Fruit display 24/7 complete nice breakfast Pool and facilities very well maintained

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was better than just the usual cereal and donuts. They had eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy also. The attendant for the breakfast room saw us leaving extra early the morning of our check out while she was setting things up and offered us a cup of coffee to take with us and even warmed a few […] cinnamon rolls for us to take on the road. The stay was one relaxing & enjoyable. The staff was friendly & helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Close to so many attractions

I was pleasantly impressed from the moment I first entered the lobby. Luggage carts by door, fresh cookies on counter and fresh fruit. A very courteous staff greeted me. Room spacious and very clean and comfortable. The view from my room was impressive also. My daughter lives near hotel and I will be going to this Holiday regularly! Excellant !

On entering we were greeted properly and sent through quickly to our room the is only one elevator and I didn't get to use the pool which my wife said was nice. The one elevator worked consistently but the hotel had many guests and it was crowded The breakfast bar was very good and the personnel were very gracious going so far as to heat up my food […] which had gotten cold in a microwave. One can always count on Holiday Inn Express. The pool was well maintained. The breakfast was replenished often. Stayed here and visited Sands Hotel/Casino about 25 mins away. I was really upset. I left some belongings and I called right when I realized I left them the same day of my check out. I received no call back. I called the next day and the same. The third day again. I dnt believe that my items of clothing were just over looked and threw out. I am very disappointed.

The Holiday Inn Express was very clean and the staff was very friendly/helpful. Staying there made it very easy to get around for the Lafayette/Lehigh Womens and Mens basketball games on both campuses. It made for easy access to dining and has quick on/off to the highway. This is a great hotel. The service was fantastic, the location was ideal for a short trip to the poconos, the breakfast was an added bonus and very tasty, the hotel was extremely clean and this will definitely be my go to hotel anytime i go skiing in pa. we stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great stay thanks

This hotel was immaculate and very well run. The breakfast was wonderful as well. I mistakenly left a coat and scarf behind the bathroom door and when I called, they held it in the Manager's Office and mailed it out to me the very next day. I would definitely stay at this Holiday Inn Express again and again.

If I go back to that town I will sure use this hotel.

Amenities were great. Hotel was clean. Its also walking distance away from an Olive Garden Restaurant. And not far from Crayola factory, which is why my husband and I chose this particular Hotel. However I was disappointed with the front desk staff. They didn't act or appear to be friendly. And the women who assisted us didn't even offer us the free […] WiFi pass code that comes with the room. We had to ask her for it. Customer service is super important. My over night stay at the hotel was excellent. My kids and I had such a great time in the pool and the staff and service was greater than what I expected. I definitely plan to stay at the Holiday Inn again and would without a doubt recommend the hotel.

We had a very nice stay for 2 days. The staff was very nice, the breakfast area and food was very good. The room was very clean. The Jacuzzi was a bit on the small size, but satisfactory. Only two minor complaints. The first was we were thinking about doing a late check out and staying in the pool till early afternoon. We inquire about it at the desk […] a couple of times. They never got back to us to tell us if it that was ok and how much it would be. When we saw room service near check out time, we told the maid we would be out in a couple of minutes. She acted surprised, said she thought we were doing late check out. Not that big of a deal, tho. The second thing is it is a bit difficult to find. You have to start going thru a residential neighborhood, then make a couple of turns. It could be very annoying if it were late at night and you were tired and trying to find it. Blood stain on bathroom door, large dead bug on carpet never removed in our 3 day stay. Toilet seat needed a tocuh up when we got there but i did that However, the shower had been broken and I brought it to the attention of the from desk and it was repaired completely.

I'm very pleased to have experienced the service and accomodations at this hotel. The staff at the hotel are very pleasant and polite. Good breakfast, fun swimming pool. I will definitely stay again and looking forward to. I recommend this hotel. Thank you!

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, my husband and I were completely satisfied. Nice breakfast in the AM.

