Nicely done hotel in a good location - easy walking to many restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater, and much more within a very close drive. It's only a couple of exits from Knox/Henderson, a central dining area in Dallas. Issues: sloppiness everywhere. Towel knob on back of door was broken off, towel rack on wall was hanging by failing drywall […] anchors, and advertising messages in elevators had broken or missing frame pieces. Also called room service three times, no answer. Called front desk to get wifi code, no answer. a/c in room also did not work for entire three nights, though I did not report that. The heating/cooling unit was so loud I couldn't use it. If you are going to allow pets at the hotel, this should be known to all. I didn't especially like the fact that I had a dog barking for over two hours. The front desk was less than helpful. Check in was great!

The hotel appeared to be recently renovated. Very nice. I've stayed in hotels that charge twice as much that did not have a room and breakfast buffet as nice.

We made a quick trip to Dallas and need a hotel near downtown. Very please with the comfort of this hotel. They did have construction going on, but overall was a great experience.

We were placed in a room backing up to the pool. Very loud at night, kids screaming for hours. During the night, around 3:45am the woman next door to our room starts screaming, get out, get out, this went on for 10 minutes or so, then doors slamming, people talking very loud, more doors slamming, more screaming!!! Beautiful hotel, but I had No refrigerator or microwave in the room, I was very surprise about that. My Internet never worked, and I was there on business so it served me no good. I thought it was just my computer, but my colleagues experienced the same problem, which had a big negative impact on our work load considering we were there on business. […] I love the bar, and the happy hour. Overall I would stay here again but I did have a problem that was not resolved during my stay. I could not connect to the Wi-Fi and when I tried to contact the front desk the phone did not work. I went down to the front desk and they said they would have someone come fix the problem but no one ever came. So no Wi-Fi. Overall, this was a great place to stay for the price. I would definitely recommend it if you area looking for a reasonably priced nice hotel in a good location. My only complaints are how small the bathroom is, the noise the AC makes and the last morning I went down to get some coffee a little after 9 and they had already put the coffee up for the […] morning. Hotel was very nice. Freshly redecorated. front Desk was very responsive when i discovered i had left home without a razor. It took literally less than 3 minutes for one to be delivered to my room.Parking is somewhat of an issue, as there just doesn't seem to be much available.

Upon arriving at our room, my wife and I discovered that our room type was not that of what we had reserved. I called the front desk, they said that because we had booked though a third-party(hotels.com), they did not have to guarantee the room type. I expressed that the room did not meet our needs and they said that there was nothing they could do. […] They did not in any way attempt to compensate us for the event. They hotel was under construction and was a mess. The air conditioner in the room had a piece of electrical conduit running to a wall plate, where a pre-existing wall outlet had been; and this was in a room that was said to have been "completed." The hotel is supposed to be transitioning from Radisson to Holiday Inn, I hope they can offer better customer service, but the staff from the Radisson has ruined any chance that I will stay there again. The entire hotel was under refurbishment. Being converted to a Holiday Inn apparently. Basically it should have been shut for renovation yet they kept it open and took bookings. Ground floor was a building site, dirt and workmen everywhere. Bar/restaurant unusable due to dust. Elevators crammed with equipment, workmen, boxes of stuff. Unacceptable. When there is structural work made in a hotel, we should be notified. Dirty, noisy.... no real restaurant, reception area, front desk...

Ive stayed in this Radisson several times as my company has an office in the adjoining building. My most recent stay will be my last. EVERY time (dating back at least 2 years) I have been informed that they are "working on" the wireless internet but it was unavailable. This is the second time I've stayed here, due to it's close proximity to Southern Methodist University. Most recent stay: Many things are under construction, so it was a bit of a hassle to get to my room (you need to go outside and through a side entrance to access the rooms, and vice versa to access the front desk or dining facilities). Good: Always […] friendly, good coffee and welcome cookies (in the lobby), and a friendly and helpful shuttle driver that helped get me to a local restaurant and to the Love airport. Lobby was boarded up due to construction, and we had to use a temporary lobby in a meeting room. Then had to lug our stuff back outside and in through another door to get to the elevators. I don't remember reading that the hotel is being remodeled. I was surprised to find it was when I arrived. There is NO hotel lobby, just a room hastily made into one. But the room had been recently remodeled and was nice. Just slightly inconvenient to have to go outside from the "lobby" to get to the room. Great location across from SMU.

We arrived from out of town for a wedding. We pulled up to see the hotel was under construction. I had to go straight to rehearsal so did not here the jackhammer until 9am the next morning. It literally sounded as if it was about to come through our wall. We called the front desk and inquired about the noise.The receptionist confirmed jack hammering […] for the remodeling. I asked if I could move rooms because it sounded like it was next door. She said the entire hotel was under construction and it would not make a difference in noise level. I said it was unacceptable and she insisted the hotel notified us by posting signs in the parking lot, lobby, and placing a flyer in our room. I'M FROM OUT OF TOWN. Those notices do not help me make a decision BEFOREHAND. Since it was Labor day weekend/Alabama vs Michigan game, the entire surrounding hotels were booked.To make matters worse, the room was not clean out all. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom, along with ceiling paint hanging above the shower. There were hairs attached to the shower liner. Between the noise and dirtiness of the room, we opted to hang out at a bar down the street until the wedding. It was not relaxing, but a much more accommodating environment than the hotel. The hotel was in a complete diss array. I had to change rooms but it took over an hour. The hallways were hot and dirty due to the construction. The room was just ok.

The hotel was under construction and had to suffer through jack hammering that started at 8:30am and did not end until well after 8:00pm. I was shocked the hotel was not shut down. I moved rooms because the ac unit was so loud and again because I didn't have hot water! DO NOT STAY HERE!
