Stayed here on business trip. Kind of older place. But, not bad. Requested a fridge and had to ask for it to be delivered when I got there. No trouble though. Didn't eat the breakfast this time. Not sure how it was. Staff was friendly. Might stay again.

Everything about our stay was great w/one minor exception. The staff were friendly a d helpful, everything g was clean and well maintained, the breakfast was plentiful and good, great access to the highway both directions. The only thing that keeps me from posting all stars was not being able to use the beautiful hot tub. This was the reason we booked […] this place over another hotel another exit away. It was Mother's Day weekend and wanted to relax in the hot tub. My husband and I head done to the tub early on Sunday morning only to find an out of order for maintenance sign on the door. It was a great Hampton Inn. I have stayed at a few and the only small thing was that the front desk only gave out 2 cookies per guest. All others have the cookies out by the coffee service and no limit.

Very friendly front desk staff; great selection for breakfast with coffee even for us NW coffee snobs acceptable; has a hot tub which was unfortunately overloaded with ladies coming to a Mary Kay convention. Despite many groups of cheerleaders etc., the hotel was very quiet. Disappointed there was no fridge in the room, otherwise very comfortable bed […] and easy chair. The surrounding neighborhood was a little "ghetto" one might say. There was a homeless man with a cart behind the hotel when we got there. Hotel itself was clean and great, as well as the man running things. Only issue we had was that when we requested a crib, they had given all of theirs out already because apparently they only have 3. Good no frills hotel. There's a bit of noise from the adjacent interstate, and there's not much around besides Denny's and McDonalds, but parking is plentiful and the free breakfast is nice with numerous options including my favorite, oatmeal (not instant). I didn't use them but the gym and hot tub looked nice.

Bathrooms were too small, no counter space. Beds were very comfortable. Could not get the room cool enough for good sleep.

Stay was comfortable. One side of the room's outlets was not working. Beds always comfortable and clean.

Overall a good hotel for business travelers. If one is a light sleeper I suggest asking for a room opposite of the freeway due to road noise. A decent breakfast for an on the go hotel. Hotel can be tricky to find if one is not familiar with the area. The hotel is very close to a national chain restaurant.

We drove in from a long 6 hour ride with my 6month old. Got in around 11pm and the service was terrible. The lady at the front acted like We were a complete and total bother while huffing a puffing the entire time. When I asked which way to our room she didn't even look up and pointed in a direction. I looked to see who the manager on staff was and […] sure enough it was the same name on her name tag. As also being a person that works in customer service I was very disappointed. I didn't expect a red carpet or anything. I suppose I am just used to a smile and welcome when checking into a hotel. We will be making monthly trips to portland to see family here on out and I definitely will not being staying here again. Lees meer

The hotel was nicely appointed and the staff was warm and inviting. The only drawback was the proximity to the highway which meant the road noise was a bit much

Nice property. The only drawback is that it is tucked into a corner right next to a busy highway. Our room was a bit noisy due to highway traffic because we were on the side facing the highway. Probably should request a room in another part of the hotel if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is right next to I-205 and between the highway noise and the fan on the heater, our room was so noisy we hardly slept at all.

This place is great. The room was clean and well organized and no loud neighbors. Plus, Denny's is right next door. Overall great stay. I will definitely be a return customer.

The best part of the hotel is the complementary breakfast. The room we got didn't have a fridge otherwise, it's good enough for the price. The person behind the desk is very courteous which is quite contrary to the rest of the hotel workers, i.e. room service personnel, etc.

Overall the hotel was very nice including the next morning breakfast. The only negative I have is the very strong bleach smell in the linens which is evident walking into the room. Room is on the freeway (which we knew) so a little noisey. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Serviceable hotel. Good location for SE Portland area. Room is on small side. Breakfast was OK but nothing out of the ordinary. Bed was just plain hard. Too hard to get a good nights rest.

The bathroom was smaller than the other Hampton's we have stayed in. We felt the quality of this Hampton Hotel, in our experience, was below the standard we have come to expect for a Hampton. The bed was very comfortable!

Everything was great. The gentleman who checked us in informed us that we somehow had two reservations. Without him telling me this I would have been charged for two rooms but thanks to him and an hour on the phone I was refunded for the room I didn't book. Our room was nice and clean. The only issue in the room we had was the fridge was not cleaned […] out and someone else's food was in there. A phone call and give minutes later it was taken care of. No real complaints. My family and I were in Oregon to celebrate my daughters wedding. Let me tell you, the hotel staff was the best I have ever encountered, and I have stayed at a lot of Hotels through the years. 1st , we wanted to check in earlier than normal, 11am, unfortunately the rooms were not ready until 2pm. But the desk clerks gave my kids cookies and water (temp […] outside was in the 90's) and said how sorry they weren't able to accommodate but would work hard on getting room ready asap. Second, we needed a late check out for the wedding, and they let us stay an extra 3 hours!!! The staff was far and above the best, Even the housekeeper on our floor wanted to ask us how everything looked in the room. The rooms were super clean, and up to date with comfy blankets, and pillows. I don't ever comment on websites like this, unless i have a horrible experience. But in this case I wanted everyone to know, that if you are staying in the area, stay here. You will not be disappointed. I promise! Lees meer

the reservation was for 3 people... when we checked in we were given a room with one King size bed!! They were booked so there was no other room available... they did bring a fold out bed with the usual 4 " lumpy mattress... we had to move furniture to even fit it in and then it blocked access to the a/c...

After a long day of travel, having a desk clerk that was rude and impatient was not my idea of a pleasant welcome. However our overall visit to your hotel was ok. Always enjoy the nice breakfast you provide.

A friend and I stayed at this hotel prior to boarding a plane for our trip to Maui. German at the front desk was very helpful and insightful. Our room was clean and surprisingly quiet as we were near the freeway. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area or even if you are catching a flight out the next day!
