Excellent staff, very friendly and good restaurant. However the advertised services were disappointing. The fitness room is off limits to anyone under 18. My 17 year old daughter selected this hotel for the fitness room then was unable to use it even with adult supervision and consent. We have stayed here before and will again.It is a great place to stay if you are going to the Pats game. There is a shuttle service that will get you back & forth to the stadium.(It is not run by the hotel but they can give you the number) The restaurant is good for a post game meal.The AM buffet is also good-nice variety of choices. The layout of this hotel is beautiful and they have rooms with balcony's! The only draw back is the bar closes early??? :(

Hotel is in area of warehouses, offices. Nothing around in walking distance. (no stores, restaurants, etc.) Phone in my room didn't work properly so couldn't contact the front desk. Had to get dressed and walk to lobby, which is a long distance. Asked desk clerk if they had any Advil or Tylenol available for sale to guests since I was sick. Was told […] they did not. Then went back to room and gashed my leg open on a chair next to the bed (found there was a sharp metal edge coming through the upholstery) Sorry about my blood on the sheets. Then in the morning I went to get breakfast but found you have to fork over $8 to $10 if you want to eat. Come on now, even a cheap hotel gives you free coffee, donuts and juice. Hotel staff seemed disinterested at best. Only positive thing I can say is it's not too far from Gillette Stadium. There are much better choices for your money. Lees meer

We stayed at this hotel from Nov. 23 - 28th which encompassed the U.S. Thanksgiving weekend and found it a very convenient location not only for shopping galore but also taking sightseeing trips to Cape Cod, Providence RI, and Boston. Rooms were clean and updated (however did not have a refrigerator), restaurant staff were friendly and efficient and […] the desk staff were friendly however lacked information regarding travel to tourist points of interest around Boston and area and unfortunately tourist info centres were closed at this time of year. This Holiday Inn was a five star deal for a three star hotel. The service,facilities, & the food & beverage offerings were all you could ask for. A good choice for any occasion.

Although the rooms need updating, I found the common areas to be lovely. In addition, the staff were friendly and accomodating.

Stayed there during visit to Gillette Stadium which was 6 miles away. Very Beautiful Lobby, Room was very clean and decent. Pool area was nice. Easy Check-in, Easy Parking and close to I-95.

The location and surrounding area is great. We picked this hotel because we were attending a Patriots game, and it was easy to get between the hotel and the stadium though we weren't familiar with the area. The walls were extremely thin and we could hear kids yelling at all hours of the day/night, and the parents yelling at them to quiet down, which […] they didn't. We chose a Pool or Garden View, and paid for that, but were told upon arrival that it wasn't guaranteed, and the hotel was full. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, and only included a stand-up (handicap, which neither myself or my husband are) shower and no tub. 2 of the 4 lamps in the room did not work. Overall, I'd give it a 4 for location, but everything else was horrible, so I had to giveit a 2. Other hotels are in the area, and we've had better experiences at those. Lees meer

We went to this hotel after a Pats game and it worked out fine. Not anything special but they do have a little restraunt/ bar inside as well. Continental breakfast is $8 a person for yogurts and fruit and full breakfast with eggs and everything else is $10

The hotel was convenient because it is located close to gillette stadium and the price was right. Also like that they had a resaurant onsite with great food options. The pool area was not exactly what I expected and was a little untidy but all in all worth it.

This is a great hotel and have stayed here many times. Rooms very clean, pool is great for the kids and very convenient to our destination ( Gillette Stadium ). Easy to get to and from the stadium... make sure you park in the south lot and can get out easily to get back to the hotel...... Hotel was clean and convenient to stadium!

Got to the hotel at 9:50 pm Friday night. Bar/restuarant in hotel food stops at 10 and bar closes at 11 pm. pool closes at 10. I got a hotel i couldn't do anything at no place to relax/eat from trip. When i booked it I picked for that very reason. Not happy about that.

We were very impressed with the hotel and its cleanliness. The hotel front desk and staff were great. A special thanks to big "T" at the front desk for answering all our questions and taking care of everything!! We will certainly stop in at this hotel again when passing through.

Pleasantly surprised. Hadn't stayed in a Holiday in a long time. Clean and comfortable. Would book with Holiday Inn again.

The people at the desk couldn't have been nicer. We had to come to town for a funeral, so our reservation was made last minute. The only room available was a first floor handicapped accessible one. The humidity in the room was just unbearable. The a/c was running at full blast (and NOISY) and the carpet was actually damp. We did ask to change rooms--they […] gave us one on the second floor. It was cleaner and drier, but the a/c was just so NOISY. Pillows were lumpy (bring your own), Breakfast buffet was fine. Lobby has live plants right at floor level with lots of dirt spilling out on to the walkway--dirt on the floor in the lobby??? But again, the people couldn't have been nicer. Lees meer

This hotel doesn't feel like a Holiday-Inn. In fact it feels llike a much fancier hotel. Highly recommended. The restaurant is just average though. Needs attention.

This was a nice choice for a stay near my daughter's college. The room and bathroom were clean, though there is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was additional charge, but I enjoyed the quiet, buffet. I felt safe and it was quiet on the night I stayed. I would recommend it!

I am terribly dissatisfied. I booked a non-smoking room and we ended up in the smoking section of the hotel (our room had ash trays in it). I even had to wash our duffel bag to get the stink out. I am allergic to smoke and woke up the next day sneezing and wheezing.

The hotel is located in a business center not far from restaurants and shops. The property is well maintained and the staff was very friendly. My time at the Holiday Inn was short and would have been great. However, at 5am on the morning prior to my check out the fire alarm sounded. All patrons had to leave the building. At 7am, the alarm sounds again […] and once again, all patrons had to leave the building again. This time it was raining outside. Apparently, something went wrong with the buildings fire alarm system. Because of the inconvenience, I was expecting that the staff apologize and/or do something for its patrons but they did nothing. By at least seeming explaining the situation and sounding apologetic I would not have walked away feeling uneasy about my stay. Lees meer

We traveled with a small dog and the hotel gave us a room on the first floor near an entrance for convience. Very nice and comfortable.

Great location for Gillette Stadium and Wrentham Outlets. In house restaurant is excellent!

Overall we had a fine stay at the Holiday Inn. It was strange to be in a room that didn't have a window though. Our slider opened up to the indoor pool which also didn't have any windows. In our room you couldn't tell if it was day or night. Also if you go to bed early the pool is opened until 10 and trust me you can hear every splash. After that though […] it was quiet. There was a wedding going on and friends in a different part of the hotel said it was extremely loud all night long. We however were very happy with our stay. Lees meer

Nice and comfortable hotel with nice indoor facilities. Rooms are spacy clean and well equippet. In Winter time, AC is used for heating. You better turn it on permanet or off, because automatic switches the AC on every 3 minutes and this does not help if you wish to sleep. If you travel from boston you better take a car to the hotel. The train station […] is situated 2,5mls (3,5km) away and taxis are rarely available. There are no signs to the hotel as well. Another option is the courtesy service of hotel (if you know it - we didn't......). Lees meer

It was hot July weekend and hallways had no air conditioning. rooms was thankfully had air conditioning. Overall it was ok, The staff was fantastic and very helpful.