I'd like to start out by saying that this hotel is exceptionally well run and the staff was universally helpful. Everything was very clean and we were very comfortable. The pool even looked inviting, and breakfast was great for a buffet. There were a couple of restaurants in walking distance but it was just off the highway, so he area felt safe but […] not cute. If you are looking for a luxury hotel or are used to staying in new hotels, this is more humble that what you are used to (florescent lighting in the bathroom, basic toiletries, some cracks and scratches in the tub, mattress was on the firm side). But, if you are on something of a budget and want a place that is very clean and not too dated with good water pressure,good location, AC, flatscreen, etc. this place was a very good deal (about $30-$50 less than comparable hotels in the area, which would also have been fairly basic). No perks but nothing that made us wish we had stayed elsewhere. Reserve without reservations. Lees meer

This Holiday Inn Express was very nice and breakfast was more then expected....Big room and big Bathroom....love the frig. and micro. W/ sink in room....Cost was great because of indoor pool.

I enjoy Holiday Inn express, this one was not up to the best standards of others I have tried. The room faced the highway and the noise from large tractor trailer trucks downshifting was annoying and I had a hard time sleeping. I arrived to the breakfast room at 9:56am and realized breakfast ended at 10am, the server, immediately cleared all food at […] 10am knowing very well I arrived late which i felt was inhospitable. She never offered to see if I was through with the food line, another guest asked for yogurt and she had to unlock the yogurt refrigerator. This is the first time this has happened at a HIE. I did tell the front desk who was sincere in apologizing, the bananas and energy bars that were complimentary made up for the disappointment, the staff were nice, Lees meer

We loved this hotel! It was clean and very nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious and had a lot of places to store things. The breakfast was in a large, nicely decorated area and there was a great range of options (eggs, pancakes, cereals, bagels, muffins, etc.). There were some really nice conveniences, e.g., newspaper delivered to your door every […] morning, beach balls in the pool area for the kids to play with, candy/granola bars left out for snacks, etc. We were very pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! This hotel had a great kitchenette, good bathroom (although the shower curtain didn't stay closed), comfy bed, and pillows labeled "soft" of "firm" so there's something for everyone. There was a nice little sitting area with a couch. There were A LOT of channels on the TV... which was good because the neighborhood around was extremely dead. The only […] reason to go over there would be to get to Lafayette University, but this hotel is about 5 miles from it (not walking distance). Thankfully there were some good restaurants VERY close to the hotel, so there was somewhere good to eat. Very nice facility, staff very pleasant. Breakfast was acceptable, placard on table states they have Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls, when I asked both mornings about them, I was told "Oh we don't have them now". Fresh baked cookies at front desk really nice.

I stay in hotels often, and was amazed at the quality of this hotel at the price. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was substantial and very healthy. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean and spacious. Couldn't have asked for more! We were very comfortable at this hotel.

Overall I had a great experience there. The staff was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The only issue I had was the air conditioner was not as cold as it should have been. Other then that everything was wonderful, including the breakfast in the morning.

We stayed at the Easton, PA Holiday Inn Express for three nights in June. Although we regularly stay at HI-Express, and have never been disiappointed, we think this was the best one ever! The staff was excellent: very helpful with local suggestions and immediately meeting any needs we had. There are plenty of complimentary snacks at the front desk: […] fresh cookies and food bars in the afternoon and a huge basket of fruit all the time. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfasts provided good variety and were plentiful. The indoor pool is a good size and very warm. In summary, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through the area and even as a hotel convenient to the Poconos, which was really our primary destination. I booked my brother and sister -in-law who were visiting from Manila in you hotel It is well kept-I was surprised to learn that iti is 8 yrs old-looks new! The room was spacious and clean my guests were impressed-I will definitely use your hotel again

Pool was open till 11 pm, which is great for older kids! Also, the fruit and snacks and coffee available at ALL hours of the day were a very nice touch.

New, well cared for property. Dining options in walking distance. Gift bags for priority club members. Great place to stay. Very friendly front deal people.

Very clean, very quiet, large room, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast featuring bacon, sausage and eggs plus hot made on the spot pancakes. Location is an odd cul de sac coming off the highway, but parking is plentiful and convenient.
