Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt om de dag erna terug te vliegen naar huis. Prima hotel daarvoor. Ruim en netjes.

Goed hotel, met name geschikt als je vliegt vanaf Denver International Airport. Tevens is er een goede busverbinding met het centrum van Denver (kosten USD 2.25 p.p.). Mooi hotel met nette en ruime kamers. Ontbijt is echt Amerikaans.

Ruime kamers, goede transfer service, goede prijs, prima ontbijt, kortom wij komen er over 2 weken weer terug.

We booked a king room and got a double queen...they said they over booked!! No hot breakfast as stated everywhere. Rooms were not very clean...very dusty :-( and the noise from the freeway kept us up every night. We were there for a funeral of our Mother...added to the stress was all of this. Every night we had to go get towels, coffee etc... even though […] we had room serviced daily...or not!!! The staff was not very nice. The fire alarm went off the first morning when I was in the shower...my husband ran out to check the hotel out and the front desk said we probably had nothing to worry about. Over all very poor rating and will never stay there again. It accomodated us for the time we had but never again!!!! Lees meer

not free breakfast there is charge 7 dollar breakfast.. free shuttle, we wait for almost 45 min we found out we have to call them get shuttle to airport .. otherwise other loaction is wonderful mountain ..

Overall was good. Though it says breakfast included, they charge $7 per person so it really is NOT included...

I made the reservation for a room with a breakfast. They charge me $7 extra for breakfast. By the way, the breakfast is not good.

As the title says- Good basic services. The shuttle to the airport was on time (even for the early departures)

Thanks for having us. The suite was just right. Comfy bed, nice sized jacuzzi.

Staff was not very friendly. There was no internet service (broken down). The advertisement stated that they provided a complimentary breakfast and the morning person on the first day wanted to charge me for breakfast. The second day we came back to our hotel room at 4:00 p.m. and the room was still not made up. There were not enough towels or wash […] clothes available. Looks like it may be on the way to a bad Hotel. Also, one day the breakfast came with the room, without notice the next day you had to pay for it.

This hotel was conveniently located for my stay. A big plus since I was not familiar with the city. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were courteous. It was older and could use some updating but overall was a positive stay. It is somewhere I would recommend for a quick one or two night stay but I if vacationing or really wanting a break from […] things I would look for something a bit nicer. this hotel is not near anything else..if you want to walk to dinner, forget it..and the hotel shuttle is 24 hours but will only take you TO the airport on the hour..so we were 2 hours early for our flight..not fun..it was clean and staff were nice..thet advertise 24 hour pool/hot tub which is cool, but we didnt go.

the room was clean and spacious, but the guests at the hotel made me a bit uncomfortable. Wifi signal dropped every 10sec. Never stay again.

Good Hotel...fair price...and close to the airport...always same breakfast and Old fitness equipment and not much to do in the area. I still will book it if again in Denver.

the room did smell like it had been smoked in, not reciently, but in the past. not sure why, but othe than that it was great. they even cooked me eggs in morning because of milk in eggs provided, very thoughtfull.

Very comfy bed. Only problem I had was that being on the 4th floor the internet didn't work! I had to use another internet connection from the hotel across the street! If you need internet, ask for a room on a lower floor.

It was not noted anywhere in my reservation that the hotel was marked The Crystal Inn. It is difficult to find if you don't have that information. The hotel is cheap: towels were threadbare, there were no towels for use in the pool area, I was told to use the towels from the room, which were barely adequate for showering. The carpet in the room was […] filthy, my children's socks were black by bedtime. The TV was so old it barely had a picture. Pool area was nice and the breakfast attendant was pleasant. This hotel was very accomadating. I enjoyed the room. It was very spacious and having the little refrig. and microwave was nice for those late night snacks after the pool and hot tub.

I knew something wasn't right when I saw 2 different names on the hotel - Crystal Inn and Ambassador Hotel. The next sign that something wasn't right was the rubber rug/mat that I had to walk over to get into the hotel. The mat looked 25 yrs old. I could already tell that this was no 3-star hotel. This hotel looks like it was built in the 70's - with […] only minor upgrades since then. Even the room layout is weird with the vanity sticking out almost to the middle of the room. The in-room WiFi was not good; it was super-slow. There are nameplates on all the hotel doors that say "Crystal Inn". I'm assuming this hotel has been bought out. The hotel may have received a 3-star rating several years ago, but it is really a 1.5 star now. The only positive note I can write is that the hot breakfast was good. Close to DIA and free van to the airport were considerations for the stay. Also free parking was a big plus for those of us you drove to Denver. Thank you for this opportunity.

What sold us on this hotel was that they had shuttle service to the Denver Airport. Instead of rushing to the airport over snowy roads, we drove up a day before, had a nice relaxing evening in the hotel and swam in the indoor pool The hotel shuttle took us to the airport the next morning. We also did not have to pay to keep our car at the hotel as we would have had to pay at a Park and Ride lot. The hotel was reasonably priced and they provided a hot breakfast as well. We needed a hotel on short notice and found Ambassador through Hotels.com. The rate was good and the long-term parking rate (for 2 weeks) was VERY reasonable. For that reason I would definitely stay there again and recommend them to my friends.

This hotel was a good value. It was clean and had a good free hot breakfast. Very convenient to the Denver Airport but a bit hard to find so get good directions before you go.

Booked on hotels.com for an incredible rate, everything as good or better than expected. Friendly desk staff, clean room. Beds were comfy and room was larger than expected. Breakfast was above average. Didn't do much but check-in and sleep, nothing to complain about.

We arrived in town late after our daughter was flown via LifeFlight from Western Nebraska to Children's Hospital in Denver. We booked our reservation as we drove into Colorado, and the staff was very considerate and helpful. We were so glad that everything went so well considering how stressful our personal situation.

The Ambassador inn is fine, just not quite as good as in its previous incarnation as the Crystal Inn. The breakfast is still pretty good, but was far better then. The swimming pool is very nice. Our only complaints are long wait for the shuttle from the airport and they no longer permit late checkout. 12n or pay extra.

Celebrating my husband's birthday, and you all made our stay WONDERFUL!!! He is now considering this to be our secret get-a-way to disconnect and unwind. Thank you so very much!!!

Clean modestly-priced hotel (a former Crystal Inn)that has friendly staff. I consider it a good value for the money. Though the only restaurants within walking distance are Denny's and McDonalds, several good local eateries will deliver right to your room with a $15 minimum.
