Het hotel was goed. Ligt in een rustige omgeving maar wel buiten het stadscentrum. Als je 's avonds nog naar de stad wilt dan kan dat eigenlijk alleen maar met de auto. Overigens heb je het centrum zo gezien. De keuken was niet geweldig, wel de prijs. De kamers waren goed.

Kamer was schoon, ruim en alles prima verzorgd. Ontbijtbuffet was prima, komt niet vaak voor in Amerika. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Konden vrij van internet, fitness ruimte gebruik maken. Ook waren er was- en droogmachines die er tegen een kleine vergoeding te gebruiken waren. Als je zoals wij op rondreis bent is het een perfecte locatie.
Ligging.
Econo Lodge Hershey bevindt zich in Hummelstown, dicht bij Giant Center, Hershey's Chocolate World en Indian Echo Caverns. In de ruime omgeving liggen ook Hershey-park en The Hershey Story Museum.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Gasten krijgen gratis ontbijt. Naast zelf parkeren en een lift heeft Econo Lodge Hershey voorzieningen als airconditioning in openbare ruimtes. Draadloos internet is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. Zelf parkeren is gratis.
Hotelkamers.
Econo Lodge Hershey heeft 48 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en een föhn. Gasten hebben een gratis draadloze internetverbinding op de kamer. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via satelliet. Alle kamers beschikken over een telefoon met voicemail en gratis lokale gesprekken (hiervoor kunnen beperkingen gelden).
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

"The Econo Lodge Hershey in Hummelstown, PA"
This hotel is just minutes from Hershey Park. There are lots of places to eat and a gas station just around the corner. The complimentary breakfast was good. I did have a few complaints about the room. Bathroom had hair and tissues left behind door not cleaned , a pillow case was dirty or stained, and the chairs had water ring marks and cigarette burns […] on them. The bottom line is, this is a very old and not up to date hotel. You get what you pay for, Would only recommend for a short stay and if your on a budget. Lees meer

"Econo Lodge Hershey - convenient, clean, close"
My 3 kids and I only stayed 1 night but were happy with everything. Rooms were standard but were very clean and comfortable. We had the choice of 3 restaurants to walk to .. all kid friendly. The complimentary breakfast was plenty to get you going in the morning. The staff was really friendly and easy to work with. We'd definitely stay there again.

"Econo Lodge in Hershey"
The speed of their wifi or internet access was so slow and there was no refrigerator and microwave in the room.
"The Hershey EconoLlodge Motel was okay."
There's really not too much to say other than the room was reasonably clean and the beds were comfortable. The motel was located centrally to everywhere I needed to go.
The staff person checking us in and out was not friendly at all - no thank you for staying with us. All business - no smile, no talk - I don't think she liked her job!!!!

Fine place. Older building but the rooms are fine, the counter help was very pleasant and the location was central to many things. It's not the Four Seasons, but def worth the $$. If I go back to Hershey, I'd gladly stay here again.

"The Little Things add up at EconoLodge Hershey"
The location wasn't all that great in reference to all the Hershey attractions. It didn't take long to get anywhere, but other than two restaurants, nothing was really close. The hotel was right off a noisy highway. The staff was very nice. We didn't come in contact with anyone who wasn't as friendly and accommodating as could be, so no complaints […] there. The breakfast was sparse and in a cramped area. We had just spent the day before in Gettysburg in a really nice place with a Breakfast Cottage, so compartively, EconoLodge fell short. When we walked into our room, the first thing we noticed was the strong smell of a wet dog. Further evidence of a four-legged occupant was when our daughter had to pick alot of dog hair off of her bed before she could lay her 5 week old baby down. Our bedspread had a laundered, but still evident bloody looking stain near the top. Other than that, the room was relatively clean. My husband noticed a mildew smell in the bathroom, but I couldn't smell that over the odor of the previous canine guest! The walls were paper thin so the fact that the people next door were pounding on the door and arguing until all hours alleviated our guilt of disturbing them when our granddaughter was colicky during the night!!! Even with all the comments that I made about the room, the main reason that we would probably not return is the location. Too far away from pretty much everything. Lees meer
Very good place to stay if you're visiting attractions in the area only. Air conditioner was loud and beds were too soft.

The sheets were not changed. We found hair on and bead spread and the pillow case had make-up stains on it.

"Don't stay at this hotel...."
I would not stay @ this hotel again if it meant sleeping on the corner of the street instead. The street would probably be cleaner. My family and I slept in our clothing. The rooms smelled dirty and musty, the beds smelled, and the overall condition of the hotel is run down.

Our experience at the Econo Lodge Hershey was great. The room was clean and the service was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return here. Nice room with windows that open and everything worked.

The hotel was a bit rundown and had a certain undesirable smell to it. The room was okay if you are just there to sleep. It was in a great location with a restaurant across the street that was great for the kids. Hershey Park was just a few minutes away. Overall, not bad for the money. Just don't have any high expectations.

The hotel is minutes from Hershey Park,it took longer to get out of the parking lot at Hershey than it did to get to the hotel.The hotel it self is nothing special typical 2 queen beds,decent tv,bathroom.If your only staying a night or two this place would be fine,longer stays might require something with a little more space.The rooms them selves were […] very clean when we arrived,they could use a little TLC but like i said if your only going to crash here after a LONG day at Hershey it's nothing to worry about.There are a couple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel,we ate a fudruckers and the service and food were good,there is also an italian restaurant right next door to the hotel,this was nice because after a LONG day at Hershey the last thing we wanted to do was drive all over to feed the kids.All in all this place is what it is a clean,close,decent place to crash after a LONG day at Hershey. "Just what we needed"
The hotel was clean, safe, and just what we needed for a price that wasn't going to break the bank. We needed a nice place to sleep and this was great. We got exactly what they told us we would get, and then some. And the breakfast was just icing on the cake. I would highly recommend the Econolodge in Hershey, PA.

"outside kinda shady"
We needed a room for an overnight stay after a concert so we booked it kinda quick. the outside looked a bit sketchy but the inside really wasn't all that bad. I would recommend it if you are passing thru or want a day in Hershey but it wasn't worth what we paid
"Needs improvement"
The first thing I noticed was the odor. It smelled like cat urine and industrial air freshener. It was clean to the naked eye, but I did stick to the bathroom floor. One of the sheets had a red stain on it. The beds were adequate, but not exactly comfortable. It was very loud to sleep at night. Garbage was picked up outside our window around midnight […] and it sounded like cars were driving through our room all night long. I would spend more money next time and stay somewhere else. "Great value"
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've stayed at places where the price was much more and not had as wonderful service.
"Generic hotel"
The hotel was fine. Close to Hershey. Way too expensive for what you get, but most of the hotels are Hershey are expensive. 2nd stay at this hotel.
"Good if you are doing a 1 nighter!"
We went for the Coldplay concert. The room was clean, but kind of smelt like animal urine. About five minute drive to the park and close to resturants and stores. They did have a nice simple breakfast. I recommend this if traveling with a pet or just crashing after a concert.

Air conditioning did not work well beds uncomfortable not a great night sleep but i guess what u can expect for the money.
