an outstanding location for people staying in the Boca Raton area. The price was right, the suite was comfortable, and the pool was lovely. Staff was polite and friendly. The overall atmosphere was attractive. On the other hand, it appears that proper maintenance is lacking at the hotel. Exterior room doors are banged up; some chairs […] are broken around the pool; weeds are growing in the garden; carpets in the rooms are old and fading; furniture has cigarette burns in the fabric. In the first room I was in, the shower handle was broken. In the second room, the toilet seat was falling off of its hinges. The complimentary breakfast, in a lovely separate room poolside, was horrendous: a few bagels, hard boiled eggs soaking in cool water; some cereals; caffeinated coffee only; no visible employ maintaining the area. With attention to detail and proper maintenance, this could be an incredible place. On the other hand: perhaps this is why the price was right! Lees meer

From the moment we stepped in to the lobby this stay was horrible ! Rude desk clerk, attitude when asking about anything. Hot tub broken and dirt. Pool not cleaned. The response and answers were "Oh well nothing I can do about it" Room- walls not painted, shower not aligned, water would leak all over floor. When we arrived, learned that the carpet in our room had just been shampooed, but we were assured it would dry quickly. It stayed wet for 24+ hours! Pool not heated, hot tub leaking and closed, minimal breakfast, refrigerator froze things, sliding glass door to parking lot didn't lock - poorly maintained. TV barely worked, poor picture. Hotel quite good and very clean.Service not so good as telephone did not work and complaines 3 times but still not repared.

I don't understand why the hotel does not offer a breakfast with more variety. The continental brekfast was limited . It would have been better if they offered muffins and danish instead of huge bagels only daily. A baket of fresh fruit could have been served. Nice quiet hotel with a few miles on it. Clean, great maid service. Good value.

Front desk staff very helpful and informative.

Evening desk clerk was slow to come out from the back room and was unfriendly during check-in process. The clerk on duty the following AM was friendly but was unable to help w/ directions.

Pros, staff was somewhat friendly. Close to highway. Cons, Lights didn't work. No towel racks or hooks of any sort. 2 towels for the 3 of us. No clock or any means to tell time. Stains on rug, sticky counters. MIsc. junk and garbage around hotel. Unfinished work being done. Overflowing garbage and dumpster. If there was maid service we didn't receive […] it. No hair dryer, had to "borrow" one from the front desk. Kurig type coffee maker in room, filter packs left.... didn't work or fit. No cream or sugar. I literally was locked in the bathroom. Sliding door comes off the track if totally closed and there isn't a knob to open. If I was alone I would have had to try and break the door down. Without maid service it could have been a long stay... luckily dad was there to save the day from the other side of the door. This hotel is not a 3 star. It needs $$$$ so much work it's crazy. DUMPY! Stay was nice, it is a business class hotel, a little more dirty than it should have been, but i have no issues with anything in the room or overall hotel. I would have no problem staying again.
