Best in mid range.

Aside from walking into a room with a full un flushed commode and private parts hairs in the tub and bathroom floor the shower curtain had mildew gowning on it. An immediate call to the front desk did not even get an apology as a first response. I requested several times to have house keeping attend the room but I was offered another room about an hour […] and a half later. Very disappointed I had to clean my own room before being able to stay in it. That is simply unacceptable. The next day housekeeping never cleaned the room until after 4 PM. My concerns were if they could not even flush a commode what else did they not clean? If my room was not paid in advance and I was not tired from working all day and traveling over 200 miles to my destination I would have changed locations. It was also very late in the evening and I had concerns I would not be able to find another place. Everyone was very nice that I spoke to but behind the scenes surely needed work. At breakfast in the morning I even experienced two employees arguing in the lobby. Just was not a comfortable location to stay and did not have a very professional atmosphere. The only problem was I had no signal for my wireless connection. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

I frequently stay in budget rooms....this one was nasty. Dirty sheets...with "hairs" on them and the pillows. Toilet and shower were nasty....even the furniture didn't look like housekeeping ever gave more than a quick wipe with a dry rag. I am not a very picky person when it comes to hotel rooms. Was very happy with hotel, service,and location,everything right there of highway 55. Will stay again.

The hotel is conveniently close to UMC Hospital. The employees I came into contact with were very courteous. The room was comfortable, but I did have some issues with the a/c. Also, in the bathroom, there was a used bath cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. There was also several curly hairs in the tub and on the toilet. I chose this hotel based on price, location and amenities that didn't exist. But, this wasn't the fault of the hotel, but that of Hotel.com. Other than that, the hotel itself was perfect! My family, including 3 young children, didn't have any complaints. The continental breakfast was plentiful!!

stayed Fri and Sat. Fri nite wasn't too bad, but Sat room never cleaned even after going and asking after noon Since not cleaned asked for towels-- only had wash and hand no bath. It was what I always look for in a hotel

We felt like it was a very convenient location next to I-55. The room was clean & the beds were extremely comfortable.

Low price! Nice setting! Clean, comfortable, updated rooms with large flat screen TV's! I am a seasoned traveler and this hotel was the BEST value I have come across!

Hotel is old. Room was clean. They said it was non smoking but smells like it was. I didn't mind because I asked for a smoking room. I would have been upset if I didn't want a smoking room. Not fancy but worth the price.

Old MOTEL. You get what you pay for. So, it's a decent value. But the MOTEL is old (er) for sure. Had stains on the sheets and if memory serves correctly, the shower has some rust.

We were barely there, but our few hours at the La Quinta in Jackson were pleasant. We checked in after midnight and the desk clerk was courteous and helpful. Clean room, decent breakfast. Will stay again if we pass through town.

The room was the right price for the money we paid. The room was very small. There was no refriderator or microwave. ....not enough parking. ....no good restaurants close by. The room could have used more cleaning. However, the bed was very relaxing. We only stayed two nights. I could not have stayed any longer than that.

I had to make a last min. res and stay and everything was fine. nice breakfast, nice room and very nice beds! would recommend and will stay here again in the future.

We stayed for our kids' soccer tourney. Was close to both fields that we played at, as well as several good restaurants. Front desk was very helpful in giving directions.

Hotel was okay for the price, need a refrigerator and a microwave.

The Location Was Close to where I needed to be, for That day.

We were not happy at all. got to the hotel and were sent to the wrong room. Then when getting to the right room went in and TV didnot work and there was a dirty towel in the bathroom and room was very unclean. Called front desk to ask about TV and tell about room being nasty and they did nothing to fix it. Will not ever stay there again!!

The hotel was not bad for the amount charged. It could have been better maintained. There were cigarette burns on the edge of the bathtub, and the bed was horrendously soft - which gave me a terrible backache, but all in all I can't say that I wouldn't recommend it for someone like myself who was only there to do business.... Good stay for the price, just need to do a better job of the upkeep and maintainence of the rooms and building... For example, chipped paint on walls, cracks in the bathroom doors, hair left in the tub

it is the basic hotel. looks like it was recently renovated. not as clean as my house - but good enough for business expense...

the best thing i like was itwas convient to were i need to be.

At first the non smoking room I booked was covered with the smell of smoke but afterwards they switched me to a handicap room and it was wonderful and spacious!
