Quality Inn & Suites Beachfront in Ocean City

The front desk was very helpful and the GM made sure I had a better stay than I had expected! :)

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and pool area need renovating. Two examples: Our room was cleaned well, but the vents looked as though they had mold growing around them; in the pool area, the hot tub wasn't very hot and some jets did not work well. We really enjoyed the service we received in the restaraunt, especially considering there were only […] two waitresses serving the breakfast crowd. To access the rooms that were Ocean Front, you had to go outside from inside the hotel to get to your room. In the summer, this probably wouldn't be a problem. However, we stayed in the early Spring. It was cold outside. So when we came upstairs from the indoor pool, we had to go out in the cold while we were wet to get into our room. Brrrr! The heat […] in the room was great, but was noisy when it kicked on and off. Everything else was great. The hotel restaurant served wonderful breakfasts. The hotel management should think about seeking a bar permit and opening the restaurant for dinner as well. Lees meer

very accommodating and friendly staff, we had spilled our luggage cart and one of the maintenance people found something that had rolled away and brought it to our room we also had a dead battery and got a jump start from one of the other maintenance people the room and bed were comfortable and had a small kitchenette and med sizd fridge the balcony […] overlooked the pool and ocean would suggest a beach front or beach view room the hotel is beyond the boardwalk by a few blocks and you miss the opportunity to people watch on the deck of your hotel the restaurants are close by and enough are open in the off season to make it worthwhile going overall not the ritz but affordable and nice Lees meer

Area was good, but just not the hotel.

My entrance to our room was outside so we froze every time we went to the pool. Very noisy, wind howling through our door and window. Bathroom and kitchen very old. Fire alarm went off 9 pm and front desk person had sign be back in 10 minutes! Appeared to be only one person working and she did not handle situation very well at all! The hotel was close to town with a comfortable room. The provided breakfast in the morning was just right.

was a great experiece except for the heating unit which was very load and kept interupting sleep

The hotel seemed nice, in appearance.. But The parking Garage is a bit compact and was a little tough to drive into and out of with a bigger pickup truck... The room was way to compact, I only went with my wife, and did not need two beds in the room... I did not like the pillows being so small, and so many.. I thought the towels were also very small, […] and had to use more then one to get dried off completely.. Was dissapointed that we checked in after 11 pm, and were not able to use the ammenities such as pool, sauna, or spa.. Then with getting there late, we had to chck out by 11 am and still did not get to take advantage of the ammenities.. All and All, I was very Disatisfied with My Stay... Lees meer

Stayed here in January 2011. Liked it because it was on the beach (though maybe a block ofaway from the boardwalk). It was a very windy evening and we could hear the wind blowing on the 4th floor. Room was clean and in decent repair. Had a kitchenette that we did not use since we were staying 1 night. The kitchennette was right near the door and you […] probably wouldn't be able to open door and oven at same time, but again, we had no need for it. We received a great discount which made this all the more exciting. A definite do again.

We loved our room on the 2nd floor, which overlooked the pool. Game room, excercise room and restaurant were also just a hop skip and jump away. Facility very clean and staff friendly.

Not at all what I expected.

All and all a great hotel for the price with the ocean right in front of you.. Staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was not only conveinant but tasty. I definitely would stay here again.

The only complaint I have is the celing was leaking and the maintnance man already knew about the leak before we got there we were in roon 323 and it's not the first time for the leak and black mold was already forming on the floor baseboard. I would stay there again just not in that same room.

Love being able to be on the beach in just a few steps; as always, expect to pay extra for an ocean view room. Multi-story parking garage; situated right next to a ritzier Hilton. Breakfast not included but hotel has an in-house restaurant and there's a McDonald's and Burger King within 2 blocks, as well as other restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen has […] stove/oven, dishwasher (doesn't do a good job though) and almost full-size refrigerator; kitchen stocked with dishes, cutlery and limited cooking utensils. Room has two double beds and one pull-out sofa bed. Indoor swimming pool and huge jacuzzi; also an outdoor pool as well. Gym and game room; snack and soda machines. Really, couldn't ask for more! My stay was very restful. The room offered a great view of the beach, a spacious amount of room, very comfortable beds, and convenient kitchenette. The hotel restaurant only served breakfast but the decor was very nice, the food was delicious and the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. I will definitely go back again.

Even the Beach view room balconies had great view of ocean and beach.

