Everything was wonderful. Our granddaughter had thrown up in the car on the way there and the hotel staff was so helpful with cleaner and rags to clean the car and carseat. Breakfast was terrific. The staff kept everything filled and cleaned up even though it was packed! thanks for a great stay!

The hotel is great! Very comfortable! The room was small but it was a nice use of space. The front desk staff could have been a little more pleasant but the hotel grounds made up for it.

We stayed in the king size bed and sleeper sofa room. It was pretty spacious for a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable... Slept like a baby. The neighborhood is awesome. My husband and I loved our stay here at the Hampton Inn. The room was big and clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were able to relax. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast that was included was perfect. We will stay at a Hampton again really soon! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Beware that Hotels.com not accurately represented this facility. Hotels.com indicated that our room had two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. There was no sofa sleeper and Hampton Inn indicated that they had no such rooms in the entire facility , that they had communicated this repeatedly to Hotels.com and Hotels.com had yet to make any change in their […] description. My daughter and I came to plan a destination wedding. Our beds were very comfortable. Felt great to snuggle into those sheets and comforters every night. The. As we were there the heater in the room didn't work very well. With a 2 year old that is a problem so after about 2 hours it was fixed then it was noisy told manager no comp nothing just I am sorry!!!

We stayed on a Friday night. The staff was very accomidating and helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds were great. Pool is open late which was a great detail for us because we had kids that wanted to swim after we arrived. Great fitness room. Breakfast buffet was nice and there was plenty of room for individuals to eat.

Always a great place to stay and ski in Utah. Close to the mountains, clean and comfortable with a good hearty breakfast in the mornings. Can't beat it! Have been here several times and will be back!

We stayed here for an overnight trip and were not overly impressed. The hotel is extremely close to I-15 and we were on the side facing the freeway so we heard freeway noise all night. The walls must be pretty thin in this hotel because I could hear someone using the toilet in the room next door. The place has been remodeled but still has the feel of […] a cheap hotel. The Hotel was very convenient to the location in which I needed to go. They also allowed us a late check out which was very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again while in SLC.

Extremely friendly greeting upon arrival at hotel. All staff were kind and attentive - no bad attitudes here! Room was VERY clean, internet service is adequate, and accommodations were spot-on. Fitness room is stocked with towels and drinking water, and includes the latest state-of-the-art Precor exercise equipment - had a great workout. The hotel was nice and clean. One problem was that the description of the room was incorrect on hotels.com. Hotels.com advertised a room with 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. I was told that none of the rooms actually have the sofa sleeper, and that the Hampton Inn folks have tried to get that changed on hotels.com, but it still has not changed. So, […] know that if you are expecting a room sized appropriately to fit 2 queen beds AND a sofa sleeper, you will be disappointed. We had a cot brought to our room, and that made arrangements VERY tight. If you only need 1 king bed or 2 queen beds, I'd give it a 4-star rating. Lees meer

We needed a hotel room at the last minute and wanted a nice room at a decent price. Hotel had easy access from freeway, lots of places to dine being just down the road from the mall & was easy to find. Parking lot is extremely well lit! Offered a room on any floor and even on the first floor semi-close to the main lobby with lots of traffic, room was soundproof! Pool and spa open until 11 PM which was fantastic as we arrived at close […] to 10 (re-opens at 7 AM). Pool is HEATED and not just indoors, which is more than I can say for some. Room was quiet and super clean & comfortable. Beds were soft and pillows were wonderful. Employee was shoveling snow from exits when we were up for breakfasts at 7:30. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot to choose from including fruit and oatmeal, eggs, breads, waffles (always a favorite here), cereals and juices. Very clean hotel! Great location. The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. The pool was perfect for the kids! The water was warm and it was well maintained. The only issue that we has was that one of the mornings we woke up there was no hot water. When I contacted the front desk, it took three tries before someone picked up. I then informed them that there was no hot water and they told me they were booked full and that happens! The next morning again, NO HOT WATER at 7 am! They told me that a boiler had broken, so sorry. The shower dripped cold water all night, the window leaked freezing rain/snow […] all night. The sink was broken and I had to remove the drain stop to get it to drain. NOT PLEASED with this location or their lack of regard for the troubles with their room. Lees meer

I was a bit concerned when I first arrived because 3 buses of high school girls were staying at the hotel for some kind of athletic event. The management gave me a room where they thought it would be the most quiet. They also gave me an idea of when the groups would be eating breakfast, so I planned accordingly. Everything we like in a hotel: Hot breakfast, including make-your-own waffles; nice lighting; clean carpets; friendly staff, including the maids; refreshments always available in the lobby, some for free and some available for purchase. Soft bed and rich wood decor.

Things were well placed in the room, lots of shopping close by, many restaurants in the area with a variety of price points. Cleaning staff went out of their way to greet us and be friendly.

Service was great, they called an hour after I checked in to make sure I was satisified with my room. Had a great view of the mountains. The only negatives were that there were a LOT of families with smaller kids staying this weekend so they were running and screaming up and down thw halls. We tried this hotel because of a special rate we found on Expedia for the weekend. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice, and breakfast was good. If you are looking for a good night's sleep this may not be the place for you, unless you are a heavy sleeper. The plumbing noise is loud and obnoxious, every time the room above us flushed or turned on the faucets the pipes made a loud shrieking noise. The heater seemed to turn on and off every 5 minutes and it too is very loud, every time it turned […] on it sounded like a jet engine warming up, it blew cool air for the first couple of minutes that made us cold then once it blew warm air it became uncomfortably hot, it seemed to have a 6-8 degree swing every time it came on. It may have just been the room we were in maybe the others are better. The pool is nice, descent temp, but could use a good bottom cleaning, every other step it felt like I was stepping onto dirt.
