I was very pleased with the ammenities, but found the exit to the hotel difficult.

Only stayed one night but loved the shuttle service, would take you anywhere. Too large for my taste.

Second time we have stayed there and left vehicle parked for international travel. Super nice hotel and employees.

The room was pretty standard, nothing notable as a positive or negative. The pool area was very nice. If you're going to have some time to appreciate the pool and hot tub, this hotel is a good choice. Just don't over expect from the room itself.

This was a very nice hotel with shuttle service near the airport. Room was clean. At Hotels.com flash deal price, this was an incredible room. It probably normally books for over twice that amount.

Attending a concert in St Louis, we decided to make a night of it and get a room as well. I am very happy we chose Crowne Plaza through Hotels.com. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is beautiful. An additional selling point is that parking was free and other hotels I looked at near the airport had additional fees for parking. The exterior of the hotel and the grandness of the lobby were nice. The morning front desk staff was not helpful. Our room needed some work. The glasses and sheets were not as clean as they should have been. The tv was old, there was a large stain on the desk chair and the wall paper around the window was really coming off. The hotel room was great. The pool and hot tub area were great. Restaurants were good. We took the shuttle from the airport twice. First time it arrived on time with no issues. Second time, on Friday night, it was so slow that they had to be called again. When the shuttle driver finally got there, he rudely told us he was getting gas. No apologies or […] anything. We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip including Crowne Plaza St. Louis. This one was the my favorite. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable. Especially liked the good cooling system that wasn't noisy like other hotels. I slept well here. Also enjoyed the beautiful lobby with atrium. I'd definitely stay here again.

Good room, everything we needed. At checkin, our reservation wasn't quite right and the staff was very helpful and just fixed everything with no questions or pauses. Loved the pool, great workout room. We would stay again in a heart beat.

Very nice accomodations, controlled access to Executive 8th Floor made it very quiet; easy access to airport and Metro-Link station for trip to Busch Stadium/Cardinals game and back.

Have never had an hotel shuttle pick up from the airport as prompt. They have two vans so are always ready for you.

When we entered the room the appearance was very luxurious and the balcony was an added delight, the view was awesome of the Airport and the pool and hot tub. The Bed was spacious and comfortable . The convenience of the TGIF was great and the food was delicious too. We very much enjoyed our stay. And will return again.

We only stayed one night but it was a beautiful hotel with the convenience of a TGIFriday's in lobby. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated.

Tough to get to but other than that, very nice place

Loved it!!!!! Beautiful hotel. Loved the lobby and the pool. Lots of plants and water....very relaxing, like an oasis. Room Service was great (gotta love TGI Fridays). Bell boy staff was so courteous that I wished I could have given them a hundred dollar tip:) The only thing I didn't like was being on the first floor. It was too noisy. Also, one of […] the ladies at the front desk was too obviously annoyed by other staff members...I really didn't want to hear about her problems with her coworkers, but the coworker she was rude to (a very nice man who drives a shuttle) handled it gracefully so he alleviated a bit of the discomfort I felt standing there. I expected more for my money. But overall, not a bad experience.

Was told at check-in that we weren't guaranteed two double beds only if available after they filled their own reservations, they would try to accomodate third party reservations! Another employee over rode the first and made accomodations on a floor that wasn't to be opened so worked out OK.

Very nice! Will stay again!
