Overall fair rating. Didn't expect much, though based on the pricing

I was not overly impressed with this hotel. Although I did ask for a smoking room because my sister smoke, the odor was still too over whelming along with a musky spell. There was no place to park close to ur room. I would recommend that a person spend a little more extra time and money and shop around before staying here.

This is a good overnight motel in a convenient location. But it was noisy especially on a Saturday night. The immediate neighborhood is not a place to walk around.

Very good value. Good location, close to highway. Room was clean and good size.

We stayed in a king room with a sofa bed and the sofa bed mattress was so nasty looking we didn't use it!

Very loud area not good for sleeping! It was a discount price and the room was clean, so that was great! Felt very uncomfortable while eating breakfast. They kept turning the TV down, and I thought it was quite rude to carry on a conversatIon in their own language, while we sat there with no other noise in the background.

Reluctant to book things site unseen. This hotel was nice. Not the waldorf by any means but courteous staff and clean.

If needing a place to stay on a budget is your goal then this meets it. Nice clean room right off the interstate. Near shopping and events. The only issue with my room was that it did come with the microwave and fridge, but the outlet was being utilized by the tv also. In essence you could watch tv and use the fridge at the same time , but had to unplug […] one to use the microwave. Also the fridge was not plugged in, so it was warm apon arrival. I had reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights and they were not together. They were non smoking rooms but they were smokey smelling. The location was perfect for me to get where I needed to be. Other than that i would recommended to others.

stopped with my wife and three young kids while just traveling thru to no. car.----wouldn't recommend for that, but if just a single male needing a cheap semi-safe looking neighborhood to overnight, it's worth it to save a few bucks.....oh yeah, the continental breakfast was pretty lame as well.

Clean, neat and cheap. Breakfast was adequate (except for the coffee which was weak...) but there's plenty of neighborhood fast food joints if you need that. Bed comfortable and the water was hot. Budget warriors, take note.

I got to the hotel to check in and the lady told me not to book online next time because it was a aggravation for the motel. The lady was very rude for no reason. Next time I will stay at the hotels next door.

This hotel is right off the highway, and in walking distance of many restaurants, gas stations, and convenient stores. The room was clean, smelled nice, and the front desk lady was also real nice. For the low price I paid, it was definitely more than worth it. I will most likely be back.

I've been here several times because it's convenient, inexpensive and a fair quality room. This time I got a non-smoking room which had obviously been smoked in.

The only thing I found bad was the saftey bar in the shower was coming out of the shower. I reported it to the hotel and they informed me that it will be fixed.

I had a comfortable stay at Econo Lodge. I really like when the hotel has a refrigerator and a microwave. I don't usually use it but, it does give me options. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was convenient and they had free internet access. I would definitely return to this hotel.

It is a basic room with basic amenities and very convenient to the interstate highway, food, and gas. It was a bit noisy because it was so close but did quiet down by 11:00PM. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but, for the price I think this location would be difficult to beat.

I had a good experience here! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was running late getting back from a golf game in the morning and missed check out time. When I came back the man at the front desk was very kind to let me get back in the room for a few minutes and check out without being charged any additional fees. This hotel could use some remodeling but it was still nice. We could tell it was an older hotel. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good, included waffles, cereal, toast, pastries, juice and coffee. The only bad thing was the trash collectors at McDonald's next door at 3am. Not the hotels fault but you might want to ask for a room on the other side.

It was very clean and I had great service for the short time I was there. The bed was a little uncomfortable but I still slept well. The room had its own AC so I had no trouble getting the temperature the way I wanted it. The fridge and microwave were also very useful to have.

Nice hotel confidently located seconds away from 77.

Upon arriving, the mattress pad cover had blood and urine stains on it and the smoke detector was missing fro the ceiling. A request was made to put in the smoke detector while we were at dinner. It was not taken care of until hotels.com got on the phone with the owner. They finally came to the room with a new detector well after dinner. Condition of the room was tolerable at best. Wasn't expection the Ritz Carlton, but very disappointed. At least the sheets were clean. Complimentary breakfast wasn't worth the effort.

Upon arriving, I needed to upgrade to a double bed room. I felt that the clerk was not being up front with me about the extra charge, which ended up being 14.99 regardless of how much I paid on Hotels.com. Unbeknowing to them, I had already checked the normal room rate for this room before arriving. Management came out and asked what rate I paid online, […] the extra charge still ended up being 14.99. The 14.99 ended up being over the normal rate for a nights stay at this hotel, and I was not satisfied at all. The room also had no iron or ironing board, but there was a space designated for the two, with a broken refrigerator in it's place and a working fridge and microwave next to it. Basically it took me an additional 15 - 20 mins checking in because the management could not be straight up with me about the additional cost, which I was prepared to pay. Customer service was some the worst that I have ever experienced, and if I could have, I would have chosen an alternative hotel up the road. Being that I booked online, I had to suffer against my wishes. With that being said, I will not stay there again, nor will I blindly book online for a hotel without some type of assurance of customer service, and if need be, a change in room size can be accomodated. The room wasn't too bad. The bathroom door looked like someone had locked themselves in and had someone rip it open. The bathroom sink faucet wouldn't turn off without hitting it. There was construction 100 feet away at McDonald's on Saturday morning that included circular saws and leaf blowers beginning at around 8am. Within 10 minutes of being in […] our room, there were two (I'm assuming college kids) speaking in a very loud tone and included LOTS of obscenities right outside of our door. And check-out is at 11am, don't even try asking for a late check-out because they will "charge you extra". I wouldn't go back to this place if was $15 a night. Lees meer

We were very pleasantly surprised regarding the size and quality of the room considering the reasonable price. It was very clean and comfortable.

You get what you pay for. Inexpensive motel. Old school, but if on budget fits the bill. Microwave and little frig. Bath clean - bath/toliet room small.

This was a very reasonable room. It was updated, clean and friendly staff. The neighborhood look to be under construction. The bed was quite comfortable. Great stay for the price.

@5;30 am 50yrds away they started construction . They could of put us on the other side of the hotel. They knew that there was construction that was going on there in the morning. NOT GOOD

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient at exit 82 on I-77 in Rock Hill. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great. Good room, clean, big, nice bed, pillow, big TV, extra clean towels. Great deal for the price I paid.

Smoke detector was sitting on top of the microwave and the knob to turn on the shower was broken. Once I did get the shower to work, the water flow was really low. They must save a ton of money on water bills. The bed was hard as a rock. Jail cells are probably more comfortable. I will avoid Econo Lodge in the future.
