Quality Inn & Suites Biltmore East in Asheville

The hotel is a basic affordable place to stay. The buffet breakfast is a little lacking and my king sized bed is the smallest king sized bed I have ever slept on. Note: I've had a king sized bed for 25 yrs. The staff was polite and helpful and the room was clean.

The room and bathroom were very clean but the room was very tiny. Breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel -- good value. Hotel is undergoing remodeling so there were lots of cargo trailers in the parking lot. Breakfast was good. Conveniently located off of I-40.

Hotel was good for the price. My only complaint was the jetted tube in the King suite. The jets barely moved any water and there was some mold on the mirrors surrounding the tub.

I was told that this hotel was closer to d.t. and also that it was 4 stars. I did not find it close to d.t. and also not to be a 4 star. It was more than adequate but not what I was told nor expected.

The room heater/ac was very loud and sleep disturbing.

EXCELLENT FOR THE PRICE WOULD STAY AGAIN

This hotel was clean and quiet. Outside room access. You will have to go outside to use the breakfast buffet in the main lobby. No eating places within walking distance other than a small waffle house. No much to do around this hotel. Next highway exit would have been a better choice. I definitely would recommend this hotel, and would almost go as far as to call it a good value - the rate was far from "cheap" but in comparison to other properties in Asheville it was a little less expensive. This is an older property with exterior entrances, but it is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The room had been renovated & updated reasonably […] recently, with the only noticeable "wear" being the carpet (and I'm in the flooring business, so it's likely someone else wouldn't have noticed this). The mattress was very comfortable, with better-than-standard linens and a duvet, though there were 5 odd half-size pillows instead of 2 or 3 normal size, but they were of good quality too The two staff members I got to interact with were extremely pleasant and courteous. I didn't get to sample the breakfast as we were in town for a soccer tourney and the lobby was overrun with pre-teen girls, but there was a pretty good selection including pastries, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and a waffle iron. This is a motel style inn, which was being painted when we stayed in June 2011, so there were fewer parking spaces available. Room was clean, the style was a little dated. The ice machine was in the lobby in the other building. We stayed here one night while driving the Blue Ridge Parkway. The location is convenient to to the parkway.

We checked out of this motel before we even stayed one night! The rooms had a strange smell that affected me and my two young children-it was unbearable! The pool was cloudy and smelled strongly of chemicals and my kids refused to get in!

It was an okay place to stay. The room seemed a little tight for space, but it seemed to be clean and cared for. You do enter the room from the outside which is a drawback for some people. Parking was a small problem.

Everything was great from customer service, to room furnishings, etc. However, surprisingly, the carpet was absolutely nasty - and probably, if tested, you would find some pretty nasty microorganisms in there! Very convenient to Asheville Chrictian Academy where we attended our grandchildrens Graduation. Convenient to Asheville attractions. The carpets were vacuumed but my bare feet and socks got filthy walking in the floor which means that they needed to be cleaned in the worse way. Also triggered my allergies, had difficulty breathing until I put on my […] CPAP machine to go to sleep. I am allergic to animals and I think they may allow pets in ALL of the rooms, bad idea. If you don't walk without shoes, and do not have allergies.. and you just want a place to sleep and shower, then this would be ok. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the big bathroom. Wish every hotel had a bathroom that size. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed for two days and found the accomodations very satisfactory. The room was clean as were the grounds, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was was more than adequate!

For the price this hotel was very good. I was expecting something less but everything was great. Clean rooms big bathroom and a nice breakfast in the morning. Surrounding area was nice and located near the Interstate for quick access.

liked the refrig and micro in room

I enjoyed my stay . Beds confortable ,room clean. My husband is in wheelchair and we had no trouble getting in room or around room . The hot Bfk in Am was a nice treat.

HOTEL MET OUR NEEDS. PARKING WAS NOT GREAT. WE GOT TO OUR HOTEL AT 10PM AND ALL THE SPACES WERE TAKEN UP. WE HAD TO PARK WAY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOTEL. OVERALL IT WAS NICE PLACE TO STAY. THE BATHROOMS WERE SPACIOUS.

I would stay here again. I would look fwd to staying during the summer months.

There was a really long line, and it took about 15 minutes for us just to be able to check in. Then once we got to our room to park, the parking lot had not even been plowed. Then to top of the stay the WiFi wouldn't connect. So we called the front desk and she gave us the number for us to call. I have a high expectation of customer service, but to […] make your guests call and to troubleshooting with tech support for your WiFi connection defeats the purpose of us even staying with your hotel! The hotel was nice enough. However, the room we were in was right next to the stairwell and it was extremely noisy. Also, for no reason, the room refrigerator was really loud. Very convenient and staff courteous. Room was spacious and well kept. Walls thin. Breakfast was buffet but limited and ran out of some items. Long line near checkout time.

Very clean and comfortable. Parking is tight at night but not really bad. The internet worked perfectly and the hot tub was awesome. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

This is a great location if you are visiting Warren Wilson College - less than 2 miles away. It is also close to Black Mountain and Asheville attractions.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional. Relatively convenient to shopping, downtown, restaurants and the Biltmore Estate. Very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Overall, a safe, clean and good value for the money. The free breakfast was a bonus. I would stay here again.

The hotel was affordable and relatively convienient to downtown Asheville. There were no frills but I didn't need them. The hotel was adequate and offered a comfortable nights sleep with a good mattress and pillows (very important).

Not a great hotel, but convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway and clean. Basic, old motel style.

We've had a couple of overnight stays in Asheville as a family, for college visits and semester starts and endings. Quality Inn and Suites has been the best so far, with good proximity both to the interstate and to a local route into the downtown area; and rooms and common areas that were clean, spacious, and bright. this was the third time my wife & I have stayed at this hotel ....we like it its convenient to the places we go in Asheville and the staff are nice. Would recommend anyone whose not sure where to stay this is it...

No complaints about the hotel staff. Room was clean and comfortable when I arrived. Area was quiet. Nothing special just a nice clean room, in a safe area.
