Beoordeeld door een gast van Hotels.com op 4 okt, 2012Cherokee is een dorpje van niks. Bijna alles draait om het grote Harrah's casino en souvenirs. Het fijne aan dit hotel is dat het net buiten het grote toeristische centrum ligt en vlakbij de ingang van Smoky Mountains NP. Het hotel en de kamer waren heel schoon en de douche was fijn. Het ontbijt stelde niet heel veel voor, maar was al meer dan je in vergelijkbare hotels kan krijgen. Sla dit ontbijt over en ga naar Peter's Pancakes & Waffles. Lekker ontbijt voor (te) lage prijzen. Kortom: prima hotel voor een paar dagen in de Smokies. Ruime kamers, schoon en prima gelegen.

"Nice for a good price"

Earl is a nice guy and provide you with lots of information. Cleaning is not a hobby. Vacuum-cleaning is not done in more then 4 days. Cleaning the table and the toilette is depending on the mood of the cleaners.

My husband and I have stayed at other Hampton Inn locations and we have always been very satisified with this hotel. The rooms are always very clean and the quality of the rooms are great. Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. I had a leak in the bathroom on my first day. I called the desk and they sent someone up in about 10 minutes and had it fixed and cleaned up in another 10 minutes.
