Dit hotel ziet er erg netjes uit en we konden snel inchecken. Een extra nacht was geen probleem. Kamer niet groot, maar bed is prima. Koelkastje aanwezig, bureautje, wekkerradio, telefoon. In de badkamer is shampoo, conditioner, showergel, shaving cram, bodylotion en handsoap. Goed geregeld. S ochtends van 6 tot half 9 ontbijt, ietwat vroeg beeindigd maar mee te redden en volledig ontbijt. Wij raden het zeker aan. We verbleven in een twee persoonskamer in het b-block.

PrptyName} is een op zaken ingestelde accommodatie in het centrum van Cairns. dit hotel ligt op loopafstand van Cairns Rainforest Dome en Cairns Convention Centre. In de buurt bevinden zich ook Cairns Regional Gallery en Esplanade Lagoon.

The Sebel Cairns heeft een healthclub, een buitenzwembad, een spabad en een sauna. In alle openbare ruimtes is draadloos internet beschikbaar (tegen betaling). Cairns, de toegangspoort tot het tropische North Queensland, is één uur varen van 's werelds grootste koraalrif, het Great Barrief Reef, en 100 kilometer van de regenwouden van Daintree en Cape Tribulation, die op de Werelderfgoedlijst staan. Cairns zelf heeft veel dinermogelijkheden, de Flecker Botanic Gardens en prachtige stranden, maar vanwege de kwallen moet je binnen de omheiningen van het net zwemmen. In de omgeving kun je uitstekend golfen, raften, duiken en snorkelen.

Room was perfect, staff were so nice, the whole stay felt like a dream. Stayed in a city view room and loved watching the bat migration each night at dusk from the safety of my balcony. The pool was very nice with plenty of lounger chairs ans poolside drink service. Hot tub was not very hot but still fun. The staff were all fantastic and did everythign […] to make it the best vacation ever. Very close to everything. The only negative thing I could say is TV only had 3-5 chanels. "Close to The Scuba Dock"
The Sebel Cairns was a perfect "close-in" location to the downtown action and the Marina for the Scuba Dive operations. Ou primary reason for visiting Cairns was to go Scube Diving, and the hotel was easy walking distance to the dive shops and the Marina where the boats departed. "Sebel Cairns was a pleasant surprise"
Having nothing but previous reviews to guage our choice, my wife and I loved the Hotel. It was not a chain hotel. It had a big mulit story lobby reminiscent of a 5 star resort, a very attentive staff, the rooms were great, and found thelocation was perfect. We were 10-15 minutes from the airport, a few steps to boats to the barrier, a casino across […] the street, and the best resturants a block away. Our only daughter had her wedding ceremony and reception as well as hotel rooms family accomadation for up to fifty family and friends of both ours and the grooms at The Sebel. "The Sebel Cairns -close to boat cruises"
Great service, excellent location for boat trips to green island etc.The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.The staff were very helpful and polite.The pool and spas were a good size and plenty of lounges to relax.Overall a hotel i would come back to stay in Cairns.

Nice everything! The room was very nice and big. The gym was roomy and well equipped. It also had free wireless in the room, which was nice. If I had to complain, it would be the high price of the buffet and no availability of a king size bed.

We had a mountain view on the 14th floor. The views were spectacular - I preferred this to an ocean view. The service was excellent and within walking distance to great cafes, resturants etc. Would highly recommend.

"Grand place to stay"
This hotel reminds me of a grand hotel in Singapore. The foyer is just beautiful. The room was huge when you compare it to the newer hotels. The fact it has a balcony was even nicer as we could sit outside and watch the world. Will definately stay again.

I cannot express our surprise and pleasure at our stay in The Sebel. It is a gorgeous hotel, from the lobby to the pool area to the rooms. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with balconies to enjoy the beautiful climate. It is close and easily walkable to the Esplanade shopping and dining area, the Casino and the Lagoon. This was a great hotel to stay in. I was skeptical after reading some negative reviews, but I was fortunate enough to be proven wrong. The location is great. The service of the employees was awesome. The rooms are spacious and very clean with great views of either the mountain/city or the water. The only complaint is for the high priced internet. The hotel was great in a really good location close to the marina, my only complaint was that the reception staff didn't seem very keen to help but might have been having a bad day or two, aside from that the hotel is really good!

