Hoewel entree en galerijen waaraan de kamers liggen er sober uitzien, zijn de kamers , schoon en ruim. Ligging goed tov. eetgelegenheden en vlak bij het centrale station met treinen en bussen. Misschien zou de info van het hotel mbt het openbaar vervoer wat actiever kunnen. Service verder goed.

Het is een prima hotel. Bij aankomst bleken ze echter een verkeerde kamer te hebben (met één kingsizebed, terwijl met twee queensize bedden was gereserveerd).schuld werd bij Hotel.com neergelegd. Op de reservering stond het goed! Één nacht een andere kamer gehad, werd weinig moeite gedaan om de fout goed te maken, de slaapbank op deze kamer moesten we zelf gereedmaken, terwijl zij aangaven dat ze het zouden klaarzetten. Later nog iemand uit gezelschap van kamer veranderd omdat de wc niet functioneerde, dit ging wel heel soepel.

Keurige moderne ruime kamers, met meest opvallend de heerlijk slapende bedden. Ideaal voor de zakenreiziger, prima internet en goede kofiemachine op kamer, met uitgebreid businesscenter beneden, en direct aan de snelwegen in alle richtigingen. Voor ontspanning kun je terecht in het goede indoor zwembad en een wandeling in de prachtige watergardens. Vlakbij snelweg kruising en spoorweg, hoewel het gebouw dat geluid redelijk goed afschermd. +/- 15min lopen naar hart van downtown

Beautiful hotel near the airport with 24 hour shuttle. Rolls and coffee in the morning. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Restaurant and bar open for late night arrivals. Recommend
"Nice centrally located hotel near airport"
Good room, fair price for such short notice. While they advertized the Sleep Comfort Bed, one was not available when we arrived. The TV could use upgrading, but worked ok, with less than average image quality.

"The place is a dump"
Upon check in we were given key cards to a room that was already occupied. We were then moved to a room that had a large wet and discolored swath right next to the bed. We were moved again to a suite which was O-K but the comfort index had already tanked. I'll never be back.

When i made the reservation at hotels.com, the Park Inn liason told me that they have shuttle service to & from COWBOYS STADIUM. When i asked her to confirm this, she reassured me that they indeed provide shuttle service to and from cowboys stadium. The only reason i stayed at this re-furbished version of a red roof inn was to avoid paying for parking […] and walking a mile to the stadium (which i did both) Lucky i gave them 2 stars. Lees meer

"Great value, Excellent proximity to DFW!"
The decor/furnishings are updated. The suite was clean, and I loved the Haribo gummy bears on the pillow and the rubber ducky on the tub for my son! I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The only negative, which was not a big deal for such a short stay was that the bathroom tile and shower were outdated.

Good location and spacey room. bed was little uncomfortable. indoor pool and breakfast buffet was nice.
my family and i recently stayed here on a trip to six flags and other places . we found park inn a nice place to stay and will stay again. the clerk at front desk multitasked very well i had my room pretty quick along with other guest's

"Affordable Quality"
Stayed here while attending a football game at Cowboys stadium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was a few dollars more expensive than most of the cheap motels, but was MUCH higher quality. The staff also accommodated us because we needed to switch rooms from 1 king size bed to 2 queens - I thought this wouldn't be possible since most […] hotels were filled for the game, but they did it with no problem. Hotel was fairly nice - but we checked in around 10:30pm and the desk clerk was very unfriendly. We had asked for a double room - and got a king. When I said I had requested a double and there were 3 of us - he had me show him my confirmation so he could point out to me that it clearly states that " room requests are not guaranteed". "Only hotel out of 90 that could deliver"
Spent 40 minutes with a rep on Hotels.com who had a hot line to all the hotels in the area. Only Park Inn could meet my special request of needed 24 hour shuttle service to accommodate a short lay over at late and early morning hours and the ability to use their freezer for the 4 boxes of fish I was transporting in route to the Caribbean from Alaska. […] Upon arrival, they were completely ready and offered top service. Rooms were great, kids had special care packages on their pillows, and my wife and I felt that this was on par with hotels over twice the rate. Woke up to fine all my luggage and fish ready to go. Fish was out only ten minutes before my departure - that was great service. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the shuttle tended to run a bit late. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Information on this hotel said it had a restaurant...we never found it. Nice Continental breakfast area. We had 2 rooms. A/C fan motor in my room making horrible loud noise all night...kept me awake alot. The other room was great.

