Econo Lodge Riverside in Pigeon Forge

Our stay was comfortable and the room was fresh and clean. The woman in charge of breakfast while we were there was very nice and helpful.

we arrived at our hotel at 11:00 am and ck in was 4:00 ,but they said was ready and we could ck in then! The rooom was very clean. The front desk staff was very nice. The room rate was great.

We enjoyed our stay here. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and will most likely stay again... we pass through this area twice a year. The only down side was our noisey neighbors. One man decided to yell to his friend at 6:a.m. to come on down. He came through loud and clear, but this was not the fault of the hotel. Clean room and grounds. The indoor pool NEVER had clean towels all 3 nights we were there. For the price and star rating it is very nice and comfortable.

We really liked everything about the stay. The breakfast was really good. Location was good. I would have to say the only complaint was that my husband and I both woke up each morning with our backs hurting, (maybe from the beds?) not sure. Other than that it was a great place!! Riverside view.

The hotel was clean and well-kept, the breakfast was huge and delicious, and the ducks, geese, and cranes on the river behind it were a hit with everyone! My only complaint is that it is almost TOO centrally located right on the main drag, with no rear entrance--it always took a long time to pull out into the horrendous traffic and to get back into […] the lot from that main road. Hotel was incredible for the price. Rooms were clean, noise was low. Pool was much smaller that pictures made it appear, however kids still had a good time. Looking for great food? Visit Blue Moose across the street. Worth staying again

Hotel was clean and quiet. Make sure you get a room away from the indoor pool since it is open to 11. Hotel has a nice area in back with a river view. Our shower head was broken but they came right away and fixed it. Good price. We would stay at this hotel again.

The room has very thing in need! The air conditioner seem to take awhile to cool the room down. The pool was very crowded & kids jumping in so we didn't enjoy it. The breakfast was awesome! We enjoyed the ducks but the machines to get food for them was gone!! Bed was ok.

The hotel was amazing. When we looked at the pictures online we were kind of hesitant because not all rooms look like the pictures but this one over exceeded our expectations. We would stay there again without any worries!!!

We chose this hotel b/c of its location. We were surprised by how large the room was for the price. Also, the room was very clean and had lots of ammenities. We would stay here again.

Very nice room and great location. Staff very helpful. We went in March when it should not be very hot--but the air condition had trouble keeping the room cool. Great stay--loved the water and ducks.

This hotel was in a good location and well maintained. Everything was very clean -- in fact, everytime I looked I saw people cleaning something, whether it was the grounds, parking lot, etc. The room was not very large but large enough. The attendant in the breakfast room was very pleasant and helpful.

I was very satisfied with our stay,especially the breakfast,there was plenty of food and tables,the tables were cleaned as soon as you got up. Also enjoy the creek out back to feed the ducks. Was clean.

Room was very clean, beds good, had hot enough hot water and the pool was very nice! The only downside was the walls are paper thin! You could hear kids running above us, hear the teenagers next to us, smell the burn popcorn next door, and running water! Beware that breakfast is over at 10am! I have been making annual trips to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for many years. This is the only place I have stayed where I will be certain to stay again. the continential breakfast was good. The breakfast server was very friendly, and helpful. She was very attentive and the breakfast room was spotless! The room was spotless, and very comfortable. Located right on the main drag in Pigeon Forge, this was very clean and a great value for the money. Really nice indoor pool and whirlpool. 2 queen bed room included microwave and fridge. Near Starbucks, CVS pharmacy and the Christmas village. Decent breakfast with biscuits and gravy. River runs behind it where kids can feed the ducks. Good cleaning […] service. Upon checking in, we did'nt get our request for one king room, as we reserved two rooms,and they we're separated in distance,(one 2nd level,and one lower), so we excepted the rooms. The next day we had completely forgot about it and said it'll be ok, but the friendly front desk staff didnt, they called our room and told us that they had a king room […] avail and we were welcome to change rooms if we liked.We excepted .They rooms are very clean,the staff was great,and the cont breakfast was good. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

I was pleased with the room,very cleaned.It was worth the money i paid for for the nights i stayed. The area of the hotel was great,every where we went was close by. The people at the main desk was nice to me,and helped in what i needed.The only problem i had was the parking. My room was on the right side of the hotel. One night i had to park on the […] opposit side of the hotel.If their is plenty of parking spaces for everyone,maybe they needed to be numberd according to the room area. The service was great, even brought a razor to our room for us. Room was a little small but adequate for my wife and I. It even had a microwave and a mini fridge. The breakfast was ok. We only stayed two days, but they served the same thing both days. Price was pretty good considering that we were in Pigeon Forge. Hotel was off the main street but the rooms we're quiet and clean. The breakfast was fresh. The pool was clean. Nice place to stay for the money.

the hot tub was wonderful and clean and the was very aware of your needs.

This hotel is nothing spectacular, but its location is convenient to Cherokee/the Smoky Mountains (about 15 minutes). There are no specific complaints or wonderful things to note about it. The continental breakfast is very basic, but there is not a large eating area. Plan to eat in your room. For the money (about $30 less than anything decent in Cherokee/Bryson […] City), it is a good hotel. Lees meer

We changed rooms 3 times during our stay. The first room was suppose to be non smoking but as soon as we entered my youngest child (who has asthma) began coughing and could not stop. The manager agreed to changed our room to an indoor room near the pool. What a mistake!! There was so much noise (from the pool) that we could not even hear each other […] talking. This noise contiued until the pool closed at 11pm. The next day my children went to the pool and 6 unsupervived teenagers sarted horsing around. Jumping of the side and jumping on top of each other making it dangerous for the kids to be in the pool. Whan I talked to the manager he said there was nothing they could do about it. When I asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else they told me I would have to get it from hotels.com so we reclutantly stayed after we moved to a room far away from the pool. Very disapponited. Will not stay here again. Lees meer

This was our first stay at this facility but probably won't be our last. We live within an hours drive of Pigeon Forge and go up a few times each year for just the night. Don't know why we never stayed here before but I looked at it online and it had what I was looking for as far as price point and the breakfast. Then the part about the "ducks" caught […] my eye. I knew it being spring there would probably be babies...and there were. One Mama duck had nine little ones. My husband and I could have watched them all day. The room itself was a neat confiuration. It's an older facility and the rooms are a bit narrow but we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. I think they've just spent about a million and a half on renovations and new mattresses were one of them. The surroundings are pleasant and clean. Staff was great...we checked in late at night and the desk clerk actually came and showed me where the ice was instead of just telling me where...(it was right outside my door...behind a door that said "ice"...imagine that). This facilities was excellent in all respects. The room was excellent and the breakfast was first class. The hot tub and the indoor pool were great.

The the hotel overall was great - we recommended to my parents that come down often. The breatfast was great, clean room, and very nice staff at all times of the day! Thanks for the great stay!

Pool was great. Breakfast was even better. Hot and tasty

enjoyed our stay and was convenient to all the activities we had planned..I would definately reccomend this hotel and would stay there again.