This Quality Inn was nothing like the ones I use to stay at before... It was so old and rusty and not what I expected but did the job for the time being and the price were ok,I was just embarrassed since I took some family members as my guests and spoke so highly of the place and was disappointed at the arrival.The staff were an absolute delight on […] the other hand, specially Jennifer and Dan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Yes the rooms looked lived in but its a hotel. When I,m at the beach i dont spend to much time in my room anyway. The view was great and location is perfect right next door is a deli and liquor store. We have regular hotel whenever we go to the ocean but I,m considering making this hotel my new regular.

The only two good things about this hotel is the location and the ocean view. The rest leaves lots to complain about. The rooms are dated, dirty, they need tlc. AC was so loud, the beds were horrible; wobbly and uncomfortable, the sheets on the pullout were dirty. We found some garbage behind the beds, the cleaning staff are clearly not doing their […] job. We were told breakfast was included for each day and WiFi Internet, but none were available when we got there. I don't recommend it to anyone! We will not return and will be looking into the Hilton next door for our next trip. The Hilton Suites is right next door and it truly looked like Paradide compared to this dumpy hotel..don't go there! Lees meer

Our room was pretty dirty. The pool and exercise room were nice, but that's about it. You definitely get what you pay for. Just about everything in the room needs replaced, but I guess that's why it's cheaper. Next time I will pay more money for another hotel.

Others have written of their disappointment, but in fact this is a nice, older hotel with lots to offer, right off the end of the boardwalk and across from the water park. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise as they were prepared to serve to our wishes, even if not as described on the menu. Check-in was a breeze, garage parking just off the end of […] the hallway (thru the 4th floor), indoor and outdoor pools, and a nice chunk of beachfront. We'll be going again. Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. The indoor pool and spa were always clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that is 6 blocks from the boardwalk. Would definitely go back.

The location is the best part of this hotel but it definitely needs a facelift. The staff was helpful but not super friendly. Good hotel for the price.

I traveled to Ocean City with my wife and son. We requested a beach front room. Upon opening the door to the room, we found it to be spacious, but it was very obvious that the room was well used. The bathroom floor was full of water from a toilet that has been running and leaking water for a while. Maintenance did come to repair after we called the […] front desk. There was peeling wallpaper. The mattresses were too soft, so sleep was challenging. The thermostat had been set to 50 degrees, so the room felt like a refrigerator. We soon realized that raising the room temperature to more that 70 degrees, resulted in a dampness that caused footprints to be left on the carpet as we walked in the room. Regardless of the apparent lack of upkeep, the room was very spacious with a nice view of the beach. We did not have a chance to use the pool, because one very large family monopolized the pool and the hot tub for the two days of our stay. But, we think we would have enjoyed both, especially since it rained the entire second day of our trip. Parking was convenient, since each level provided access the corresponding floor in the hotel. The restaurant only serves breakfast and it was inexpensive and very good. Would we stay there again? Most likely not. It is overrated even at 2.5 stars. Maybe 1.5 would be more appropriate. The hotel is in urgent need of renowation - a complete dissapointment

The hotel was close to all attractions, especially the amusement park and miniature golf, the beach and indoor and outdoor pools. (exactly what we were looking for to please our twin grandsons). There were also plenty of food places to please all of our palates.

Our room was larger than we expected, with 1 1/2 baths, a jacuzzi tub and a kitchen .... none of which we expected for the price. The hotel did not have that musty Ocean City smell which was perfect. An earlier check-in time would have been great. It turned out we could have checked-in earlier as the room was ready. But we didn't know to call and ask […] about that. Lees meer

I had read many reviews for many hotels in Ocean City and decided on this hotel because of the reviews. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing! Friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I am happy to say I would recommend this hotel to everyone. When we arrived 15 minutes early, our room was upgraded to an ocean-front, and it was ready for us to move in. The view from the 2nd floor was breath-taking! Sky was gray but atmosphere sunny! We got a good deal on this hotel because of the off season. I would hate to have to pay season rates for this room. It was clean and staff were friendly but the hotel is run down. Rooms need some remodeling. However, it was close to beach and had a nice view.

The hotel was in a great location on the beach. We upgraded to the oceanview room and it was well worth it. The only problem we had was when someone was smoking somewhere around our room, the smell of smoke would come in thru the air conditioning...disgusting. Hotel did nothing about it, claiming they would find out who it was.
