La Quinta Inn & Suites Austin - Round Rock North in Round Rock

Very comforable and clean. I would defnately recommend this hotel.

Clean, no-frills property. Rooms are large and comfortable. Definitely recommend for quick trips. Close to several restaurants, as well.

Our room was nice with new carpet, drapes and bedcoverings. The bathroom floor was old and dingy; however it was clean. After a long day of shopping and sightseeing; the huge bathtub was fantastic to soak in. Would stay here again; although other guests were noisy and rude by slamming doors late at night.

Bed felt like sleeping on planks. Tub very deep and rather dangerous for little mobile people. No REFRIG. for my diabetic insulin. Had to buy ice chest to keep insulin cool. Overall expensive and not worth the money for what you get for this La Quinta at Round Rock Texas.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I had some needs. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable and breakfast was basic but available as promised downstairs. Location was good (at least for my purposes). Was noisy a couple of nights for awhile, but otherwise no problems.

Nice clean hotel. Close to everything including Austin. Only trouble was hot tub was not hot. Was told it had to heat back up after it had been clean. Sure enough the next day it was hot.

the room was comfortable, spacious, huge bath tub. there where places to eat all around. you had a movie theater right across the free way. the room was clean.

The overall stay was not unpleasant. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped and was pretty dirty and the sink was dirty. But the cleanliness of the room was fine. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a great location (15-20 minutes from downtown). The breakfast was pretty good...waffles, bagels, cereal, milk, etc. There is an IHOP right next […] door...hard to compete with that. The hotel itself wasn't bad for the price paid. However, our room was on the second floor and the elevator is located at the back of the hotel on the outside. You enter and exit outside the hotel itself, then walk to whichever wing your room is located in. For 2 women traveling alone, we did not feel safe at all, since it was very quiet and secluded […] at the back. In fact there were 5-6 big semi's parked back there. The hotel is right on I 35 in a good location. The hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean and comfy. It exceeded my expectations and was well worth the price.

I use this hotel when I visit my sister. The staff is friendly and the free breakfast makes it that much better.

It is clean and quiet, reasonable rates and free breakfast. I am not sure how else to describe it. It makes it easy to visit my sister and her family.

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was somewhat disappointing. The a/c did not function very well. Maintenance came to inspect the problem, and, told us it was the change of seasons that caused the malfunction, and, there wasn't much he could do about it. The carpet, curtains and some parts of the bathroom were outdated but I slept like a baby on those nice queen size beds. They had a new flat screen tv and the bathroom was nice and big. Wish there was a fridge and a microwave in the room, paying extra for those amenities would have been fine with me. great location for the price

Was a great quiet place to stay. Loved the garden tub!

Before our evening event, my husband and I had lots planned which included getting to the hotel right at check-in to get the most of our free time. Well, the room was so great and comfortable that we stayed there the rest of the afternoon and did not leave until the time of our pary time! After the party, I got into the bed and did not want to get out […] even with the free breadfast ending at 10am the next morning- the hotel had the absolutely most wonderful mattress and I had the best night sleep in years!!! Right off I-35, but quiet all night. Staff helpful, plenty of dining nearby, rapid access to Austin and surroundings.

We stayed in this hotel while attending a family wedding in Round Rock. This is obviously an older hotel, but is well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Exceptional price. The most pleasant surprise of all was the enormous size of the bathtub!!!

We called in to make re they had HBO because we had an eent we did not want to miss. They told us they did, however, we arrived and this service was not provided.

Overwhelmed by smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered our non-smoling room. Were switched immediately to another room that was great - roomy & comfortable. Interior elevator out-of-service, so had to use exterior one. Since most guests were forced to do so as well, they should have paid better attention to exterior groundskeeping at rear.

good rate! Older hotel that has been updated. It was ok. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I'd stay again if my other favorite hotel was sold out again.

Very old, smelly hotel and dirty bathrooms

Generally, it was comfortable but every day some oversight by maid service, dirty towels not removed but clean ones on hand, uncompleted bed making, no shampoo or forgot reg coffee packets or cups. Hotel was in process of upgrading. Some construction confusion. Gym and pool facilities adequate but small. Our room obviously had been repainted and was in good condition. Hotel close to highway. Noise level distracting.

Booked this hotel for just one night, but we found it to be spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was larger than usual for a chain hotel and the bed was great. I would stay here again.

Overall this was a convenient and comfortable stay.

We were surprised at the quality of the breakfast offering and the comfort of the room. I had not expected the LaQuinta to be the equivalent of Hampton Inn, but with the exception of the hotel configuration, it is equivalent. What has happened with this hotel is that they've built a front part to the hotel that encompasses the office, breakfast area, […] weight room etc. But the back part of the hotel and room are still the "motel" type, with access to the rooms by driving up to the door. The stay was good. We normally stay at 3 star hotels or better but had trouble finding a room that was available. This hotel was much better than I expected! Very friendly staff and the largest non-jacuzzi bath tub that we have ever seen in a hotel! My wife loved it!!
