I made arrangements for one of our instructors to stay at this hotel. Everything online made the hotel look acceptable. We have used Extended Stay America hotels before and have never had any issues. However, this hotel has got to be one of the worst around. The guest checked out after the first night because there was urine on the toilet, the linens […] were old and stained yellow, there were burn holes on the comforter (in a non-smoking room), and the smell of the hotel was very unpleasant. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Check out some of the other hotels in the area with comporable rates and stay clear of this one. Lees meer

Went to this hotel so I can cook. The stove was broken. could not tell if it on or off!

Nice location, About 30 mins from downtown. Not the nicest but not the worst either. Average room

I had to stay at this hotel while waiting on a house with my three year old daughter, while playing around, she discovered used cigarette butts under the bed along with an open condom wrapper and some sort of green seed. I would not recommend staying in a smoking room.

Nice room. Comfy bed. Nice and bouncy.

The lights were flickering and didn't even work. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room wasnt very clean & tidy. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Well my coffee maker started on fire, that was random. So aside from the smell of burning plastic hovering around the room it was alright.

The carpet was filthy in our room. I had taken a shower and walked out of the bathroom into the room and sat down on the bed to put my socks on. My feet were black on the bottom from the dirt on the carpet!

I checked in around 3pm and my room wasn't ready. I was told that the maid had called in sick and that the manager was cleaning the rooms. The woman at the front desk was very polite and apologetic, but I was shocked by the situation and had just one hour before I was supposed to be attending an event and needed the room to get ready. Enjoyed staying at the hotel. One key note to travelers who would want to stay at this hotel is that the room service is not regular as any would expect in a motel or an inn. This hotel lacks alot, however, the price was decent compared to surrounding Chicagoland hotels and the location was good. Seems there were alot of young people who work at this hotel with little experience, but they were friendly.

Upon arrival the hotel seemed horrible. When we arrived the person at the front desk informed us that they over booked the hotel and that there were no CLEAN rooms available, She said that she didn't get paid enough to do this S**t. The front desk person "cleaned" a room for us and it smelled horrible. The room looked attrocious and smelled like dog. […] The room looked like a roach could pop up at any moment. There were no towels in the room and the person at the front desk gave us towels before we went into the room. All in all that hotel sucked and we will NEVER EVER EVER go back to that hotel. Im not gonna use 'hotels.com' again. I just requested non-smoking room, but I cannot get it without any information. they just made reservation in smoking room! and it's not cheap also.

The full small kitchen is a plus, if you want to keep and re-heat food. Cleanliness was ok, but there were hairs behind the bathroom door. The box spring cover on the bed had visible and unsightly drips and stains on it. Beyond that a decent place for fairly cheap in a pricey area.

We stayed one night in October, the hotel was okay for the price we paid but the heat would not work in our room, we were gone all night until 2am so when we got back to our room we then noticed the heat issue, there was not an attendant at the front desk. In the morning when we checked out they did not refund any of our money and just said sorry.

We were staying overnight from St. Louis just to pick up a new Kitchen from IKEA, so our objective was a clean but cheap hotel. The hotel is no frills. Our room was OK, sheets were thin. There was a kitchenette and frig. For the price, it was a good hotel for us. Nothing fancy and basic. The price was good considering other hotels in the area were charging […] $20 or more for a room. Hotel is an older location, but conveniently located, comfortable, quiet and great for the price compared to area hotels - nice for a quick, local getaway; friendly staff and ample parking surrounding hotel, with multiple entrance doors.
