Fairfield Inn Corbin in Corbin

I searched online for more than a week for a hotel going through all the reviews and pricing .. I found this to be the best for reviews and for price in comparison to the others with equal reviews. My son was getting married I had reserved my room the night before but when I got there he was looking as well. Had actually just left the Fairfield Inn […] and they had no rooms available . I talked to the clerk who was amazing told her my son was in from out of town a Marine to be married . She searched again and again a different way apparently and got another room . The room was clean and very nice have nothing but great things to say and would absolutely stay again in the future... Thank you all so very much for going the extra mile for all of us . Lees meer

This hotel is in need of a total makeover. Will not stay again as we got transferred to another room because the toilet did not work. The tub in the second room was so stained you did not want to use it! Also didn't realize the train would be sounding its horn during the night.

after an 8 hour traffic filled drive in the dark and rain the HOT tub at the hotel really was GREAT! Clean rooms and great continental breakfast. Very friendly employees!

Hotel was very nice, new, clean, and updated. Have stayed at many hotels, and I can be very picky. This was a great stay, my kids loved the indoor pool. Pool area was also very new and nicely kept.

Very friendly staff with good competence. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast a bit skimpy.

There was a multitude of problems with this hotel room, and I do not think I will be back. The first problem that I experienced was when trying to check in and dealing with the incompetent and arrogant front desk staff employee. I cannot remember her name, but I can assure you that she was not smart enough to complete the job. Also, I stood around waiting […] for 5 minutes prior to receiving any customer service. My second problem was the condition of the room, my toilet seat was completely broken and the light switch did not work properly. Overall, this place is ok for an emergency, but I would recommend finding another hotel nearby. Lees meer

Overall a nice stay found ant in bathroom but when called front desk not much was said or done.

The morning of check out, we passed by the front desk 4 times and each time there was a sign at the desk stating the staff was assisting another guest at the time. We were in the pool area that morning and saw the "manager" on duty leave 4 times in 1 hour to go take a smoke break with other people...possibly family. BTW, the pool is not heated like […] the description stated. No one was available at check out for me to tell them the TV continued to shut off by itself after about 10 minutes and the shower curtain bar was broken. Lees meer

Very pleased overall. The room was clean, very large (the king/sleeper room) and comfortable. The food was good and the help polite. Our main beef was finding it! Google maps had one place, the reservation showed another and the real address was neither of those! Also, the 800 operator who took the reservation told us there was no continental breakfast […] but there was and it was very neat and tasty. Lees meer

we came from Pennsylvania, and after a 12 hour drive, we just wanted every thing to go smooth, the clerk that checked us in was very friendly the hotel was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, nice indoor pool, rooms are very nice, great breakfast, everything was perfect, thank you to all the staff for making our trip agreat one.

I thought that the rooms were reasonable and comfortable. The location was convienient to resturants and sites. The breakfast could use a little more variety and perhaps a second microwave.

HORRIBLE. Smell of pool chemicals was so strong in our room we left early. Could not sleep due to our difficulty breathing. Night staff was a waste to talk to. He didn't know what planet he was on. Day staff was very professional; but was still charged for the room. What a waste of money. doulbe check your GPS; because of address change.
