Het hotel is perfect onderhouden, ligt in het centrum met om de hoek verschillende restaurants. Ook al hadden wij een standaard kamer geboekt, toch kregen wij een suite toegewezen. Het ontbijt in het hotel was uitgebreid. Prive parking bij het hotel aanwezig.
Ligging.
Red Roof Inn Syracuse ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in Syracuse, dicht bij Brooklawn Golf Course en Le Moyne College. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere Universiteit van Syracuse en Carrier Dome.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Een draadloze internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere koffie in de lobby, gratis kranten in de lobby en een safeloket bij de receptie. Parkeren op locatie is gratis.
Hotelkamers.
Red Roof Inn Syracuse heeft 114 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een klokradio en verduisterende gordijnen. Een draadloze snelle internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via de kabel. Alle kamers beschikken over een telefoon met directe buitenlijn met voicemail en gratis lokale gesprekken (hiervoor kunnen beperkingen gelden).

Room was great but not enough towels and soap for our 2 day stay. Customer service was great and took care of our needs. Will use aga in next trip to syracuse

just what i needed, Dennys close by was great, there was one issue with the shower not being as clean as it could be.

The hotel was adequate for a one nite stay. The first room we were shown which was a no smoking room had a strong smoke odor. The 2nd no smoking room was adequate.
"Excellent Room for the Money"
Excellent room for the money. Clean, well prepared and maintained (3 night stay) and relative quite. For the money, this is an excellent value. On the other hand, I ordered a smoking room and once I got settled in and showered, I found they had not provided me with what I ordered. I lived with it as it wasn't that big a deal for me. If I were spending […] the whole of my after hours in the room, I would have made the change to a smokers room. Check with the staff when you check in. "Close to highway and clean"
The superior king room was pretty good, clean and convenient for our one night stay.. Not too much noise on the third floor with the parking view.. But would recommend the second floor since there was some noise during the night.. It's not too fancy but we were really happy since we expected worse!! So all in all good quality/ price matching up!

"Drug Dealer Den"
We had a drug dealer staying next to us which eventually led to a loud knock in the middle of the night followed by a full police raid. Not the best night, but rooms were cheap

When I registered for my stay I did so by stating that there would be 2 ( two ) quest staying for 1 night. The room had 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth and 2 bath towels. At the main sink was1 bar of soap and in the shower was 1 bar of soap and 1 packet of shampoo for 2 quest. Left Sunday morning w/o washing our hair with shampoo and couldn"t even wash my […] entire body due to lack of soap.I know what your thinking, why didn't you call the front desk ? We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and neat. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Definitely would stay there again. Near everything. Eat at Joey's if you can, delicious.

...the heater in my room was noisy and clanky all night. Next morning when I checked-out the lady asked if everything was okay. since she asked, I mentioned the noisy heater and her response was fairly indifferent, "Yeah, those heaters do that..." "Room smelled like armpit, regret staying here"
I regret having booked this online and prepaying it. My room reeked like armpit odor when I arrived. The bed was not comfortable. Convenient to airport, but not worth the price.

I really like the Red Roof Inn. It is clean and friendly. No continental breakfast, but there is a Denny's with in walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is not the best hotel, but is a good value for the money.

"Quick stop on our way to Boston"
This hotel was a perfect spot to stop on our way from Toronto to Boston. Our room was spotlessly clean with a nice little 'office' area for those who might need to check on their email etc. Highly recommend for a brief stay en route.

"Family Traveler"
The hotel was conveniently located with small room but clean. When we booked the hotel we said there were 2 adults and 2 kids so you would think they would have 4 towels but no. We had to ask but to be fair they did deliver. Not sure how convenient it would be in the winter because it has outside access (snow and all). "Sleep and shower"
Not your honeymoon suite but a place to stop to sleep and shower. Like many others have said, you get what you pay for! Not bad but it's no Hilton!

We only needed it for a few hours sleep to break up our drive from OH to MA. It was perfect and fit the bill - the front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable. Only real problem I had was I couldn't find the ice machine!

The motel is very "tired". Old rugs, broken and glued toilet. Old bed. We took it because they allowed pets. Our little dog had lots of company. Lots of pets there and they and their owners were well behaved. OK if you want a pet place but I would not return with just my wife.

Traveling to Montreal for the weekend, this Red Roof was easily accessed for a one night stop. Nothing fancy, just OK

"Great economic stop"
We were in Syracuse for my son's graduation and just wanted a comfortable, inexpensive 1 night stay. Red roof, fit the bill! Room was clean, looked like it was very recently refurbished and was very inexpensive. They had fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning and are down the street from a number of fast food restaurants for a quick breakfast. Beds […] were comfortable. It's not a luxury place, so the towels are thin and there were no expensive perks that you may find in other places but considering the price it was overall a great deal. We'd definitely go back. Close to shopping. Employee at hotel desk was very helpful giving directions and map to Tully's for dinner. Would stay there again.

"Good value for money"
This is not a fancy hotel but it's located near the airport, it's reasonably clean, relatively quiet, the beds are good, and (best of all) the price is very reasonable. This is an good place to stay before or after a flight to/from Syracuse.