"Sebel experience"
My stay was only for one night, and it was good. I arrived at 2pm which was offically check in time, and i noticed that alot of people were waiting for their rooms to be ready. When i checked out the next day at 12pm, i could see there were people waiting for their rooms again. I guess if you arrive before 2pm, expect to wait. I was disappointed that […] i had to pay 20 dollars a day for parking. That information wasn't available when i booked. The room was good, but the tv was small, basic and old. The description of the hotel said satellite tv, which means Free to air tv. I hadn't thought about that before booking. There were only two cable tv channels. I was a little disapointed in that. Location of hotel is perfect for those who need to go to terminal for a reef tour. Not far from the esplande and there is a casino across the street. Had issues with checking in and checking out as supposedly they did not have the hotels.com reservation. Thank god I had a copy of it.

It was my first time at Sebel Cairns and everything from breakfast, customer service, internet speed, room cleanliness, the pool....were outstanding. I will definately go back to this hotel and i will recommend it to friends and family.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und man kann alles gut zu Fuss erreichen. Ausflüge kann man auch sehr gut über das Hotel buchen. Die Aussicht vom Hotel in Richtung Hafen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zimmer ist auch sehr schön und alles ist sauber. Wirklich nur zum empfehlen dieses Hotel.

３月末に４泊滞在しました。立地を最優先にしたのでここを選びました。ランクの高いホテルだと思いますが、このサイトでお安く泊まれてとても満足しています。部屋は清潔感があってベッドも良く、アメニティーも充実していました。ホテルのクチコミにはまわりの環境がうるさいとか書いてありましたが、全然そんなことはありませんでした。オーシャンビューの１０階でしたが、まわりに建物が多いのでそれほど海は見えませんでした。一つ問題点を言わせていただくと、カードキーを入れて行きたい階数ボタンを押すエレベーターなのですが、キーを入れても感知しないことが多く、エレベーターを乗り変えたりしてちょっと不便でした。他にも困っている人がたくさんいましたよ。 とにかく立地が抜群なので、グリーン島やフィッツロイ島に行くときのフェリー乗 […] り場も歩いてすぐでしたし、ナイトマーケットや食事などどこに行くのも近くて便利でした。本当におすすめのホテルです。 Lees meer
"깔끔한 호텔"
케언즈가 워낙 좁다보니 여기저기 가까운 호텔이었습니다. 배타고 리프 나가기도 쉽고, 울월쓰도 가깝고, 한국음식점도 가깝고 라군나가기도 가깝고. 가격도 괜찮고 시설도 괜찮고^^ 하루에 주차비가 이십불따로 받습니다. 차가지고 가실분들은 참고.

"素晴らしいホテルでした"
部屋の色調も素敵でとてもリラックスできました。 ホテルのプールも人が少なく、本を読むのに最適でした。 また、ツアーの迎えのバスをホテルの玄関で待っていたら、なかなか迎えが来ないのをホテルスタッフが見ていて「あと5分待っても迎えが来なかったら電話してみましょうか。」と声をかけてくれたり、他のスタッフもみんなフレンドリーで、滞在期間中は気持ちよく過ごせました。 ロビーも他のケアンズのホテルに比べても素敵だと思います。 ハーバー側の部屋だったのですが、週末の夜、目の前のカジノのあるホテルの客が0時過ぎても騒がしいのがちょっと困りました。 でも、またケアンズに行くときはここに泊まりたいです。

"部屋のサービス"
家族3人で行きましたが、バスタオルやタオルが 日によって一枚だったり2枚だったりで人数分が用意 されてなく、アメニティも今イチでした。 朝食のブッフエもあまりオススメ出来ません。 でも立地はよく部屋も広くてバルコニーがあって 満足しました。値段を考えると、まずまずでよかったのではと思っています。

Veldig bra standard til en fin pris. Stort rom og bad. Fantastisk stor og romslig lobby gir herskapelig inntrykk. Hotellet har et ok gym, men ikke all verdens utvalg av apparater. Bassengene utendørs er upåklagelig!