I was lost for a long time because Google doesn't identify this location. The staff at the hotel gave me correct directly and she was very helpful.
"Not a Summer camp for kids to run free all night.."
I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I stayed there was a very positive experiance. The staff was friendly. the shuttle that takes you to and from that airport was prompt. How-ever.. the last time I stayed at the hotel there was a group of children roaming the floors making noise. They were playing games and making noise in the hallyway […] well after mid-night. After several calls to the front desk i had to take matters into my own hands. I was told by a staff member that this group of kids is there often. So if you are in town on a fridaynight - expect to see a group of children making fart sounds past 2AM and the hotel will allow it to continue. Lees meer

Great last minute deal. I ended up needed a hotel room for the night and just came up on the last minute deal on hotels.com for Park Inn. The hotel was nice. Room was big and clean. i really enjoyed my stay.

"Quiet and comfortable"
Big rooms, microwave, fridge, coffee maker sleep comfort beds, bar and breakfast buffet ($10). Free coffee in lobby in the morning. GREAT value. Good proximity to DFW. You can even park your vehicle there if you are flying out.

Overall the hotel was clean; but the carpet in my room was heavily stained. When I arrived to check in there was only one person behind the desk so I went to dinner and returned later for check in, which went relatively quickly except that the card key did not work the first time and I had to return to the desk for a new one. "Wonderful Hotel but you better get up early."
Housekeeping was out in full force at 7 a.m. knocking on doors to clean rooms. What are they thinking. When I asked the manager I did not get a straight answer.
I LIVE IN GRAND PRAIRIE TX.AND WE HAVE A CONFERENCE .AFTER WE FINISH THE CONFERENCE, A LITTLE TIRED, I LOOCKING FOR A HOTEL AND I FIND PARK INN. I RECOMEND TO EVERYONE,I HAVE VERY GOOD STAY AT THE HOTEL. THANK YOU.
"Convenient location, but greatly disappointing"
My first room I was assigned proved unacceptable.The carpet in the entryway, which is where the sink was located, was soaking wet. I didn't discover this until I had unpacked. The front desk offered another room, but I had to come down to the lobby to retrieve my new key. The hotel was dingy. Sofas, chairs and area rugs in the lobby area were stained […] and worn. "DFW Park Inn"
I am a business traveler and on the road 2x a week. This was not a comfortable stay. My room was right on the main hallway. It was very noisy. I had other colleagues that stayed at the same time in different rooms. None of them enjoyed their stay.

"Neat room if stay might be long"
We stayed in a King room. You walk in and there is a couch with a pull out bed, a small desk, and a tv. A small kitchenette is there with a sink, a microwave, 1 cup coffee amker, and a mini fridge. a door seperates the bedroom, which has a sleep number bed and a tv and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Very nice. Our sleep number bed was broken. […] The remote control wouldnt turn on, maybe batteries were dead? Don't know. The bed was hard as a rock. We ended up leaving around 6 am after having crashed at about 1 am. It was just too painful to sleep. Yes, we probably could have requested a different room or for someone to fix the bed, but we were tired alreayd and it didnt seem worth it. Lees meer

Everything was better than expected. My mom left her checkbook in our room, with all her important documents in it. It was found by housekeeping and returned to her--very good, honest, professional staff, from front desk to shuttle driver to housekeeping.

Although the Hotel was very comfortable, we cannot recommend it. We stayed overnight because our connecting flight was cancelled. IT took 2 phone calls and a 30-45 minute wait for the hotel's van to pick us up to transport us to the hotel 10 minutes away. In the morning, the regularly scheduled bus back to the airport was 10 minutes late and the driver […] offered no help in loading our bags. We also had to negotiate with the driver to drop us off with a lot of luggage at our assigned departure gate. Lees meer
