Hotel geboekt om naar de Musikmesse 2012 te gaan. Prima locatie. Pal naast het Haubtbahnhof/metro en de Messe lag slechts 2 haltes verderop. Goede parkeerlocatie ondergronds direct voor het hotel. 1 dagje parkeren kostte 18 euro. Zeer plezierige bar en goed bedienend personeel. De "kamikaze" is zeer aan te raden, haha. Prima locatie voor de fotograaf, dichtbij het station van waaruit alles te bereiken is. Gratis openbaarvervoerkaart te verkrijgen bij de receptie. Verzorgde kamer en klasse ontbijt. Tot de volgende keer :) grtz Mike

Een comfortabel hotel, met parking op 50 m. gratis ticket voor openbaar vervoer, WiFi en een uitstekend en gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet, en plek als uitvalbasis om heel Frankfurt te ontdekken, een stad met mooie architectuur (ik was daar als fotografe)en luxe shoppingcentra's, veel terrasjes en een relaxte sfeer. Aanrader voor een ontspannen weekend.

the front desk was very very very helpfull ! they helped get our boarding passes ,the train and subway ,and steared us to a nice place to Dine.

It's very closed to the Frankfurt Train station. Good breakfast and Good service !! It's just a bit old equipment and no water supply at Room....

hotel was in a very good location directly accross from the main train station and just down the street from the fairgrounds. room was small but clean. staff was nice & helpful. breakfast was good but the exact same everyday. dinner was good but in typical hotel fashion was over priced. room temp in the frezing cold weather was far too hot and it didn't […] seem to matter if I tried to change it as I feel it did not work. internet was a problem and each day seemed to be out of service for a while. key card everyday I had to get it reactivated as it would stop working. 1 day it happened 3 times. The bed was NOT up to American standards as it was a 4" piece of foam 12"off the ground with a terrible pillow & only a blanket/comforter combo thing that actually did not even cover the entire bed. NOT a good night's sleep for a 45 year old 260 lb American. For location it is great but for a week or longer stay unless they improve the bed and room temp I would have to stay somewhere else, for 1 or 2 nights it would be acceptable. Lees meer

My girlfriend actually got pregnant on our visit

Very convienient from the Main rail and metro station. Frankfurt is Pretty grim! Lots of vagrants and assorted dossers.. But, kinda depends what your out there for! Hotel is more than adequate for a short break, tho, the WiFi facility often not working. Breakfast was ok ( 'English' and continental). Good hotel to stay a couple of nights in frankfurt. Very convenient location and easy access to public transport, plus they also provide you with free passes for public transport for the duration of your stay. Breakfast was good. No complaints regarding cleanliness or comfort. I stayed there during winter so didn't have any problem regarding air conditioning. […] The only problem was room service waking me up early in morning by repeatedly knocking on my door when it was locked from inside and using noisy vaccum cleaner early in the morning. Ideal to overnight satying while doing some shopping or as a launch platform to another cities nearby. In front of central station is ideal to spend nights at a fair price. Great breakfast included as well for a perfect shopping or sightseeing day!

Right opposite the Hauptbahnhof - so convenient for catching trains. Close to public transport and the free ticket from the hotel is a bonus, although Frankdurt is such an easy city to walk around. The location for this property is across the street from the train station. The staff are very attentive and professional, I would and will stay here again! Plus the Sbahn and Ubahn are also located in the train station and they cost nothing to use.Thank you so very much!

Well located close to main railway station and 20 minutes walk from city centre. Convenient and easy access to transport. Hotel room is reasonably small, firm bed. I was unable to use the safe in the room as it as locked and no house staff were available to reset it after hours. Bar fridge provided in room. I have enjoyed my stay in Intercity in Munich and decided to stay, again, in intercity when I was in Frankfurt. The location is superb and the condition of the room is good (and clean). The free WiFi is a let down in both hotels. I have to purchase addition WiFi online to keep my connection running. I was really disappointed when I found out my dirty […] laundry was not sent out for cleaning and return to me untouched for 2 days. The night shift blames the day shift and day shift blames on the shift before. One of them even called to assure me that the laundry will definitely be clean on the second day. End up, I have to put on my unused clothing to board the flight back to Asia. Lees meer

