Goed hotel. Centraal gelegen bij al de atracties. Personeel niet al te vriendelijk. Zwembad aanwezig, maar voor zo'n groot hotel aan de kleine kant. Hotel heeft probleem met handdoeken, na 3x vragen eindelijk nieuwe gekregen(oude waren weg) Ontbijtbuffet prima, als je een kamer boekt incl. ontbijt vergeet niet de coupons te vragen bij inchecken zij vergeten ze tegen.
Ligging.
Comfort Suites Williams St bevindt zich in Chattanooga, dicht bij Universiteit van Tennessee in Chattanooga, Ruby-waterval en Chattanooga Regional History Museum. In de buurt liggen ook Creative Discovery Museum en AT&T Field.

"OK - No problems"
The hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood, but it is very close to the Tennessee Aquarium, Rock City, etc. Pool was empty (but being filled), and the rooms were lean. There was very tight security,with lots of indoor and outdoor cameras. Breakfast was merely acceptable,with the usual fare. was surprised because of the reviews I read. It was clean, only thing could not get in back door after dark and it was not late.

Comforter was stained. Bathroom floor was dirty. Front desk attendant was not very friendly. This was a last minute trip, most other hotels were full. Didn’t expect much from comfort suites. I will not stay at this hotel again
"Poor job on the cleanness"
Dirty carpet and bed cover. Dirty hallways and lobby. Location very close to highway but not to any convenient food or entertainment place.

"Comfort Suites on Williams-hard to find"
Our GPS had a hard time routing us to this place. For some reason, it takes a lot of twists and turns to get to the one-way street it is located on. This hotel is located in a questionable neighborhood--we had to drive through it because of the unclear location.

"You Get What You Pay For"
The hotel is showing it's age. It needs some freshening up with paint, wallpaper, new furniture and tile. The pool is small and the chair I sat in was broken. The "couch" in our room had holes in the upholstery and the curtains in the room did not close completely. I had to use some of our personal items to hold the curtains closed at the window edges. […] The breakfast was decent and better than I'd thought it would be based on the room. Overall, I would have to give this hotel a poor rating. "Won't stay here again"
Oh My Gosh------ Hotel locks their doors at 10pm and you need to ring a bell for service. Room was very uncomfortable - the Sofa bed had so many springs missing and another sprung overnight. "Good Staff, lousy hotel."
Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, staff was friendly. However, the hotel is on a one way street and not easy to get to without a map. The internet didn't work. The TV didn't work. The driveway into the hotel is steep, the parking is tight, the neighbourhood...questionable. The breakfast was very basic, bread and cereals.