For the money this hotel was not worth the price. The hotel was neither inviting nor up to the standard of a business hotel. The room was tired and worn. The internet didn't work on my BB and the man at the desk didn't know how to work the system, he just showed me on his phone that it worked. In the morning...the lady at reception that the mini bar […] was included. Why didn't she tell me when we checked in??? Day old papers were in the lobby on a table, why would you leave them out? One thing that I might add is that is wasn't exactly a safe feeling area of town. The "Red Light district" and for this money?? It was better to walk or take a taxi 5 minutes further away to be in a safe and better appearance hotel. To me this was a 40 euro a night room at best. Lees meer

Due to an error in hotel selection, my staff booked into the wrong hotel. Beware the Intercity cancellation rules for a 1Week advance for cancellation. Hotels.com tried, as did our staff in Germany but the Hotel was unmoving. If your plans are potentially changeable, (as on any business trip) don't book here.

Enjoyed my stay. very convenient location and good friendly service. Clean environment and hearty breakfast. free coupons for travel on buses, trains and trams.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are in good condition. Although the hotel is located centrally (next to the trainstation) it's quite and I slept well. Because of the location next to the trainstation everything is easy to reacht by foot or public transportation. You got a free ticket for the public transport for the time of your stay.

Great business hotel, over the road from the station. Clean & good breakfast. Added bonus of getting free travel card for the duration of my stay and free wi-fi access. Small room - but fine for what I needed.

Literature with the booking and in the room implied that the breakfasts were included in the price. They were not. That should have been made clear from the start. Also, my room was on the ground floor, close to a bar. The door in the hallway that was intended to keep out the noise from the bar banged very loudly every time someone went through. Clean, safe , convenient location and ell kept room & property with very helpful staff.

The hotel itself was nice, however, the staff was very discourteous. I had woke up in the night and decided to get a drink from the mini-bar. Well, the next morning at check out, the staff member basically acted as if I was putting her out because I wanted to pay for the drink with my debit card. I only had enough Euro's for the taxi ride, and did not […] want to have to go to the money machine. I eventually had to say, "Please put it on the card.". When I arrived they were not courteous at all and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. The hotel itself is above average, but the staff completely ruins it. 駅からすぐなので、荷物が多くても大丈夫。フロントで言えば、無線LANを客室から無料で使用できる。バスルームがやや狭くシャワーのみだったが問題はない。ベッドの硬さも快適。エアコンを手動で操作できない。朝食は非常に豪華。難点は、３基のエレベータの反応が非常に遅い上、ほとんどの時間１基のみしか動いていなかったので、上の階の客室の場合、上り下りにかなり時間がかかる点。古いホテルを再利用したままのようで、ドアのcloseボタンを加えるなど、エレベータの改善が求められる。総合的にはとてもよいので、再度の機会には宿泊したい。

Wir verbrachten hier eine Nacht . Ideal unweit des Hbf , preisgünstige gute Alternative zu den teuren Airporthotels . Personal ist sehr freundlich . Die Zimmer selbst sind winzig und schlicht eingerichtet , aber für eine Nacht o. k. Über die Sauberkeit gibt es nichts Negatives zu berichten . フランクフルト駅を起点にした仕事での利用だったので、電車での他都市への移動も、空港への移動も、ロケーション的には申し分ありません。朝食のバリエーションも都市型ホテルとしては十分。部屋は広くはないですが、寝るだけ利用の私には全く問題なしです。強いて言えば、朝から隣の部屋のドアの修理が始まってうるさかったこと。コストパフォーマンスの高さはお薦めで、次回も利用しようと思ってます。

Excelente localização para transportes em geral em Frankfurt.Em frente à eatação ferroviária ao metro .. MuitO limpo ,excelente bar e café da manhã excelente .Recomendo para uma parada passagem rápida por Frankfurt. Fazer reserva com antecedência para preço melhor ou pelo Hotéis .com

O hotel é muito bom, o café da manhã é excelente. O único incômodo foi que a internet não funcionava durante a estadia e eles diziam estar com problemas de conexão, mas a justificativa não pareceu correta.
